Great facilities. Easy access to public transport. Super clean. Supermarket opposite, so easy to get necessary groceries.
Looks exactly like the picture.
A couple of odd things, 1) none of the windows can be opened, not even a few centimeters to let in fresh air. 2) the temperature is controlled by the main office, so you have to call them to make any temperature adjustments to your room. Staff were happy to help though

We booked a one bedroom apartment, which we’d stayed in before. At check in we were given a room, where the bed was in the main area alongside the kitchen. The living area was a separate corner room containing a sofa and writing desk, and nothing else. Nothing like the apartment we stayed in before, and not what was advertised or booked. Reception changed it, but tried to convince me that it was a ‘standard’ one bedroom apartment and that they were now upgrading us to a ‘large’ one instead. I suggest the staff make themselves familiar with the rooms and with what is being advertised on their own website - one glance at the room descriptions would tell them all they need to know!
The one bedroom apartment we were eventually given was actually the same one we stayed in almost exactly a year ago. However, it reeked of curry, and we had to buy air fresheners to mask the overpowering smell.
The kickboard at the bottom of the kitchen cupboard units had fallen off and was lying on the floor. There was dried food waste stuck to the floor in the living area and in the bedroom, as well as a sticky residue next to the sofa. All suggesting the room had not been adequately cleaned.
This was the third time we stayed in this hotel, and the 6th time in the Biz Apartment chain. All of our previous stays have been outstanding. However this experience, combined with the general demeanour of the staff (which was dour at best) will make us think twice before staying again.

Very good tour.

The stay was really good, we booked 2 one bedroom apartments for our family. The rooms were spacious and were in good condition with a kitchenette including appliances and all necessary utensils. We requested to have both apartments near to each other and we were very happy that they considered it and gave us two adjacent apartments.
Breakfast was a fixed menu but quite good.
The location is very nice, a big departmental store is on the ground floor of the same building which has lift access directly from the hotel, a mall is infront of the hotel aswell, the tram station is just at the doorstep (although it doesn't have direct access to centrum). Centrum is 15-20min away by car or taxi.
The food outlets are nearby but keep in mind that they mostly close early in the evening.
Overall they stay was very good 👍.

Very basic and already looks run down despite it's young age.
I forgot some items in the closet and called the hotel. I spoke to 2 employees and they were both quite rude and didn’t believe me when I told them i was 100% sure the items were there. After i threatened to file a police report I received an email saying they miraculously found my items..
I also tried to get some extra sheets from the cleaning lady and she didn't speak swedish or english. I find this very odd when you work in the hotel industry.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience on our recent stay! We arrived Bromma Airport at the early morning, Marvan's was so helpful and provided us with internet access. He also guiding us in purchasing SL pass online. Besides, having a safe and convenient place to store our luggage can make a big difference in enjoying our day before checking in.

The apartment's location sounds perfect for exploring the city and accessing local amenities. It's always a bonus when everything is within walking distance or easily accessible.

Pros: Affordable, clean, and well-decorated with decent in-room amenities. Conveniently located on the train line, near a mall and a large grocery store.

Cons: One front desk staff member (an older gentleman) is very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It's far from downtown, making cabs expensive when the train isn't running or if you're in a rush. The rooms were freezing, and the heating was not individually controllable.

The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. We couldn’t open the windows and we had to ask them come and unlock the window for us.

Our only gripe is the sound proofing is terrible, you can hear doors slam which can shake the walls of the room, people constantly walking up and down in there rooms at any time of the day or night. We had ask to moved they put us on the top floor which made no difference as you could hear people beside or underneath us. No carpets in the room just laminated flooring. No phone in the room you have to walk to the end of the passageway near the elevator. Also you can smell the cooking of other guests in there room coming through the vent and no heater or air con controls just a sensor that possibly keeps the room between 21-23 degrees which doesn’t really feel comfortable when it’s -13 degrees outside. You also don’t get a lot of privacy depending what side your located as the windows are open to on lookers from the surrounding offices which means you have keep your curtains closed with very little natural light coming in.

This is the third of the 'Biz' group that I have stayed at in Stockholm. This is a great example of why the concept works - clean, well designed rooms and public spaces. the hotel is integrated into a business complex, is located above a large and well stocked supermarket, and adjacent to the Bromma Blocks Mall.

