The beds and the breakfast were excellent, however, the conditions of the room was very poor
No light, the window was very small. The room was not big enough
Not enough toiletries or space to put our staff. No closet and the floor was very tricky. But the staff were very nice and helpful both on the reception and breakfast staff too.

A unique, boutique property. Long drinks and beer are available in the lounge / gaming area and limited food is available (flat-bread pizza is pretty good). Helpful, friendly staff. A bit off the beaten path - worth the visit. Be sure to check out the Italian restaurant down the block!

Elevator was out of order during my stay. Sink in bathroom was blocked and was repaired a day later. I payed about 30% less in other European capitals for larger and better equipped room. Very nice foyer and very good breakfast. Not so far to the metro station.

Great 2 nights here..amazing breakfast options. Bakery bread was incredible. Easy to access transportation..all staff were helpful and friendly! We had an inside room for 4 people with no window..learned we could have contacted hotel and askes about adding a cot to a 3 person room

Worst hotel experience in 40 years

Shower didn't work, not did the lift. The room was the size of a shoebox in a rabbit warren of corridors with inconsistent numbering (H&S nightmare). Don't stay there.

We mistakenly selected a room without a few and would just warn that the photos are not a true depiction of the room. There were no HVAC controls and the room was uncomfortably warm. The staff ran out of fans. The pillows were the size of an accent pillow - the room was smaller than our walk in closet and I am not exaggerating. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again

The economy single is the smallest room I’ve ever slept in. I’ve slept in submarines and offshore containers- all had more room. No wardrobe just a coat stand and 4 hooks. No windows. Only comfortable place to sit was the toilet or bed. If you used the chair you had to put it away to exit room. Breakfast had a very good selection

I loved how the location of the hotel was so convinient to walk to the shops and train station. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of choices. My only disappointment was no white towels provided! Next time i will have to pack my own.

The room was small... had to turn sideways to get into the single bed. But it had windows along all of one wall, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the desk and chair likewise comfortable and serviceable. The breakfast was great! The staff at the front desk were reliably friendly and helpful. Also an easy walking distance to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops.

There are several rooms available without windows at a slightly cheaper rate. The double bed is queen size and no room to walk or do sit-ups.

A stay in Stockholm during a very warm spell.

Room comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. It was quite warn in Stockholm during our stay and we had to keep the windows open as there was no AC. Our room overlooked a peaceful looking mostly residential street how ever, we were awoken many times by: it sounded like a recycling facility, passing families, rolling suitcases, and a 3:30 am loud serenade by several birds welcoming the early sunrise.

The fact that we had to buzz the front desk after 21:00 to let us into the main door was a major red flag. We’ve had bad experiences with that in the past, and there were a couple times we had to wait a few minutes in desperate need of a bathroom or just down right exhausted. The rugs in the hallways are frankly disgusting and need replacing. It was gross to walk on even in closed toed shoes. The room had no central AC, and the street noise was too much with the window open, so it was difficult to get good sleep. The location isn’t all that great, either, and the food options are somewhat limited. The mystery bottle of soap in the shower smelled just like the hand soap, so I might have spent 3 days washing my hair and body with hand soap. The bathroom is terribly configured, the room is exceptionally tiny, and the lack of actual pillows (these were literally throw pillows you put on a couch or chair, not the 3/4 pillows I’m seeing all over Stockholm) and the weird tissue duvets just really topped it off. Staff was friendly, but that’s about it.

Great deal!

The property is in a convenient location. Transposing very accessible, however, the hotel is not what I expected it. I requested a single standard with window and for a single standard with no window. When I addressed the issue the staff were trying to charged me all over again. After a conversation with the hotel and Expedia, the hotel staff decided that they were going to upgrade my room for a small charge. Even though, I got the upgrade It wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. Regardless of the property overall rating, the staff were really nice. Although, I will not be going back to the same hotel if I ever visit Sweden again.

Mój pokój bez okna był straszny. Miał wymiary ok. 2,5mx2,5m. Nie było czym oddychać. Było tylko podwójne łóżko, które zajmowało prawie cały pokój. Łazienka do zaakceptowania, w wielkości połowy pokoju. Brak miejsca na bagaż, nie wspominając o jakiejkolwiek szafie, wieszaku. Czy tak małe pokoje mogą być udostępniane w hotelu trzygwiazdkowym? Czy żadna instytucja nie nadzoruje standardu pokoju? Jedna noc zepsuła nam wrażenia z pobytu w Sztokholmie.

Garage parking is terrible, you will for sure scratch your car unless yo are a very good driver. No fridge in room no extra floor towels. Night time you need to ring bell, we did six times but no one opened the door, i had to call the hotel by mobile to get the door open. The whole hotel is cheaply designd with minimum amenities.

Would definitely not do room w/o window.

The customer service was excellent, especially Angela. And breakfast was good. Location within walking distance of public transportation. However, we got a room with no windows to help us sleep. That was good....BUT there was NO air circulation at all. We were roasting in the room. They gave us a small fan but it wasnt enough.

The staff were superb , very friendly and helpful. Loved having a glass of wine and relaxing in the lounge area in the evenings. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest metro station , Stockholm is a great city to visit .

Although I specifically reserved 2 twin beds they refused this, so I spent 5 nights on an uncomfortable sofa bed. I asked if we could move to a smaller room but with 2 twins at any time during our stay. Again refused. Told manager that TV doesn’t even turn on, he never came to fix. He was generally rude the entire time. No refrigerator, no phone, no safe in the room. Very noisy rooftop bar. Extremely small shower that spread water all over the floor. They only come to clean if you ask at the perfect time.

In a good location with friendly staff and an ok breakfast (but could do with a bit more fresh fruit) and well cleaned. However, the room I had was a bit odd. I had booked one which I knew had no windows, which is fine, however the room did not have enough lights (having only 3 and 1 didn't work properly) making it very dark. It also had no air conditioning or a fan which given I didn't have a window wasn't great.

Good stay in a well located place, great breakfast

Breakfast supply was amazing, room was a good price and proportion (albeit internal!). Only thing that confused me was entry to the hotel which I could never seem to get right, too many buttons to press and nowhere to swipe a key card.

Fick ett uppgraderat rum mot vad jag hade bokat. Rummet var rent och hade skön säng. Lite slitet. Trasig duschslang så vattnet sprutade lite överallt. Väggen bakom sängen svajade när grannen stängde dörren. Annars tyst och bekvämt med lagomt avstånd till restauranger, butiker och lokaltrafik. Trevlig personal, god frukost.

Alla hissar var ur funktion pga hissbyte, först fick vi ett fint rum men det stank parfym så vi fick byta till ett mindre och väldigt mycket mer slitet rum. Kväll nr 2 hade våra dörrkort slutat fungera så fick springa upp och ner hur många gånger som helst. Frukost var sådär
