Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the room was beautiful. While the room felt slightly outdated with the red décor, overall we had a great experience and loved the location.

Breakfast is really good. All staff, from Reception, Housekeeping and restaurant, everyone was courteous and friendly.
Room was clean and in good order. Only problem was the absence of USB phone/tablet charging sockets.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay. The hotel is well serviced by public transport down to the water front. There are a variety of options for eating and drinking in the local vicinity. The hotel itself is very nice and is well maintained. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful with local knowledge. The breakfast provided was very good with a wide range of hot and cold options. The room allocated was very nice, clean, comfortable with tea/ coffee making facilities. A very relaxing break in a lovely city.

We added a day at front end of our stay, at the last minute. Desk Staff allowed us an early check in AND merged our 2 reservations for a seamless 6 day stay. The discount on parking booked through the hotel when we checked in was a pleasant surprise as well.

First of all the location was amazing. With the exception of the Avicii Arena, which we knew when booking, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Secondly, the variety of options available at breakfast was second to none.

We stayed here in total for 3 weeks awaiting my daughter’s apartment to be available for her semester abroad in Sweden. The price point was on par with small rooms on Airbn, but we got so much more at Time Plus. The breakfasts were amazing. Location was great for KTH. There is a grocery store in the same building which was hugely convenient when staying in a hotel for so long. It was easy walking distance to all major transportation as well as to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate choosing this hotel any time I stay in Stockholm.

Staff were excellent from letting us check in early to helping us arrange a late check out and car parking for a week. Breakfast was great. Really good variety of everything. Supermarket next door was handy. 10 min easy walk to the station to get into central Stockholm (4 stops or thereabouts). Great restaurants near the station and shopping options too. Very safe area. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful and had excellent customer service. Would recommend. (We had 2 x rooms for parents and teenagers.)

The property is in really good condition, the staff are nice and the rooms are really clean and spacious.
I have 3 cons though, the room smelled moldy, the comforter is very uncomfortable and the location is a bit far from everything but also a walking distance from the bus stop and the metro station.

The initial receptionist was quite rude which i did speak to the manager about and he did apologise. The sauna wasnt working which was very disappointing and the tv in the room was not a smart tv which was very surprising for a 4 star hotel. Had to purchase from outside a HDMI cable costing 400 SEK. Pillows not comfy and room way too hot with no instructions how to turn heating down

The hotel is in a quiet residential area. It is very conveniently placed, an 8 minutes walk from a metro station, Odenplan, which doubles up as a large train station too. The metro takes you to T-Centralen in less than 10 minutes, the commuter train (number 40) goes to Arlanda airport in about 35 minutes and to Uppsala in less than one hour. We used the train twice, both times the journey went smoothly and ran on time.
The hotel was very quiet, our room had a large window all along one wall, it was warm and had a large twin/ double bed with soft but comfortable mattresses. There were no cupboards as such, but shelves and hangers for clothes- this was quite sufficient. TV, WiFi, kettle provided too of course.
The bathroom had a powerful shower.
Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is magnificent: plentiful, appetizing, varied.
We found the staff friendly (nothing was too much trouble) and always working with a smile.
The hall is airy and welcoming.
Right next door to the hotel is a supermarket open from 7.00 to 23.00, and close by on the other side of the road is another supermarket too.
We found the hotel and the non-touristy location to be just right for us. It was good to get away from the crowds after busy days out in museums and at various attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows, simple and cozy room. The hotel overall is very nicely decorated and is clean and cared for. The private sauna was such a treat after walking in Haga Park. The breakfast spread is impressive and delicious. Would stay here again and recommend it for other travelers.

Long weekend with friends

We had a long weekend in Stockholm and chose this hotel as it was a little way out of the centre, a lovely 30 minute walk and you are easily in the centre, would definitely use again, really peaceful.
The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the reception team were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent too, something for everyone and very good quality.

Friendly and helpful staff. Enormous breakfast bar available from 0730-1030 during peak season July to August. You need to book a spot for the breakfast as well as for the sauna in the basement, but both are worth it! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, paid parking in the underground garage directly underneath the hotel, and we had a King room with a corner view. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful. They are patient with my swedish practice, they always are smiling, and they recommended some places to visit in the city. The complimentary breakfast is mindboggling, so many options (and healthy ones too). The sauna is relaxing. My room had a winter wonderland view.

Good for a budget hotel

I spend 5 nights with my husband and 2 sons. The hotel was confortable and clean. We used bus and underground a lot as it was quiet far to walk to main tourist attractions everyday. The breakfast was ok. It was a buffet but nothing special. I would have enjoy more fresh fruits not just apple and honey melon and as other people mention the room is too dark…The staff were nice at the reception. Other all, I think it was a good value for money hotel

Very good hotel. The room was great. Breakfast was typical for region. The only problem was that they changed the time for breakfast to 30 minutes earlier on our final day. Not a big problem but frustrating when they are putting the breakfast items away while you are trying to finish your breakfast

Trevlig personal och fint rum med sköna sängar. Lite svårt att reglera värmen på rummet så var för varmt. Bra med parkeringsgarage men lite besvärligt att ta sig in på hotellet då personalen inte öppnade när man ringde på klockan samt så bör dom informera att det kan strula lite när man checkat ut o ska lämna garaget.

Vi var ett stort gäng på 9 personer som hade 3 helt fantastiska dagar på hotellet. Frukosten hade allt och lite till, väldigt fräscht och jättegott. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal överlag. Vi fick också väldigt fint städat och bäddat på rummet. Vår vistelse var verkligen helt utmärkt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
