Great location as it was close to Kista Galleria and the foodhall. Commuting was easy and convenient. However, the hotel room was missing some basic amenities, such as a mini fridge and a kettle. The pillows were quite small, and there was no soap in the dispenser for handwashing.

Overall, our one night stay was good. I just have 2 beefs.

First, there were two of us but the bathroom only had 2 large bath towels; no hand or face towel.

Second, there was no kettle or coffee service in our room. No matter the size of the room, there should be a kettle and coffee/tea available.

The breakfast was good, although bread options were limited. The scrambled eggs and meats provided were well cooked. I have seen some places where the eggs were too runny. Not here.

About a 10 minute walk to Kista Metro Station which gets you into Stockholm Central in 15 minutes. Hotel was nice, breakfast was plentiful and the WiFi was about 150mb download and upload speed. Nice quiet location with very pleasant rooms. Recommend this stay!!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were very uncomfortable. Felt like people were entering the same room when entering their own. First impression of the hotel it looks old and in need of a renovation. Floor tiles outside smashed and missing. Room was booked for a week and wasn't cleaned once only when asking we got clean towelson the fourth night, when signage on the door said after 4 nights the room would be clean. Picture has been taken of this!

The hotel is located in an area where there is not much locally to see, but is close to the metro to reach Stockholm centre quickly. Trains every few minutes.
Josefin on reception was very helpful and the breakfast included was good, plenty of choices. The hotel has a no housekeeping policy for under four days which was fine for us. There is a large shopping centre located next to the metro station where there are many restaurants and fast food places.
This was a good location for us to travel into the city centre and worked well.

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean. Big winner for me was the convenient location. It's just a five minute walk from Kista station, with regular tunnelbana services to Stockholm city centre. Enabled me to fuel up on the complimentary breakfast (which has a great selection of hot and cold food) before heading out to see the sights. Area was safe and quiet - even late at night when I was heading back from a gig / football over in Johaneskov. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend as an alternative to Stockholm city centre.

This hotel is a great deal. I stayed for one night and managed to get a room for under 400kr (£29). The room I booked didn’t have an external window (as expected), but there was natural light, coming through the atrium. It was very clean, small but well designed, and had the amenities you would expect. There is a gym in the atrium area, which could be noisy, but it’s closed at night. Buffet breakfast was included and I thought it was very good. Included an assortment of hot food (eggs, beans, bacon, sausages), cereals, yogurts, fruit, bread, smoothies and ginger shots (!), coffee, tea, and a fridge of alternative milks for vegans or the lactose intolerant. Only issue is that there aren’t enough tables - on the weekend everyone seemed to come down between 9-10am. Would recommend if you need to be in Kista, or you don’t mind the commute into Stockholm.

I thought Connect Hotel Kista was very cute and quaint. I liked my economy room, which was exactly what I wanted. It is a lower price, but it was nice and cozy. The bed was good, and I liked the little bathroom. There was some mix-up administratively, but it got fixed in the end.

My friend got the kitchenette room, and it was great!

At first I didn't realize that the hotel was located in the \"Science City\" of Kiste, the area was very quiet (apart from the occasional seagull going bonkers outside, thus preventing from keeping the window open), it was rather interesting to find out that the Ericsson HQ building was located across the street. It was also very conveniently located just ~10min walk from the metro station, which, in turn, was located next to \"Kista Gallery\" that had a wide selection of shops (grocery shops included) and various fastfood options available. Oh and \"flygbussarna\" coach buses to Arlanda airport go from here (check their app for bus stop details). I enjoyed my stay.

Knepig incheckning, ingen service minded personal när man måste göra allt själv. Beställde man snacks elr dricka i baren så fick man den uppslängd framför sig, och personalen pekar åt en att man ska betala på en skärm vid entren. Opersonligt. Rummen hade enbart tvål ingen balsam. The cleaning and breakfast was good. However, the room was so cold. When I arrived the heating system was off. I told it to the receiptionist. He said he would bring an element, but he didn't. He said the heating system takes some time to make warm. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the coldness. They changed my room, however I expected it to be done at first as a primary need.

Breakfast was good and fresh. There are many shops nearby since Galleria mall is few steps away. Everything was good during my stay except that the shower gel container was empty in my bathroom. I wish they had looked into it and refilled before I checked in.

Trevlig personal, rummet fint, men ena fönstret gick inte fönstret att dra ned persiennerna på, och inte heller täcka för med gardinerna, inte kul när man ska ta på sig efter exempelvis en dusch, och trafiken stör med sitt ljus när nan aka sova.

Hotel is overall in good condition.

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:
Adjusting room temperature was not possible, except in bathroom.

Soundproofing between rooms is very poor, at least in rooms close to each other. You could hear everything from another room.
