Removed 1 start because on the day we checked out it seems like the kitchen fumes were blowing in to the room. When we returned from breakfast there was a very fresh and powerful smell of garlic that wasn't present before.

The amenities and customer service of the staff were incredible. The only negative was the housekeeping. I stayed here last new years and I noticed a huge negative difference between the housekeeping year 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. I felt like the house keeping did the bare minimum this time, which was disappointing.

However, in general, I loved my stay with At Six and would/most likely will stay here again next new years.

At Six is an amazing hotel. Morden and chic. Staff are nice. Breakfast was amazing, we loved it. The bed and room lighting also were wonderful. Quite yet still have street view. Dinner was great, tasty. The entire hotel is clean. Each floor has an ice machine. We loved staying there, location is great, few minutes away to the shopping center, man streets. Walking distance to main attaractions.

Let’s talk about the full CrossFit gym they have downstairs! That’s the greatest hotel gym I’ve ever experienced in my life! Aside from that, staff, food, location, rooms, all 10/10! Highly recommended!

The room was clean and had lots of space. The interior was modern and typical for a business executive style hotel.

However, the room I stayed in needed some updating. The mini bar didn’t work and was warm. The bedside light switch also didn’t work. The room temperature at night got extremely hot making it uncomfortable to sleep. Lastly the pillows were not to my liking even though the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel, very good breakfast and great gym!
There was issue with shower flooding entire bathroom from pipes under bath. The hotel immediately came to help clean it up and next day when I returned it was fixed! Will happily book here again!

I’m writing this review with mixed feelings, as my March stay at this hotel was excellent – the room was in great condition and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, my recent visit fell far short of those expectations.
Upon arrival, my initial room had an unpleasant odor that made it uninhabitable, requiring me to request a room change. The spa facilities were poorly maintained, with what appeared to be half-eaten fruit left in the area throughout my entire stay.
The gym experience was particularly disappointing due to unprofessional staff behavior. During my workout, staff members walked through my exercise space without any acknowledgment or courtesy while I was warming up.
On a positive note, the general hotel staff were nice and helpful throughout my stay, which made the other issues even more disappointing by contrast.
Given how pleasant my previous stay was, I had high expectations for this return visit. Unfortunately, the decline in room quality, facility cleanliness, and gym staff professionalism made for a truly disappointing experience overall. I hope management addresses these issues to restore the standards I experienced during my March visit.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel at Six!!! We were on the 12th floor, facing the square and slept so well (totally quiet). The check in was a breeze. Our beds were very comfortable the lovely bathroom was big enough! I was traveling with two teens and we all loved the breakfasts buffets. It has a wide variety of drinks, coffees and constantly replenished food options. We had 3 mornings there and never felt bored of the buffet. We liked the gym as it had great cardio and weights machines. Plus it had fresh towels, water and an espresso machine. We also used the sauna in the locker room and felt it was great. Just needs time to heat up!

We thought At Six was an excellent hotel for our needs. It was in a great location that was very walkable to transportation and sites and was modern, clean and had all of the amenities you could want including a rooftop bar. The breakfast was also suburb.

Service: Excellent. The reception staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. The same for the housekeeping staff. Kudos!

Room: Our room was surprisingly large with a view of the rooftop and city. It was very quiet. The only thing that needs improvement is the temperature in the room. It was quite hot outside and we knew something was off when we saw a huge fan in the room which we ended up using all of the time Even though we reported an issue with the thermostat it didn't seem to change.

The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable king bed and all the facilities you need for a city break.
Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. I didn’t use the fitness center myself, but according to my son, it was one of the best he’s ever seen.

The room felt a bit small, which I think was due to the lower ceiling height compared to what we’re used to in hotels. It was also quite dark — even with every light turned on, it never felt fully bright. This was a bit inconvenient, especially when packing or unpacking, as I prefer a well-lit space to see clearly.

Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s comfort and amenities.

At Six has an incredible location, right in the heart of the city. Most museums are reachable on foot and the main shopping district is just minutes away, on foot. At Six boasts of great room service and an incredible (by hotel standards) gym.

Room cleaning service could do a lot better — my floors were never wiped or vacuumed, and it showed. Breakfast area at peak hours feels overcrowded and stuffy. Please open up the extra space all the time, not just when you “reach over 400”.

And the hotel could invest in better personnel training. My air conditioning didn’t work, I approached the front desk. They supposedly called for maintenance. The air conditioning was never fixed and I got no feedback on my request. Similarly, be prepared to hold for longer periods of time when you are trying to reach the front desk or room service (they may be understaffed for peak capacity)

The air conditioning was not working. The bar upstairs hasn’t been open the last 3 times I stayed here. Lastly, there is only one restroom on the ground floor to service 3 cafes the upstairs breakfast room and guests checking in and out. Disappointing stay.

Only 4 stars for dining as the main restaurant is closed during the summer months and we were not informed until we went to eat. Some of the room decor was dated and a bit shabby in the Superior room we had. Otherwise an excellent central hotel

Hotel was in ideal location for sightseeing, food, shopping and exploring. Great bathroom but the rest of the room was quite small and there was no drawers to place my clothes in for my 3 day stay - had to place my clothes on the window ledge or leave them in my suitcase.
