Very surprised how quaint, clean, & comfortable the attic Top Floor room was. Nice service at the front desk for two days. Best breakfast in the morning. With extended hours from 7 till 10 AM. Which is nice. Located central. Good price! Would stay here again! Quiet rooms.

My first impression when I see the hotel was, is it a building site, but I guess there is some renovation going on.
Reception was friendly, the room clean, but very small, as was the bathroom and I was told I had a slight upgrade for free! Breakfast was really nice, down in the basement. The hotel was in a convenient and quiet location a short walk from Central Station.

We stayed at Hotel Hoterget in the Standard Queen Room and was quite disappointed. The room was located below street level, with a small window at the ceiling that offered no real view or fresh air—definitely not what I expected. It felt claustrophobic, and there were constant noises from the street above, including people throwing trash or making loud conversations right outside. The lack of an outward-facing window made the room feel more like a basement than a hotel room.

That said, the hotel’s location is excellent—very central and close to public transport. The breakfast was also surprisingly good, with a variety of options and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the room quality really took away from the experience.

We only had 2 nights but after a long flight we were very happy for a great place to sleep. We had 4 including 2 teenagers and finding a room for 4 was though. The breakfast was great. Only issue was the the trash truck drive down the alley starting at 3. But I sleep through it my husband did not. However not something the hotel could change soay ask for a room at the front of this would be a problem for you.

Very run-down

This hotel is very run-down. Chipped paint, chipped furniture, worn rugs. Looks very dilapidated and not kept up. That said, my very tiny room and tinier bathroom (which got water over the entire room during a shower because there is no curtain) was cozy warm with a tall window and comfy bed. Breakfast was in a root cellar kind of basement room but was adequate. The elevator has not been fixed for a long time and the stairs were formidable - 75 steps to get to the 3rd floor. Location was good.

Nice property right near the station, was a quick walk even with my giant suitcase and the snowy streets. I was happy that even though I came they let me store my luggage for free & also let me have breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was a good assortment of bread, eggs, meats, although no fruit (unless you count the tomato haha). But it was good nonetheless.

When my room was ready & I checked in & the front desk worker helped me haul my suitcase up to the next floor up. Super appreciate that!

Only thing I didn’t like was that when I was adjusting the side table to be close to the bed in my room there was a left over condom wrapper on the floor. Kinda made me feel gross out for the rest of the nights there.

Door to our room left open by staff

The electronic lock to our room broke. They couldn't find the physical key and eventually asked us to move to another room. That's fine, things happen. Since finding the key took them a while we left to explore Stockholm and got back many hours later. We were then given the master key to move our belongings into the new room, but found the door to our old room unlocked and open(!). It had been left open by the staff during the day with all of our stuff in the room. Luckily nothing was stolen. The new room was on the top floor and very warm. They eventually found a fan for us, but only after we asked for it. The door handles on the bathroom door fell off if you tried to use them. We told the front desk but it was not fixed until after we checked out, about a day and a half later. During that time we couldn't close the bathroom door because of the risk of being locked in (which happened once). Yes the location is great, but with how our two incidents were handled I would not recommend staying there.

Hotellet låg bra till i stan. Men tråkigt att det var stor renovering där vilket gjorde att det var rörigt och dammigt. Bokat 2 rum då vi var några stycken. Ena rummet va fint men det andra var smutstigt, snus som hängde vid sängen och inte så fräscht.

チェックインチェックアウト前後に荷物を預けた際も親切な対応でした。部屋も清潔感があり、インテリアも可愛い北欧らしいデザインでした。ポットに水が残ったままになっていたり、テレビのリモコンがなかったりしましたがととくに気になりませんでした。

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The location is good, and the overall standard was acceptable.

My room was extremely small. My midsized suitcase couldn’t fit anywhere in the room when opened. The only place to store it was behind the door, which then prevented the door from opening fully. This felt uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.

There was no place to hang clothes or store folded items, making it impractical for a work stay. There was also no practical surface or outlet placement to easily charge a phone or the water kettle.

In addition, there was very limited space for personal items — a tiny shelf over the sink where nothing fit, and no other surface in the bathroom for toiletries. Overall, the room lacked thoughtful details that would easily make it more comfortable.

Breakfast was fine, but the stay felt functional rather than comfortable.

Rum nr 17 var ok, men överensstämde tyvärr inte alls med den bilden som jag bokade rummet efter.Sängen här var nellan två väggar vilket innebar att den inersta personen fick hoppa över den andra.På bilden var det säng stod fritt på båda sidorna vilket var vad vi ville
