Cozy room. Only complaint was that bathroom was TINY - shower not enclosed and practically on top of the toilet. The hotel was lovely - clean, great breakfast buffet and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Perfect location for exploring the city - we walked nearly everywhere. I would stay again - but I might ask for a bigger or upgraded room just for the bathroom situation.

Good location

The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most places or take the metro which is one block away. The hotel is on a quiet street but a construction site just across from our window made for noise and dust. The breackfast was good and the evening staff member was very helpful.

We’ve Stayed at the Property twice before and have loved it. Also this time it was good but for a few things in personnel attitude, which got me worried about my safety and that will make me consider twice before rebooking.
- 5 minutes before closing of breakfast on Saturday there was a big quarrel in the breakfast room. A member of staff laid hands on an elderly guest.

Don't stay here if you like a cuppa!

The food was average but eatable. What really sucked was how tight they were with the complimentary tea & Coffee. 2 milks, 2 coffees, 2 tea bags and 2 sugars.
And that was it.
When we asked for more we were given another 2 milks, coffees etc. In the end we went to a local LIDL and bought our own. Just a little niggle but it ensured we will not be staying there again.

I would stay there again

This is a Stockholm hotel. In no way American. The view from the window of my room was not much to mention, the rooms are small, and it took me a minute to get used to everything, but they thought of everything. By my second day, I was much more efficient. This was a good experience.
I must say the gals at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was particularly good.

Minimalistic hotel room

We were disappointed with the room as it was very small for the three of us and with two large suitcases, it did not leave a lot of room to move around. The TV did not work and the shower offered lukewarm water. It was very minimalistic and cost a lot of money. We do not recommend this hotel.

Incheckningen började inte så bra, då man inte såg skillnad på min bokning av mitt dubbelrum och min kusins bokning av två familjerum.
