The room and bathroom were great! We had a family room on the 6th floor which meant I needed to carry my bags up and down five or so stairs. Since I’m 76 and have arthritis that can be problematic. When we were leaving the hotel we decided to use the staff (only) elevator to avoid the stairs. This created an awkward situation since the floors are numbered differently and we were having trouble getting out until we realized the hotel would have to have a way outside for emergencies.

Located within easy walking distance of Central Station the hotel is well appointed with a gym, good morning buffet breakfast (one must schedule a time and it is flexible and can be modified), and nice room. Few minor issues: no smoked fish at the huge breakfast buffet so that was disappointing; the various buildings make for a confusing trip to one’s room; electrical outlets are few and poorly placed.

This hotel is great for work. The room is small but everything needed is there. Shower is a good size for European standards. Smell of Sulphur in the bathroom always, but wasn’t really a big deal to me. Breakfast was great. Location is great. Very close to the central train station and to Arlanda Express. Our room was not within the main building, directions given by reception were not accurate, when we got to our room, it was already occupied, we had to walk 10mins back to reception to get the room changed and then the room was basic, a bit run down, on a main road and noisy.
