Large space

Stayed in the hotel suite. Very large square footage. Lots of storage. Easy place to cook at. Very nice breakfast. Free laundry service. The only down site is the the bedrooms have no windows.

Great to have breakfast again, and be close to a large shopping mall . 10 min brisk walk to the subway that takes you to middle of town in 20 min or less .
My room was clean and efficient . It is quiet in the hotel , and I felt safe.

I loved that it was next to a shopping mall and easy to walk to and felt very stay our whole entire stay. I wished there were more food options for breakfast, like maybe a hot breakfast option would have been nice along with the cold options. More kid friendly options for smaller children (pancakes, waffles)

I appreciate the security guard that we had I think on Friday and Saturday nights. I do wish there were more \"live staff \" but understand the cost of running a place like this . However, I did get a smaller room than expected, not like the picture with this evaluation . But it was clean and OK,.
I like the location , and now that I have stayed several times, the process is easier when I check in.

I recently stayed at your Aparthotel that left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. In addition, the hotel did not have a reception desk, which meant that every time I needed something, I had to call the staff. This made the whole experience quite inconvenient.
Another issue I had with the hotel was that I had booked a room for four people, but when I arrived, there was only enough bedding for three. I had to call the staff to bring an extra set of bedding, which was not possible. To make matters worse, there were some guests smoking weed outside the hotel, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant.
The hotel was also not very child-friendly. There were no activities or facilities for children, and the overall atmosphere was not suitable for families. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, the inconvenience of having to call the staff for everything, and the unsuitable atmosphere for families made for a less-than-pleasant experience. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean and family-friendly, this is not the place for you.

The property wasn’t as big as the pics advertised nor and bright and white inside. The bedroom was quite small with no windows. with the two beds inside there wasn’t any room to do anything really beside enter the room and get on the bed. However, the apartment was very clean, no noise, walking distance from the shopping center and in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Close to the subway and Kista mall with plenty of good shopping and dining. The Hotel has good neat well designed efficiencies. Clean and organized,. Downstairs there is an exercise room , sauna . Area to play Ping-Pong. I have stayed here several times and I like staying here. Please bring back breakfast! It was good to have that here.

Thank you for a good workout room, you also have a great sauna! Staff friendly and courteous. I appreciate the good breakfast and that you have, and that coffee is available through about 9pm. I also like your studio style rooms , airy and light . Bed is comfortable.
Improvements:
The hallway carpets could be changed to hard flooring , so it does not get stained. Also, some quality control on vacuuming in the rooms could help to bring up my score to excellent in cleanliness.

If you have to stay at Kista this is a good place to stay. Few minutes from subway giving you access to the city centre in good 20 minutes. Local neighbourhood is a business area. Hotel room was very nice, with kitchenette.

Careful - StayAt will double charge your cred card

I had prepaid through Hotels.com. When I checked in they asked for my card for incidentals. Instead they charged my card for two nights that were already prepaid. They admitted their mistake and said they would take care of it but now they refuse to do so.

Apartment-like setting

Staff were very nice, friendly, and very helpful. We stayed two nights - attending a nearby conference. Comfortable setting, though we were on the ground floor and the windows were frosted and not openable for privacy and security reasons, which would have bothered us more if we had stayed longer. Lots of conference attendees, so breakfast was a mob scene - but, since we were in Sweden, a pretty polite mob. Quirks of the room, which was set up like a studio apartment: you had to leave the key card in the little station by the door for the lights to work, but if some of the main light switches were turned off, all the lights timed out after 5 minutes and all went dark. Not so great when you’re in the windowless bathroom taking a shower... recycling containers under sink, but no info on what was recyclable... no comfortable reading chair in the room And, unless you are there for a specific reason there is not much to see or do (or eat) in Kista.

This is not a hotel really. This is like an air BnB location. The rooms are like a hotel with a kitchenette. which is nice. They are clean. The building is normal minimalist Sweden.

That said, it ONLY has breakfast available. No lunch or dinner available at all. No bar. Just a few soda options. No sundry shop (forget your converter? bummer). The room is NOT cleaned daily without an extra charge. You get one set of towels. Others are extra. Hungry for dinner? Get walking.

The mall is about .5 miles away. It is very nice. Has restaurants and such. But I was here on a work trip. After work, I want to come home. Have dinner and a drink, and go to sleep.

So the place fits certain needs. Just not the way I travel for business.

