1) I thought I was allergic to something. Unfortunately, I was not. I think the room I had bed bugs - itching and skin bumps like bugs bites.

2) I had mentioned the safety box/lock wont lock and it's broken.

3) Wi-fi: Most of the time, it was not connected. I think my room was very spoty or dead zone.

This hotel is an ideal location for those travelling into the central station or on the Arlanda Express. It is a 15min walk to Gamla Stan and 15minutes into the shopping district.

The breakfast choice was amazing, all fresh and regularly replenished.

Staff were helpful and friendly from check to check out. Luggage is able to be stored in a secure luggage room.

The room was adequate size for two adults and 1 child however we literally just slept here. Facilities in the room were basic but didn’t job. All very clean. Our only slight negatives were the beds were very very soft, pillows were poor quality and towels were thin.

Overall this is a fabulous place to stay for exploring all of Stockholm and starting your day off with a fulfilling breakfast.

Hotel is right next to the express train from the airport, which is very convenient. Lobby, bar area and dinning room are very nice. Bar has shuffleboard which made for a fun time with a drink. Drinks, as is everything in Stockholm, are expensive. We found a nearby government run

Disappointing room. Reminded me of my college dormitory room - small, blockish, unadorned with a beat up desk chair.
Some positives: conveniently located next to the Arlanda Express train, walkable, good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Fairly affordable for Stockholm.
Next time I would probably spend some more and go to a nicer hotel.

Great location and breakfast

We booked an inexpensive room and it was definitely small. Having said that, breakfast was very good. The hotel is next door to the Arlanda Express train station, and very close to Stockholm Central, Stockholm City, and metro stations. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the old city, with lots of dining options nearby. I would stay here again.

This is the most expensive hotel rate I paid on this trip to Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen and Stockholm, the size of the room is so small that the door swing outward to the hallway than the normal inward, same for the bathroom door. If the bathroom door is opened, the entry point to the room is completely blocked. The room is so small, you can‘t open the suitcase on the floor or on the table. Bathroom is small and need some deep cleaning. The complimentary breakfast is underwhelming, it is the same cheap items every day, very boring.

Hotel was in an excellent location. A minute walk from the Arlanda Express and a short walk to the main shopping area, central train station, restaurants, and grocery shops. Only complaint was during check in, the front desk person was abrupt and not very welcoming. Lastly the safe in our room did not work and since it was the weekend, no one was able to help.

The dinner options around the hotel were varied and easy to access. The room was comfortable. Small leak under the basin in bathroom but staff did fix it.
The game tables in the lobby are a great hit and every guest seemed to love them!
Icebar being easy to access from the Hotel was an added attraction!

The location is top-notch - I was shocked at how close it is to the Arlanda Airport Express train, about a one-minute walk on a flat surface. It is centrally located with T-bana, bus stops, restaurants and the busy shopping area. The daily rate was also reasonable for the location, with included breakfast, which, by itself, was boring. However, the staff were pleasant, despite their busy workload—a shout-out to them.

I would also like to give a shout-out to Denise, who was from a sister hotel. She was pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Denise, for recommending a pastry shop in your neighbourhood.

That's where all the pros stop. The entrance seems reasonably clean and pleasant. However, as soon as I stepped into the elevator, the unpleasant, dirty carpet gave me the uneasy sleazy motel feeling. It worsened after I stepped off the elevator. The stained, dark-coloured carpet was as unwelcome as one can get. I don't understand. Why can't they use tile floors for the high-traffic areas? How much can they cost when the tile floors are easier to clean and maintain, not to mention the high-class and pleasant feel one gets as a first impression.

The room we had was a good size. While the room, especially the bathroom, seemed clean, the scratches on the floor again gave an unpleasant feeling. There weren't many amenities in the room, but I am fine with the bare minimum, as my purpose was not to spend much time in the hotel room when on vacation.

Had a great 3-nt stay here. Location was very central, just steps from the Arlanda Express (which was very welcome on departure day as I was able to pop quickly into the wonderful breakfast buffet before hopping the train to the airport for an early flight.) Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I didn't try the bar or restaurant but both looked good.

My only quibble was with the pathetic hairdryer, which required constant pressing on the button to work, which got uncomfortable as it also generated little power and heat so it took ages for my hair to dry. I can only assume this model was ordered by someome who never uses one. I'd recommend bringing your own if you like to blow-dry your hair.

This place was next to train station and very conveniently located to downtown. We walked everywhere while we were here.
The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed it every day. We were able to extend our stay by a few hours so we could freshen up before catching our train out.

Flew on to Arlanda one morning and flew out the next day. The hotel is only steps away from the Arlanda Express (and the main train station). I was able to check in early to my room and receive a packaged breakfast for my early departure the next day. The room was small but great, and the bed was comfortable.

This is a great option if you’re only planning to spend a night or two and want to be near the central station. It’s very convenient to the Arlanda Express train to the airport and the walkable heart of Stockholm. The breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms are clean and efficient but very small. Many have no windows, which could be an issue if you are claustrophobic. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