Staff members are pleasant and helpful. The accommodation is located next to the tram that allows swift connections into Stockholm city centre (around 30 minutes), and is a few minutes (by tram or walking) from Bromma Airport, and with great sound insulation too. The connections with Arlanda, and Stockholm Central Station would be reasonably straightforward too.

Some suggestions for improvements:
The property has a breakfast option, collected from Reception - dietry variations are possible. My vegetarian breakfast would have been improved with more cereal and less cheese/yoghurt - it's a tricky balancing act to cater for individual taste, so thank you, and there is the issue of the volume of packaging involved in personalising breakfast.

The in room kitchen was great, an additional saucepan would make it even better for meal prep... and some additonal instructions about the lights/switches.

Over all, a great stay, for a few days visiting Stockholm. Thank you.

No complaints whatsoever. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi speed. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful. The only strange thing for me was collecting a breakfast bag to prepare in my apartment every morning, however the bag contained everything I required. These apartments are located close to the Domestic airport. To get there Take the airport bus to bromerplain then a green line subway to Alvik and finally a light tram to Bromma blocks.

Literally 1 min from Bromma Airport by tramway or 7 min walk to hotel. Very very quiet & peaceful hotel. Biggest ICA supermarket in Sweden right next to hotel, accessed by taking hotel lift to ground level. Full kitchenette with all kitchenware & utensils etc. Tramway stops right outside hotel taking you into central Stockholm. Wonderful stay.

The apartment was clean and nice and felt very safe. The location was initially hard to find, up a level from the street. Transportation links were not as good as I'd hoped - the tram didn't come to the stop in front of the apartment very often, and the walk to the next-closest stops included going through a parking lot and some stairs (hard with luggage). The next-door grocery store was really great. Didn't need much service, but was surprised when they wanted to charge me for getting an extra towel.

Great value for money.

Fantastic aparthotel. Clean, modern and surrounded by plenty of shopping facilities. Our family of 4 were very comfortable on our 3 day stay. It's about 45 minutes to the centre of Stockholm (or 20/30 minutes via taxi). Don't let that put you off. The tram stop is literally at the front door (#31 Bromma Blocks) use it to get to Alvik train station and then grab any train going to or through Central Station from there.

The subway was literally right outside the hotel. The room was big and spacious. Had 2 bunk beds in the main room. Laundry was on 2nd floor and free. All appliances and silverware were brand new. The hotel was built in 2021 so everything smelled new and fresh. Staff very friendly. Cute breakfast was packed for us every day to go.

Book with no hesitation!

Great overall for every reason of visiting. Location is perfect almost at the adge of a shopping mall area with services - facilities etc, one door away from a supermarket and pharmacy. 10-15 mins car drive to the city center, on the doorstep a tram station for easy access and transport. Professional staff and managers eager to help and assist round the clock.
Stayed for a week with my family and I would stay again with no hesitation.

Our stay at Biz apartment was excellent, the reception were very responsive & helpful at all hours of the day, especially staff member \"Niki\" who helped us overcome our issues with breakfast on one of the days. Would definitely recommend the location, we travelled from London and it was a memorable stay. Very close to shops and supermarket making it very accessible and comforting. We will be back when we come for our next show in sweden !

The outdoor elevators (since the building is not on the ground level) were shut off in the evening so I had to carry my one year old child, his stroller, and all my luggage up several flights of stairs in the pouring rain. The receptionist who was on duty when I checked out was less than helpful.

Har bott här fler gånger. Mycket prisvärt och lättillgängligt. Spårvagn från Alvik stannar utanför entrén. Lägenhetshotell med kyl, kaffebryggare, liten spis, diskmaskin och porslin, glas, bestick.
Dessutom garderob men gott om galgar och ett skåp med hyllor för vikta kläder.
Enda minus är ett ”modernt” TV-system utan kanaler. Den begriper vi oss inte på. Borde gå att få fram en instruktion hur man gör.
Kan rekommendera till alla som inte vill betala dubbelt så mycket för ett ”vanligt” hotell utan kyskåp.

Appartement calme et propre. Il manque tout de même une marmite de capacité pour faire cuire des pâtes.
Super marché qui ferme à 23h00 à proximité. C’est très utile au retour des visites en ville de Stockholm. Tram au pied de l’immeuble très pratique en 40 minutes au centre-ville. Parking payant avec beaucoup de places. En résumé très bon hôtel.