I like this hotel since it has rooms with kitchens so that I can prepare food if I need to. It's gym and sauna are very helpful to me as I always try to get a workout in every day. There are also pool table, Foosball table and ping pong table there.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable and very clean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Two things would be good to improve:
1) Parking is not included and I think the daily rate is high
2) A business center would be really helpful

A pleasant stay for a very reasonable price

I like this hotel because it has a gym that is open 24/7, coffee maker that is also available 24/7 in the main lobby area. Also you can cook inside your room and are a walking distance from Kista galleria.

nice place - but deceptive description on service

The cleaning was only schedule for once a week ? this was not clearly stated during booking. I requested for additional cleaning dates and need to pay extra, again this information should be noted during booking and not only advised after check-in. Another thing is that when they clean the room on my 5th day of my stay, the whole room was clean, but they just leaved the plates (not clean) in the wash basin, didn't even both to clean them together.

This was a very nice hotel. Based on the description shown @ Expedia, I couldn't see that this was not a 'serviced' apartment, classification that was new to me. I was not a big fan of being charged for cleaning services, additional towels, etc., but if you are prepared for this, I guess this is a great place. Good breakfast and overall very Niven facilities.

Rent och fräscht rum med helt okej inredning. Lite väl mjuka sängar men i övrigt inget att klaga på. Vi hörde inte ett ljud från andra rum/grannar/korridoren på hela helgen utan hade det lugnt och skönt. Bra frukost, inga varma rätter men fräscht och gott. Parkerade utanför på gatan gratis på nätterna vilket var smidigt, lite svårt att hitta annan parkering. Incheckning med koder via sms funkade bra. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ett prisvärt hotell jag absolut kan tänka mig att återvända till.

Fräscht, modernt, nära!

Ett fräscht och modernt hotell som passade vår stora familj perfekt. Med kök och en stor lgh gav det oss möjligheten att laga mat samtidigt som läget med 10 enkla promenadminuter, till såväl Kista som Helenelunds pendel, gav oss Sthlms utbud utan problem. Närheten till Kista galleria är också ett plus.
Vi nyttjade såväl hotellets gym som den mysiga bastun!
Vi kommer tillbaka!

Plus: Stort, rymlig och mycket förvaring. Fräscht badrum. Välstädat och rent över lag. Läget, var perfekt, väldigt nära mässan/gångavstånd 5 minuter. Lätt att ta sig till T-bana för vidare resa in mot Sthlm central. Trevlig personal. Skönt med kodlås och att slippa hålla på med nyckelkort och utcheckning m.m.

Minus:
Inredning - Det var för lite galgar. Soffans ena sida var trasig och golvlampan hade glappkontakt.
Städning - Ej dammsuget under soffan. Vi flyttade soffan lite för att centrera den framför TV:n och då låg det dammråttor och gamla pommes frites där. Filten och kuddfodralen behöver tvättas för filten luktar unket och kuddarna är fläckiga.
Frukost: Trångt och väldigt stimmigt vid frukosten, det saknades servetter, bestick och brickor hela tiden så man fick springa många gånger fram och tillbaka. Köp in mer! Betalade för riktigt kaffe men maskinen fungerade inte. Fick inte pengarna tillbaka. Receptionisten fick inte heller igång maskinen.
Parkering: Ingen information om parkering! Fick dubbla p-böter på 900kr st, surt...

Men överlag är vi ändå nöjda. Boende uppfyllde ändå grundkriteringarna. Vi sov gott, vi blev mätta, det var nära till mässan och det var gott om utrymme.

Enkelt lägenhetshotell. Men det gick knappt att laga mat på rummet. Blev osigt, spisen blev varm vid reglagen och det fanns inga öppningsbara fönster. Pinnstolar som var rangliga. Mycket bra pris och rymlig familjelägenhet. Saker på plats. Blandad upplevelse i sällskapet. Mycket p g a sängar. Dubbelsängen bra. Övriga sängar stenhårda. Två tioåringar sade att deras madrasser var för tunna. Ovanligt i den åldern. Den vuxna kvinnan i bäddsoffan fick stanna hemma ifrån jobbet 2 dagar efteråt. De flesta tyckte att frukosten var bra. Parkering väldigt dyr runt omkring. Men inom några hundra meter finns under 150kr dygnet.

Dåligt städat ger dåligt intryck

Det var väldigt dåligt städat i lägenheten. Fläckar både på golven,luckor och dörrar. Jag provade att torka på en lucka och fläckarna gick bort, alltså var det fläckar som går att ta bort. Det var även ostädat under sängarna. När vi meddelade receptionen om detta så var det endast skräpet under sängarna som blev åtgärdat. Bäddmadrassen till bäddsoffa var även den fläckig och ofräsch.

Forenom Kista var ett utmärkt alternativ för den stora familjen. Vår lägenhet var stor med två sovrum, glädjande nog med två dubbelsängar istf en våningssäng! Priset var helt ok och läget lugnt. Modest frukost men det fanns vad vi behövde. Lätt att ta sig till pendelstation eller tunnelbana.

