For the Price, Stay Somewhere Else

This accomodation needs to be clearly identified as a hostel, not a hotel. Sheets were dirty, no air circulation. Damp conditions.

This room was way overpriced for what it was. Should never be over 550 SEK a night at any time.

The front desk was really helpful and nice however. The location is good-- in city center and close to central station.

Affordable accommodation in Stockholm

Excellent location but very small room (I had a standard room with a twin bed). No windows so not recommended for those suffering from claustrophobia. However, it makes the room really quiet. The bathroom was in the good condition but sometimes there was odor from the shower drain. The staff was friendly but I didn’t hear from them much.

Excellent location right in the city center for access to vast shopping, dining, groceries, transit, Old Town, etc. Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate early check-in requests for guests or to hold their luggage. Rooms are windowless/located underground; however, in comparison to other hotels that charge more for the same sized room where you would close your blinds anyway with neighboring buildings, this was a much better value. It was simple, extremely clean, comfortable, insulated, and water pressure was great with a rainfall shower. Also it's below a 24-hour café which offers both convenience and security.

You know what you’re getting for this property. Room was super small, but perfect for our needs (sleeping). Location is amazing. Beds were comfy. Hot during the day but cooled down great at night. Staff was always available.

Ok price hotel at a great location. No fridge, chair or hair dryer in the room, no option of shampoo/ conditioner/shower gel in the shower. Inside lock on the door was broken.stained towels. Breakfast was meh. I will come back due to the location.

Top location, private and quiet with great staff.

The staff were all very friendly, nice and cheerful. The place is a very simple but quiet and clean, you have got all you need for one night incl your own private bathroom and shower. It consists of a simple bunkbed a table, a flatscreen tv on the wall, a wardrobe and comes with bedlinnen, towels and breakfast. The location is superb and right in the city centre of Stockholm, next to the Haymarket, Stockholm Concert House and right on the main shopping street where it is pedestrians only and no cars to watch out for. Top place for one night but has got no windows in the rooms and would not be recommended for longer stays.

This place has pretty much what you need and the location is very central. The room was clean and fresh-looking. Staff is really nice and helpful. Though my mattress was really worn-out which made it uncomfortable to sleep on and I missed having a bathroom matt as well as an electric kettle.

Very affordable accommodation close to the city center. The room was also relatively clean, although it was small and smelled stale (due to the lack of ventilation from having no windows). However, sometimes the reception would be empty and the staff would leave the front door locked - which meant that it would be impossible for guests to leave OR enter the hotel. I had to wait in front of the hotel for 10+ minutes to get in, and another time 5+ minutes to get out. Please also note that all the rooms are underground (thus no windows in all rooms) and there is no elevator. Other than that, the all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Small but convenient.

Honestly I didn't expect too much and the description of the rooms were pretty accurate. However, there are some new rules in the EU, in particularly in Sweden, that seem to be totally misunderstood which makes it hard sometimes to use your credit card. At this hotel for instance they only accepted credit cards with a PIN code that most US credit cards don't have, unless it's for cash advance so I ended up having to pay for the room use PayPal which in turn means I cannot use my points towards this room.

That the rooms were without windows I was aware of, but honestly, they need to have some sort of ventilation going like air conditioning or something. The room became unbearably hot during the night and there was no one at reception to ask to turn it on. If there had been two people in the room I don't think you could make it through the night.

The location on the other hand is great. Walking distance to City Terminal and Central Station as well as the rest of the city area.

No windows in the room but that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Room was kinda small, bunk beds not the easiest to use. Bathroom had an odd smell. VERY conveniently located. Wifi not reliable. Not many channel options on the TV. Room temperature was comfortable.

The hotel is located in the centre of the major thoroughfare. The street is busy but since the rooms are in the basement, it is quiet and very private. There is no window, so some may feel uncomfortable. It is extremely convenient to the Central
station (bus to the airport), Gamla Stan, Viking Lines, and many arteries.

Cheaper to go to prison

I had an absolute awful experience at Stockholm Inn Hotel. Apparently it was a busy week in Stockholm, so the options for hotels were quite limited. However, I ended up paying 1.800 SEK per night for a room that I thought was \"ok\". I thought \"bunk bed? - ok\". However, the 1.800 SEK per night room was so small that I could barely turn around inside the room. It was advertised that there were no windows as it is below ground level, so I can't complain about that. The bed was so narrow (I'm guessing 70 cm wide with a wooden frame and a mattress so soft that I could feel the wooden bars underneath. I woke up with a back-ache both days, even though I had to bring the mattress to the floor on the second night because I couldn't fit in the bed. An absolute claustrophobic-horror experience when it comes to a hotel. I had accepted it, had I paid 100 SEK per night, but now way I'll ever go back to this place.

