I reserved a deluxe king suite in quiet area away from street. I was given a small hot room with a king bed. I told receptionist that this was not the room i reserved and paid for. She said that that was the king room facing courtyard but I could have the deluxe suite facing the train tracks. No thanks, but no attempt to offer me a refund on the room’s difference. We are seniors and had some heavy luggage. No one helped us up the entrance steps or steps down to our room.
Breakfast was plenty. Lobby was very cute and comfortable but this is not up to Hyatt quality.

We booked this location by mistake, the hotel advised we would have had to forfeit the first night’s payment to switch location and it would have cost at least £200 more for a room at the city hotel. We decided to travel to the one I had accidentally booked in the suburbs. The hotel was excellent - contemporary, clean, great service and importantly for us, catered well for vegans with the inclusive breakfast. I didn’t fall in love with the area but it was a couple of minutes walk to the station and well connected, just a few minutes to the city centre so would actually recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

I have stayed here before after being recommended as a place to stay by a friend. This time my flight was delayed so I arrived very late, but there was a number to call and a very helpful young lady responded, unlocked the door and let me check in. She was super nice. I would always use this hotel if staying in Sundbyberg as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty

We get there early after our Cruise, really hard to find this place, even our Taxi driver cannot find this place, so we end up driving around. Then when we get there, we can't find the front door or the front desk, no one seems to help us to get inside to help us carrying our luggage in. there's is no clean room available for us to check in, we wait until time for check in. The room is really small, no air conditioner, so we end up to open all our windows, to get some cool breeze, but it really noisy from outside, like trains, cars and people, and the breakfast open at 8:00 am. Very disappointed!!!

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The track lighting must’ve had a short because it blinked on and off like a disco. Breakfast was fabulous. Access from the subway was very convenient.

They have NO Air conditioning, they did give a fan but does not reduce the humidity. The room I had had a shower that the wall cut off half the shower that is small to begin with.CLOSTIFOBIC!

The pillows on the bed are very (very) soft, so you may need to ask for some additional pillows if you are use to a medium weight pillow.
Unlike other hotels, there was no USB ports on the electrical plugs (just one on the back of the TV), so if you are use to charging our devices via USB, bear this in mind.
The bathroom mirror is not steam proof.
The single bathroom light is on the left-side of the mirror only, and therefore difficult to shave.

Minimal dark designer chic
Cool minimal designer rooms. Back rooms are nice and quiet, front rooms overlook the main street so the trams wake you up early. The double squeeze rooms would be cramped for a couple but plenty big enough for one person. Great walk in shower room. No wardrobe just a rail. Some room have a cabinet but others have no shelves to put your stuff. Minimal Bolt hole, but I like this place third time I’ve stayed here and will stay again.

I loved the tub but I thought it was a bit odd that there was no shower curtain and it caused water to go all over the floor. Other than that I would totally stay here again. It is so close to the public transportation system and is very chic.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Vi tyckte det var lite trist att själva rummet inte hade ett fönster, endast badrummet hade det. Det fanns ingen vägg eller duschdraperi när man duschade så vatten skvätte över golv och väggar samt gardinen vid badrumsdörren. Gardinen vid toaletten var väldigt dammig. Frukosten var bra.

Jeg bor ofte på dette hotellet på grunn av nærheten til kontoret i Sundbyberg, men renholdet har blitt merkbart dårligere. Det er mye støv på rommene, og badene er ikke ordentlig rengjort. Hotellet bør virkelig skjerpe kvaliteten på renholdet.

Trevligt hotel i Sundbybergs centrum. Vi hade bokat queens rum men när vi checkade in (med en hund) fick vi veta att de inte accepterade hubdar i queensrum. Tvugna att uppgradera rumstyp pga detta. Stod ingenstans nör vi bokade att det var så.
Som på många hotel vi varit på i år var duchväggen alldeles för kort så hade vatten i hela badrummet efter en duch.

Hotellet ligger mitt i Sundbyberg centrum, lika smidigt att åka till Mall of Scandinavia eller Strawberry Arena som in till Sthlm city! Bra standard på rummen, trevlig personal! Dock tycker jag att frukosten tappar lite i kvalitet när det är högsäsong (vi har bott här flera gånger) Bra med parkeringsgarage i samma hus, till en väldigt resonlig peng!

Boutiquehotel som börjar bli lite slitet. Madrassöverdragen var det smutsigaste jag sett så vi fick byta rum. Tyvärr nedgraderades vi till ett annat rum som vi accepterade då det tydligen var fullt. Vi upptäckte sen att även detta madrassöverdag var rättså smutsigt. Rummen är mörka så mitt tips är att tända lamporna. Frukosten var okej.

Döremot väldigt varmt i rummet jag hade. Fläkt o öppningsbart fönster hjälper om det inte är extremt varma sommardagar som det var när jag bodde där.

Tre påpekanden: väldig kärvande blandare i duschen, spolknappen hänger sig (toalettstolen), då måste man vara uppmärksam så man inte dränerar vatten i onödan.
