Hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb, a wide variety of options and I like that they are healthy. Dinner was also excellent if you plan on eating dinner at the hotel. Staff members are extremely friendly and will help you with any questions you may ask. Me and my friends were greeted by a lovely person called Kery, Kery has been super nice to us during our stay and even suggested good places to visit & eat. Thank you Kery for making our stay a pleasant one 👍

The first meeting was with a very nice person on the phone when I told the hotel we would arrive after 18:00. When we arrived we had to wait approx 30-45 minutes inn line for checking in. There had been a soccer match the same day and many supporters checked in at the same time as us and there was only one who was checking in the guests, even though the could, and should, have been at least two. The room was nice but no air condition and, since you can´t open windows, the room was a bit too warm.

Good value for money. 10 min walk to many public transport stops. You have to book housekeeping (free) by 18:00 day before, can miss it if busy. Major issue for me was that curtains leaked too much light. Apparently they had blinds but disabled them. It's one issue but extremely inconvenient.

We arrived early and they allowed an early check-in. Room was comfortable and included a small coffee bar and refrigerator. Breakfast was included each morning with many offerings and on our day of checkout, they provided us a Breakfast bag to go.

Love the grow, a little ‘remote’ for my daily commute but if the weather is nice who cares.
Room was bright and comfortable, bathroom was typical Swedish hotel - well kept property and nice outdoor space for mingling/drinks.
Property itself doesn’t have a helluva lot of eateries around but some good spots walkable.
Coming from the US it’s nice i can chrome cast certain apps to the tv for my nightly wind down. All in all great property - will return when/if I return to the area.

Very Good - Amazing Breakfast and lovely Staff

stayed here for 4 nights, bedroom was great, just the ventilation seems to not work properly, however when I asked reception they were really kind offering me other room :) I did go and checked the room but it was the same thing, so I ended up staying in the same one. Reception gave me a fan it made a lot of difference. As far as I was told, they are renovation the ventilation system...I was gald I was not in Southern Europe as I'd be baking inside (the air con is set to 19C and it does not seem to work!)

Service done right

We stayed at the Best Western for a week. While the room was a bit smaller than we usually have, it was more than adequate for our needs - clean and comfortable. The use of the hotel key to provide power to the lights was new to us, but it's a great way to conserve energy usage once you remember to insert (and remove) your card upon entry or exit.

Breakfast was great, and table clean-up staff was efficient and friendly. All front desk personnel were helpful and professional, but Kerry was simply incredible!
His language skills for someone who's barely visited the US were amazing - he could easily have passed as an American. What was far more amazing, though, was his customer service - it was like having our own personal concierge! He helped us navigate the T-bana and railway systems. He recommended restaurants that the guidebooks don't mention. He troubleshooted phone issues. He advised us on what to bring and sent us to a nearby bakery when my relatives invited us to fika. He provided ice for my knee after I ran the Stockholm Marathon. And on and on, all done with some friendly banter and a smile.

Bravo Kerry! You and the rest of the staff at the Best Western Plus Grow Hotel made an outstanding impression on us from beginning to end. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without you.

Stay was great, breakfast that is included is fantastic! If there is one thing I would change, it would be that the air in my room didn’t circulate at all. Which really wasn’t a big deal, but it’s so warm because of the temps outside that it needed a little more circulation. But don’t skip this hotel. It’s unbeatable for the price point!

The only minor drawback is the location of the hotel which is a bit far from the city center. However, there is a metro station about 600 m from the hotel which connects you to other parts of the city.

Nice hotel- poor ventilation in the rooms

Very nice hotel. Average breakfast. Very poor ventilation in the rooms, never had a proper nights sleep on the 5 nights I stayed at the hotel. Air was very dry, felt like a lack of oxygen in the room, also temperature control was not good. Woke up everyday at 4am. My colleague on another room also experienced the same issue. This was very disappointing.

This is a fairly new builing (2018), so everything is fresh and well appointed. No funky remodels or updates. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean, and the breakfast plentiful. I cannot say enough good things about the staff! One small thing to consider is that it is not near downtown. If you are a tourist and want to see museums and old town and go on excursions from ferries then you will need to take the subway or tram to get there and back. The station for either is a short 8 minute walk from the hotel.

Perosnalen är utmärkt här. fick med en frukostpåse då vi var tvungna att checka ut kvart i sex på morgonen, vilket jag tyckte var riktigt schysst. Hotellet i övrigt är i bra skick och bra tillgång till tunnelbana och spårvagn för att ta sig runt.

Personalen var hur trevliga som helst och rummet var fantastiskt och väldigt rent och min bekvämlighet var inte många minuter bort att gå. Fantastisk frukost och en väldigt bra utcheckning. Om jag åker till Sundbyberg igen så blir det såklart samma hotell igen.