Ett hotell som jag bott förut på men som nu har blivit mycket skamfilat, i synnerhet i allmänna utrymmen, smutsiga mattor, skav på väggar osv.
Men rummet är fortfarande fint, rum 331.
Dålig lukt i badrummet. TV fungerade inte. En av lamporna fungerade inte.
Krångligt med länkar när man ska checka in.

Entramos a nuestra habitación dos horas mas tarde, no les funcionan el sistema de claves para abrir habitaciones. Después de tanto viaje, un disgusto. Al menos había personal en el momento de nuestra llegada. Otros días no había nadie en la recepción.

Se notaba mucho un ruido raro de la habitación de al lado, golpes de cajones o como si alguien movía muebles.
LIMPIEZA
Los cubiertos tenían restos de grasa seca, y en algunos platos quedaron migas pegadas.

El hotel esta lleno de estudiantes drogadictos. En la limpieza semanal solo te cambian las toallas y sábanas, ni se han molestado en limpiar los baños. El personal maleducado, nos ha echado de la habitación para limpiar. Con amenaza, si no salimos ya, no nos haría la limpieza. Lo único bueno del hotel, es la ubicación. Cercano al transporte público y a un centro comercial.

L'arrivée à été longue car je n'avais rien reçu concernant l'entrée dans le batiment, car il n'y a pas de reception physique.
Je devais recevoir une demande pour confirmer mon identité et à la suite recevoir les informations pour entrer dans le batiment, la veille aucune nouvelles, je contacte hotels.com qui me dit que c'est normal je vais recevoir 24h avant (on était déjà 24h avant !).
Le jour de mon arrivée à 16h je n'avais rien reçu et j'ai du appeler le service client, dehors, dans le froid. J'ai perdu 1h a attendre pour recevoir mon code d'entrée et ma chambre.
Hormis ce contre temps désagréable, le séjour dans l'hotel c'est trés bien passé.

Har potential att vara väldigt fint, men levde tyvärr inte upp till det. Speciellt inte med tanke på priset.
Rymlig lägenhet, sköna sängar. Trevligt med två separata sovrum.

Tyvärr verkar det inte skötas om så bra. Duschdraperistången var av och belysningen i badrummet fungerade inte som den skulle.

Riktigt dåligt städat; smuts i badkaret, spegel och väggarna runt handfatet var fläckiga, spishällen var kladdig och diskbänk och köksö fläckiga. Intorkade matrester i diskstället. Speglar i sovrum och hall fläckiga.

Obemannat hotell, vilket oftast brukar funka bra. Här fick jag dock sitta i telefonkö i 10 minuter för att få bagagerummet upplåst på distans.

Nach 4 Nächten fiel das Gardinenbrett mitsamt allen Gardinen von der Zimmerdecke !!!! Es war nicht möglich das Gardinenbrett schnell zu reparieren .Da man uns keine Alternative angeboten hat, schliefen wir noch 2 Nächte ohne Sichtschutz im, von Strassenlaternen hell erleuchteten Zimmer! Das hat unsere Urlaubstimmung reichlich getrübt.

Praktiskt och prisvärt boende för ett Stockholmsbesök. Långt till city men T-bana finns ju. Parkering på området är bra, dock väldigt smala platser och nästan fullt ibland. Bra med eget pentry i rummet, men det gäller att ha råvaror med sig - inga butiker inom bekvämt gångavstånd. Området är väldigt lugnt, nästan \"öde\", i utkanten av kontorsområdet Kista. Incheckning med kod fungerade bra, men visst kändes det lite ovant med ett helt obemannat hotell.

Små oväsentliga detaljer, såsom saknat porslin, sänglampa på trekvart, trasig sophink, skräp i korridoren som låg kvar flera dagar... bidrog till känslan att hotellet var lite \"bortglömt\".

Rummet var stort och rymligt, sängarna sköna! Praktiskt och prisvärt...

-Frühstück wie im Angebot erwähnt nicht vorhanden und bei Rückfragen schieben sich Fe-Wo direkt und das Hotel sich gegenseitig zu schuld zu. Es kam zu keiner Lösung und das war sehr unbefriedigend.
-es gibt keinen Menschen vor Ort, also alles läuft digital ab , was dazu geführt hat das wir erst 2 h später einchecken konnten, wegen Systemfehlern...
-da keine Angestellten vom Hotel vor Ort sind , denken einige Gäste alle Regeln sind außer Kraft gesetzt, wie zB Rauchverbot in den Zimmern, so das der Flur stinkt oder die Nachruhe ...
Neutral-Man ist weit weg vom Leben in Stockholm, aber das muss einem vor der Buchung klar sein.

Bemerkenswert ist die Größe des Zimmers; durch die eigene Küchenzeile besteht mehr Flexibilität bei der individuellen Versorgung.
