Clean and cosy bedroom - it would have been nice to have a mini fridge to keep water or other food items. All in all, it was great value for money - minutes from the T-Centralen, behind the main shopping area with a grocery shop and restaurants as well as walking distance from the main attractions!

Check in was smooth but sadly breakfast with is no longer included in the price but an expensive £24 each. The rooms are already expensive enough for what they are. Check out perfunctory. Bar/restaurant staff were utterly charming and super efficient a sharp contrast to reception.

For the price this is a really nice Hotel in a nice area with most of the tourist attractions walkable. From landing to getting the Arlands express train and walking from Stockholm Central to the Nordic Klara everything went like clockwork. The Hotel is a no fuss, clean and contemporary place to stay. Order breakfast at least. It is served in a really nice Courtyard and has everything you need from a serve yourself buffet menu. The Hotel is in a nice area of a beautiful City.

Great staff, comfy room and good food

This is a centrally located hotel right in the busiest parts of Stockholm. It is 2-3 blocks from major tram, metro and bus lines. The staff are very pleasant. The breakfast has a large selection of foods from cold cuts, to meatballs, mini sausages scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There are 5-6 varieties of bread and croissant, jams, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. Though I really found the espresso and the filter coffee very weak.

The room was comfortable but smaller than the rooms I had at the two other Scandics in which I stayed. The bathroom was also lacking in counter space and the shower was a bit tight, but the room never felt small nor cramped. The room ventilation and AC worked extremely well.

We were so pleased with this hotel. 24hr check-in was super convenient as we came in on a late flight. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were good. Bathroom was modern and bright. Our hotel fee included free breakfast each day and it was phenomenal. Best buffet breakfast I’ve ever experienced at a hotel - and with all the options for those with intolerances. Superb!

I stayed at the Scandic Klara in Stockholm for 3 nights. I was so happy they had a twin bed room option. It was the perfect size for solo travelers like me. The furniture was very clever and made great use of the space. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful. They helped me when I wanted to make use of the sauna, lost my card key, and provided a light breakfast when I had to checkout at 4am. The location is also very convenient for exploring Stockholm by foot and public transit! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby too!

The Scandic Klara is in a great location just a few minutes from the central station in Stockholm, but down a relatively quiet street. The single room was fine, apart from very occasional bits of noise from the rooms around, none of which was disturbing, the room was quiet and I had no problems sleeping. There is even a choice of thin or thick curtains, suitable for all times of the year. The pillows looked small and the duvet thin at first look but they were perfectly comfortable. Room size was quite small but still plenty of space for one person. Bathroom, wifi and the other amenities were all fine. The breakfast which was self-service in the central courtyard was great with plenty of choice and there were no problems getting a table during my stay in April. Staff were all helpful. Had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely come back when I return to Stockholm.

Amazing Hotel in the Heart of Stockholm

This was my third stay at this wonderful hotel, and it was just as delightful as the previous visits. This time, I traveled with my sister, while my earlier visits were solo trips.

The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the center of Stockholm. It’s ideal for exploring the city by foot, subway, or even by boat if you’re planning to discover the stunning Stockholm archipelago in a short time.

We were very happy with our peaceful room on the 3rd floor, which made for a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The complimentary gym and sauna are great bonuses.

The staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm. I’m absolutely in love with this city and can’t wait to return!

The hotel was conveniently located just a few hundred metres from the central station. It was also very close to the metro. Everything was nearby, whether it was shopping, groceries, and major attractions. Check in and out were very quick. I did message the hotel to let them know that I’d be arriving after midnight, and it was good to see that the hotel had safety measures in place with a secure main entrance after hours.

The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Shampoo and body wash were available, but body lotion wasn’t. That wasn’t such a big deal since I always bring my own, but this information might be helpful for others to know.

The breakfast was very well stocked and had a variety of foods for different dietary needs. The staff were also very attentive and quick with restocking food.


The gym had weights and cardio machines. It was clean and made optimal use of the space. Water and towels were available to gym users.


Overall the hotel was a very good value, and I’d recommend it to others.

I really loved this hotel. The room I had was small (as expected) but set up really well so I didn’t feel cramped. It was also really clean, which is my number one thing for hotels. It’s in an amazing location, and walkable to nearly every major thing one might want to see in Stockholm and more. …plus the main train station is right there.
