Very uncomfortable process, area.

No parking. No windows in room. Nobody at the service desk. I had to wait 15 min outside before someone exiting could let me in when arriving. No control heating. Room was cold. Building is dire. Surrounded by car mechanic shops so you can imagine the general space. Wouldn’t bring my family or stay unless it was an emergency.

Sheets were clean. Shower was clean. Internet didn’t work. Was happy I was only there one night.

Horrible experience! Never even got in cuz Hotel never i formed about check in! When arrived all doors were closed.
Also located in very ugly indutrial area. Absolutely cannot recomment for anyone. There are other hotels near by much better.

When we got to the hotel it was not open, we rang the doorbell but no one answered then we tried calling the phone number they had given in the email sent but that number was not in service.Then we tried to reach Hotels.com but it was impossible.So we had to book another hotel.

Poor checkin procedure!

Worst checkin i´ve ever met, but the room itself was spotless.

It starts with the booking, where i percieved the reception would be accessible between 15.00-19.00.
Less than a day i get a text message to checkin online, so i did (struggled with that). The link within text message didn´t work to fully checkin online. I had to download the AeuroGuest app. I don´t know how many times i had to fillin my information (that should already be there thru the booking?). I also had to take a picture of my driving license and send in to app?

Well! Once i´ve arrived at hotel (where i expected someone should be in reception - though i´ve checked in online), there was only a locked door. A short time before checkin to room i get message to wait for information when room is to be ready. No information is given. Checkin time was 15.00. I waited to 15.15 and then called the number on front door. Suddenly i have to code my access-card to room by myself, but i couldn´t get thrue the front door to access the \"make yourself coding of access-card\". Short time after i called the support on front door, than i get ALL information sent to app how to access my room.

Why isn´t the full information given when booking the room? Access to locked frontdoor and information about \"selfcoding access-card\"?. Preferred a week in advance, or at least a day before? Or i worst case at least a hour before checkin time.

It was difficult to check in as there was no one present and the online check in was broken. The room’s coffee maker did not have an outlet to use where it was stationed so we had to move the whole setup to the bathroom and balance it on the sink to use it.

Det var fräscha rum. Jag checkade in och de glömde ta betalt. De sa inget om att man skulle beställa frukosten en dag i förväg. Det fanns ingen i receptionen på hela kvällen eller morgonen. Rummet var varmt utan AC. Dusch kabinen i badrummet gick inte att stänga. I övrigt fräscht badrum.

Helt ok overnatting, veldig behjelpelig betjening på telefon siden resepsjonen knapt var åpen på de 4 døgnene vi var der. 20 minutt å gå til Solvalla Travbane som var vår hensikt med oppholdet. Kommer tilbake.

Bra praktiskt rum med kylskåp och spis. Lagom bra storlek och stort plus med gratis parkering och läget. Sköna sängar.
Väldigt kallt på rummet, särskilt golven. Ej rent, hittade snus och damm på golvet. Ingen satt i receptionen under hela vistelsen och frukost fanns ej tillgängligt som det står på sidan.

Tross litt knoting med innsjekking da det ikke var noen der på tidspunktet for innsjekking, kom vi raskt inn på rommet da de endelig kom, og det sto absolutt til forventningene. At det er parkering ville jeg dog ta med en klype salt, ettersom de tilsynelatende fyller gjesteparkeringen med hengere og slikt kveld/natt, noe som medførte problemer for oss da vi skulle parkere på kvelden.

Mycket avlägset hotell men rätt ok!

Helt okej hotell. En stor nackdel är att det finns ingen reception som möter upp en när man kommer utan man skall då prata via en liten ”dörrklocka” (dom ser du, du ser ingen.)

Vi hade problem att kunna låsa våran dörr till rummet. Ingen frukost ingång och långt ifrån centrum..

Ingen personal syntes till under hela vistelsen trots
att receptionen skulle vara öppen ”begränsade tider”. Aldrig är ju i och för sig begränsat. Frukost mot tilläggsavgift blev ju också svårt därmed. Fri parkering låter ju bra men när det rör sig om 5-6 platser och andra alternativ helt saknas så är det inte lika kul. Fick stå på gatumark i angränsande villaområde. Bra var standarden på rummet och smidig lösning med digital rumsnyckel via app. Billigt som så, men prisvärt?

Fräscht rum med fint badrum och köksdel. Bra sängar och TV. Så rummet var topp.
Däremot allt runt omkring var mindre bra. Ingen personal i receptionen. Städning pågick när vi kom trots sen ankomst. Parkeringen full. Läget var rätt ”off”. Kaffet tog slut på rummet.

Jobbig incheckning men bra rum.

Rummet är fint, men receptionen har stängt efter kl 19. Efter det får man endast tillgång till rummet genom en app. Hela processen med att registrera sig, ladda ned appen, etc. tar ganska lång tid. Onödigt knepigt. Hellre ett mera gammaldags system med nyckellåda eller dylikt. Vidare saknades nyckelkort på rummet, så jag var tvungen att använda appen hela tiden. Glömmer man mobilen på rummet så är det med andra ord kört.

Om man inte har bil är läget knepigt. Det är bara en busslinje och om man t ex vill ta sig till KTH får man räkna med två byten.

Rummet som sådant var fint. Inte värt de 1600 kronorna som jag betalade för det, men det var ont om lediga rum i Stockholm just den kvällen.