Did I mention the included breakfast, which consisted of some pre-made wrapped buns and a glass of concentrate-juice? I didn't even touch it because it looked so sad.

Money NOT well spent, and my back still hurts.

Disclaimer: I am not some spoiled brat who is used to 5-star hotels. I've been budget-backpacking in Asia for 6 months and never have I tried anything this sad. My co-worker who stayed in an identical room had the exact same experience.

Only credit they get is the shower, which was A-OK.

The hotel is in a very good location, perfect for airport coaches and trains.The rooms are underground which some people might not like. The bathrooms were very modern and clean. Breakfast facilities in a cold and cramped shop front hampered by a useless travel agents counter taking up most of the space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygiene level excellent.

Right in the heart of the shopping district and a pleasant fifteen minute walk to the old town

Friendly hotel staff and a breakfast of filled rolls, tea and coffee with croissants starts the day off nicely.

Rooms are bunk bed style with a very modern bathroom and shower.

Lovely People and Coeliac / Special Needs Friendly

An underground very basic hotel in a great position. No lift but it has the means to get a wheelchair or mobility scooter to your room. Well run and made special by lovely staff.
I am COELIAC [UK] = Celiac disease [US] = a digestive disorder triggered by gluten, a protein found in foods that contain wheat, barley or rye and in my case oats. Early diagnosis of coeliac disease is important because if left untreated the disorder can result in serious complications.
This small hotel distinguished itself in picking up my late arranged comment [via Expedia] re my medical need for a GLUTEN FREE diet. They acted promptly and effectively in procuring gluten free buns and cake. I was delighted and moved to be met with specially prepared supplements to the very basic continental breakfast common in this budge type establishment.
I feel fairly confident that, given the people involved, this hotel would be good at picking up SPECIAL NEEDS. They seemed to do so for others, e.g. a guy from the UK with a disability scooter.
However if you suffer from Agoraphobia this place is not for you. All the rooms I saw are UNDERGROUND and very compact with bunk beds the norm in twin bedded rooms I think.
But OVERALL I would rate it highly for location in the retail heart of Stockholm and staff / special needs [but maybe check in advance if these are complex].

Not enough towels, bath water came out dirty and green flakes came out of the bath pumps. No convenient mirror near plug or in bathroom. Toilet had no privacy and could be seen from the bed through clear glass. No one on reception to contact about green dirty water

The hotel was terrible. In the event of a fire you wouldn't stand a chance.

I had 4 overnight layovers in Stockholm this year and found this hotel to be the most convenient out of the ones I tried if you want to stay in the city. It is right on the most important shopping street, 2 min walk from a supermarket, 5 min away from train/bus to the airports. The hotel has a reasonably priced 24h cafe. The breakfast included in price was really good. You should be warned the rooms are in the basement, but to me it is never a problem.

Perfect for a short stop-over

For convenience, the location doesn't get much better than this. I was in Stockholm for work, for one night, and so this hotel was perfect. The rooms are small, and in a basement, but they are clean and well-maintained. The staff were so helpful, and I quickly got over the fact that the entrance was through a cafe. For a holiday to Sweden, I would probably prefer somewhere else (with windows!) but for this price, I thought it was great.

Bra läge och fräscht rum. Fick vad jag förväntade mig. Passar när man bara sover en natt och ska vidare. Viktigt att den som bokat vet att rummen ligger i en källare och saknar fönster. Bra för den som vill ha kolsvart. Frukost ingår inte men mackor säljs och det är lätt att hitta frukost i området. Gångavstånd till centralen. Nära shopping / restauranger.

Det var som så'n et fint ophold og personalet var flinke, men værelset var meget lille. Vi havde klar fejlvurderet det og vælgere ikke lignende en anden gang. Der er ingen vinduer i værelset og det var igen en fejlvurdering.

Jag bokade för att det var billigt, så förväntningarna var inte så höga. Rummen ligger ju i källarplan utan fönster.

Men det var ett trivsamt litet rum och förvånansvärt bra badrum.

45 spänn för kaffe och macka på morgonen så var man redo för ny dag.

Ska man bara ha någonstans att övernatta var det toppen.

Man får vad man betalar för. Så 500 kr cirka för dusch på rummet är bra. Inga fönster, men det visste jag. Dock var det dålig ventilation, så blir inte fler nätter på grund av det. Mycket trevlig man i receptionen på natten när jag kom. Svarade snabbt på mail dagarna innan besöket. Rent! Fint låtsasfönster i taket.

Söker man ett enkelt boende som är billigt och tyst är detta perfekt! En del rum är helt nyrenoverade och därmed väldigt fräscha med bra sängkvalitet och trevliga badrum. I övrigt finns ingen annan service.
