The hotel is beautiful with a lovely ambience, and it’s in a nice and safe location with high-end shopping, restaurants, and activities within easy walking distance. The breakfast of local cuisine and coffee was delicious. The staff was professional and helpful. As a solo female traveler, I found this to be the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend it.

A handy location. Might be a bit noisy for some windows dont appear to have soundproofing and the hotel is next to a residential area. Locals appear to use the allway as hook up and playground in the eary hours.

This was a truly exceptional stay, not too far from the very heart of Stockholm. The hotel is really clean and cozy and the staff are all nice and helpful. They assisted me in an emergency dental situation by giving me the numbers of good nearby clinics and helping to translate incoming messages and emails. I highly recommend the Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Odd that there were still some stairs you had to navigate after taking the lift to your floor. My bed was uncomfortable and really saggy in the middle - made for a not so good sleep.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. So nice and accomodating. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but perhaps it is typical of Europe. Location is central to everything. Lots of attractions within 30 minutes walk. Bus, metro and train all close by.

Amazing!

Amanda on front desk was so lovely, she made me feel very welcome. Room was clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. The Indian restaurant in the hotel is one of the best Indians I have ever had and the hotel is in great location.

Our room was just outside the elevator… it was a bit loud and so small… our sister in law had a bigger space on the 3rd floor… and with my bad hip it was hard to get in the shower as it was so small and couldn’t move around. But the bed was nice

Excellent location in busy commercial location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was available as soon as I arrived at 7 AM (as opposed to expected 3p at other hotels). I was not only allowed to check-in immediately but they graciously allowed me to get breakfast at the restaurant for free on my arrival day. The room is small, but still manageable.

This hotel is quite smart for a tourist hotel and in a smart and interesting area of Stockholm. However, my room did not have air-conditioning and the summer choice was either to have a room that is too hot to comfortably sleep or one that had far too much noise from the street with the windows open. So it is a better choice in winter.

This was a very nice hotel small, very small, it’s a bit like a boutique hotel without the boutique feeling. The rooms are nice and clean although extremely small the beds are very hard to the point where one needs to lay on an extra comforter to feel comfortable, but overall very clean, well-maintained hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is incredible!
The only problem with this property is that it doesn’t offer air-conditioning so for a person like me I had to keep the window open, this is a very central hotel located right on top of bars, so due to my window open at all times the room was constantly filled with the smell of urine and vomit coming up from the streets

We have enjoyed our stay at Elite Hotel. It has great location, friendly and experienced stuff as well as excellent dining options. At the same time, there are couple of limitations. The room was very small and we had to squeeze between the bed and the table. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room that led to the necessity of opening the window. This created challenges because of the noise from the late evening to the early morning (shouting and loud conversations).

Sub Standard - won't be returning.

Overall, a disappointing experience at this hotel. Poor check in experience initially, we were just asked to pay the bill so we could \"check out faster\" - that was the check in.

Room was very dated, extremely hot (the hotel is too old for air-con and you cannot open the windows due to the noise).

The hotel bar/club is directly below which goes on til the small hours, with people hanging around outside. This was Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Impossible to sleep.

There are no black out blinds in the rooms so you're woken up at 430am. Emma, a staff member, attended to our complaints and kindly upgraded us but to a larger suite on the same floor which suffered the same issues (noise and heat and no black outs). She was very polite.There is also another nightclub which is opposite/right of the hotel which also is open until the small hours on Sunday night.
If you're looking for a relaxing and quietly situated hotel, I would definitely not recommend this at all. A lot of money for a very poor experience and I need a holiday to get over this lack of sleep here.
Other things to note - amenities are sparse, the rooms were not replenished everyday so we were left without shampoo and shower gel. The dressing gowns were old and falling aport. The slippers are small and only fit tiny feet- completely pointless. The shower was above a huge bath that was a design floor as you couldn't have a proper shower without the shower curtain sticking to you constantly.

It can get however a bit hot during summer and due to location it might be too loud for some to sleep with the window open. Would totally stay there again.

Not a 4 star hotel. Restaurant downstairs that brings a lot of noise to the room due to music until late evening and early hours. In addition you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms as the walls are made of paper. During our stay there was a party in the neighboring room making it very difficult to sleep. We had a junior suite that had nothing to do with a suite, but was a kind of family room, very tight and small one. Will not come again.

Hotellet i sig var toppen, likaså läget och servicen från personalen. Men när vi åt frukost upptäckte vi en silverfisk (skadedjur) bland vår mat, vilket var otroligt äckligt. Det förstörde tyvärr vår upplevelse. Jag hade förväntat mig någon form av ersättning, hotellet erbjöd istället en frukost voucher, vilket där och då inte kändes särskilt uppskattat eftersom jag inte vill äta frukost där igen.

We had the most perfect stay in a delightful junior suite, with delightful welcoming drinks and snacks in the room & games and sweets received at check-in. Complete suprise to put a smile on our faces. The hotel itself is small and beautiful with a good breakfast selection -and especially delicious pancakes!
However, the hotel staff really made our stay! The receptionists were all absolutely wonderful; friendly and helpful -and especially considerate when my child fell ill.
I can only recommend and will happily return!
