Practically there is no service. No phone in the room. You have to go yourself to the front disk to get toilet paper! You have to request the room cleaning more than once evryday. No room service. No electric water kettle in the room. Limited choice in the breakfast menu. In summary: the worst experience I ever had, which was shared by all colleagues who attended the conference and stayed in this hotel.

Looks great from the outside but basic inside. Big walk in shower but then only a hand held outlet that dribbled out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar doesn’t open until 5 so before then the check in staff serve you beer. So I finished work at 4.30pm wanting a beer and had to stand in a 20 min queue of people checking in to get a beer! By the time I sat down with it the bar was then opening!

The hotel is great, overall, with it being close to rail transportation, you can get into the heart of Stockholm in 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their \"Sky Bar\" is only open 3 days a week... in the MIDDLE of the week! Are you kidding me? I would love to stay there again, but they need to rethink their Sky Bar days open, because there really isn't anything nearby to grab a drink if you're not wanting to drink in Stockholm before coming back to your room. Breakfast is included and had plenty of food... so bonus! I had to take it down from 5 to 4 stars because of the Sky Bar issue... in hopes they receive feedback and take it into consideration.

Not soo good. The first room wasn’t cleaned properly and there where tracks of pee on ma WC… horrible. When I asked to do something they didn’t offered me immediately another room…
There is no frigo bar in room.
And you need to ask to clean your room daily otherwise no cleaning service. Something I did but nothing happened.

Definitely not a 4 stars Hotel, normally a few people after the main desk just chatting including the security guard (a little bit of a Pub environment) all good with the breakfast but I had one meal at the Restaurant where the potatoes were raw and the pork not very nice. On my view to be a 4 stars hotel there is a lot of work that needs to done.

Wont be staying again.

The hotel is tired and worn. The beds are uncomfortable . The bed coverings are small. You will be cold. The facilities are basic. The service is mainly unpleasant. The price is expensive.This is at best a 2 star hotel from a service and facilities perspective. The cost is 4 star.

Council run parking scam.

The hotel and staff were fine. Could have done with a kettle in the room. There was a small shop area with a microwave for snacks. My problem was with the parking arrangements, which was out of the hotels control.
For the 2 days I stayed there I had to park in the council parking area. I paid the full amount each day but I still received a fine of £150, why? because I misread the number plate and put an 0 (zero) instead of an O. Despite the fact I suffer from dyslexia they will not withdraw the fine and are also keeping the original payment. Discrimination. Be warned. Greed beyond belief.

Kul hotell att bo på! Bra rum, god frukost. Skön säng!Framför allt jättegod vegetarisk mat på restaurangen i skybaren. Jättemysigt att sitta där och äta middag på kvällen. Tyvärr hade vi kallt på rummet. Vi fick låna ett element. På morgonen kom en vaktmästare och öppnade nån slags ledning som hade varit stängd. Men då var det ju för sent för vi skulle checka ut.

Opholdet på Scandic Victoria Tower var desværre en skuffelse, især set i forhold til prisen.

Værelset var meget slidt. Vasken på badeværelset var flækket, der var revner ved samlingen mellem badekar og væg, så der tydeligvis kunne trænge fugt ned, og badekarret var rustent. Ved ankomst lå der desuden gammel plastik på gulvet, som ikke var fjernet.

Der var en tydelig lugt af kloak på værelset, og på badeværelset observerede vi også små dyr/insekter, hvilket sandsynligvis hænger sammen med fugtproblemerne omkring badekarret. Det gav et ubehageligt indtryk og gjorde, at vi måtte lufte grundigt ud ved ankomst.

Jeg gjorde Hotels.com opmærksom på problemerne under opholdet, men oplevede desværre ingen respons.

Personalet og beliggenheden var fine, men værelsets stand og den manglende opfølgning gjorde, at opholdet ikke levede op til prisen eller forventningerne.

Helt ok hotell. Ligger lite avsides i ett område med mycket kontor och dylikt vilket gör det lugnt på kvällarna. Vi hade ett familjerum för fem personer som var stort och rymligt. Ljusa fräscha rum. Väldigt bra hotellfrukost med mycket alternativ. Lite tråkigt då det verkade som att mycket var stängt och fanns inte mycket att göra kvällstid på hotellet och även restaurangen var stängd. Bra bekväma sängar, men väldigt mjuka kuddar och inga alternativ fanns att få. Inga galgar på rummet att hänga upp kläder så detta fick man be extra om och badrummet var lite slarvigt städat. Ingen parkering som hör till hotellet utan man hänvisas till en ganska dyr parkering som hör till mässan. Gott om plats i varje fall, åtminstone då vi var där när det ej pågick något speciellt evenemang.

Plockade undan frukost för tidigt

Rummet var bra. Det som var dåligt var att de sa att frukost serveras kl 07-10.30. När vi kom för att äta frukost kl 10 höll de redan på att plocka undan maten. Vi fick skynda oss att fylla några tallrikar, det blev stressigt och de hann plocka undan mat som vi skulle ha velat ha. Om man säger att frukosten pågår till kl 10.30 börjar man inte plocka ihop förrän då.

Jeg havde booket værelset ud fra beskrivelsen, hvor der stod, at det var med en kingsize seng. Da jeg ankom, viste det sig desværre, at der var to enkeltsenge, som var skubbet sammen. Det var ikke det, jeg havde forventet, og det trak helhedsindtrykket lidt ned.

Ellers var værelset rent og pænt, men det stemte ikke overens med beskrivelsen, og det bør der rettes op på fremadrettet, så andre gæster ikke bliver skuffede

bra beliggenhet

Hotellet meget bra plassert når man skal på Kistamässan! Ingen elbil lader på parkeringen, så man må kjøre et stykke for å lade.
Besøket på hotellets restaurant var dessverre ikke så bra, de var lite imøtekommende og leverte dårlig kundeservice.
Resepsjonen var i motsetning veldig behjelpelige!
