Clean comfortable room- great shower and a super breakfast with so much choice. But by far the best thing about the hotel is the staff! All so friendly and helpful - In particular Monika and also colleague on Saturday and Sunday - they are a credit to the company :)

We have stayed many times as our daughter lives locally - it’s so convenient for the mall, trains and buses. Showers and beds are great.. as is the breakfast. Also great to have a bar for a nightcap before bed - will be back in December !

Likes: Location is convenient with a shopping centre within 2 minutes walking distance, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast, rooms were clean and so the environment within hotel.
Dislikes: Parking is not free as initially advertised when purchased the package and got a ticket of 900Sk.

They only clean the room every 4 days. Apparently, you can request them to clean more frequently, but even though I made the request the room was never cleaned during my 4 day, 3 night stay.

Clean, comfortable and affordable

The hotel itself is of a very simple and \"block type\" format. Room interior and overall appearance feels like the IKEA is all around us - but that's very usual all across the Scandinavia.
most importantly - the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked everywhere, the room was pristine clean and service I received as really great - therefore there's absolutely nothing wrong I can say about the place.

Location wise - again, depending on what you are after, I liked the bit of quietness of surrounding area - so could focus on work and relaxation once I finished.

Strongly recommended for its cleanliness and customer service

Comfortable room but the heating had a mind of its own with the temperature going from hot to cold.
Room cleaning has to be specifically requested every day.
Chrome cast TV is good if you have chromecast but the standard tv picture kept breaking up every night I was there making it unwatchable.
Breakfast was average.

Hotel is very new so everything is modern and clean. Room was a decent size, comfy bed and hot shower. Breakfast spread was as expected. As they are still very new there was no restaurant service. Other negatives... not very many tv channels and tv picture quality was poor: there is a Chromecast in every room which was great, but they weren’t working yet!! Other funny “feature” is that the floor numbers in the lift don’t correspond to the actual floors! Hopefully just a teething problem that will be sorted shortly.

Frukosten var sådär. Kaffet var alltid ljummet, pannkakorna var hårda i kanterna. Mycket av baconet var bränt. Vi fick även ett ägg som luktade gammalt, som fisk. Den åts inte upp.

Sehr nettes personal und wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an gesunden Speisen. Besonders haben uns das frische Rührei, die Pilze, die Overnight Oats, Chia Pudding und der selbstgemachte Ingwer-Shot gefallen. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Tunnelbahn Station Kista (5 Minuten fußläufig durch das Einkaufszentrum). Die Metro fährt dort durchgehend ab und man braucht von dort mit der Metro ca. 30 min. nach Stockholm in die Stadtmitte. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist in der Nähe, welches für tägliche Einkaufe genutzt werden kann. Auch die Entfernung zum Bahnhof in Helenelund für den Transfer zum Flughafen Arlanda Central ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, die Ausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse zufriedenstellend. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Vi bokade 2 likadana rum men det var stor skillnad på rummen, det ena var litet men en dubbelsäng och lite gångyta medans det andra var dubbelt så stor och en soffa i rummet också. När vi påtalade detta i receptionen sa dom bara att alla rum ser likadana ut, konstigt tyckte vi.

Not this Hotel in Stockholm

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. When we entered the room it has a smell which is not fresh. I reported to the reception and requested a change of room but they only told me they don't have another room. They didn't check our room to help with the bad smell. The ventilation is not working at first so I reported to the reception. They told me that they have problem with ventilation but I was not informed during our checked in (booked 4 rooms). Since it was not working I asked the lady receptionist if she can go to our room and show how to install the control panel so it would work but she told me that she's not on duty anymore. A two minute of her time would not cost that much if she is concern with the guests. So I requested an electric fan and the manly receptionist promised to bring one in our room but it never happened. The next day the same, no electric fan was provided. The room's window cannot be opened and I feel unsafe. If a fire broke I will not able to go out from the window. Even though the breakfast is good and the bed is comfortable I would not recommend this hotel.
