I absolutely loved the sauna room-adjacent to a nice workout room, I made a nice long session there part of my daily routine.
The staff were wonderfully helpful in guiding how to navigate the bus and train system (there is no need to rent a car or hail a taxi in Stockholm).

The first room we had on the 6th floor was hot and stuffy, couldn’t open windows. The second stay was Excellent room, more fitted out with a fridge and Tea coffee making facilities, only dislike was next door to a waste management facility and terrible smell when walking to train or bus station, other than that a very enjoyable stay

Great budget hotel, but poor location

For the price paid, the hotel was great. Everything was clean, even if some facilities were slightly run down. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

The only downsides, were that there was no air conditioning in our room, and the location is not amazing, you need to drive to get anywhere/ walk 20 mins to a train station.

Overall, for the price paid, the hotel is excellent and I felt very safe and my needs were accounted for!

The dining area, and some facilities (e.g. the TV and gym) at the hotel appeared to be outdated. There is a 17 to 20 minute walk to the nearest train and/or tram station(s), but the nearest bus stop was reportedly 11 minutes away. We were afforded a room with view overlooking an industrial area and beyond; but this is dependant on the room you are checked into. There was scope for a contactless / late check-in, by letting staff know ahead of time on the day of arrival.

Overall this hotel provided an affordable stay (with breakfast), given the crowds drawn to a sold out concert in Stockholm. The room was fairly large, relatively clean and comfortable. The staff were also super helpful and friendly.

Old hotel with strange smell. Located in an area next to truck decks where there is noises from the trucks backing up at all hours of the night. Staff leaves super early. Nothing up to date. Found hair everywhere, bathtub disgusting. Tv not working, no help provided. Outdated ugly decor. On the plus side its super big and the staff over the phone working after hours is super professional and nice

Worst hotels ever! My Property was stolen by Staff

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, in all my years of traveling for the past 20 years!!! My 2 biggest complaints are: #1 Location (in an INDUSTRIAL PARK) was really far away from the train station (20 minutes walk) and #2 My valuables was taken from my room. Over $250 WORTH!!! The hotel was not helpful in protecting the customers. They just turn shoulders on me and try to brush it under the rug. I am so disappointed at this hotel. I will never stay here again!!! Horrible what they have done to me. Just Horrible!!!

The hotel is located in an industrial area, and getting to public transportation is a hike over a bridge and up a hill. The staff were very accommodating, and if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff, I would rate this hotel as poor! The hotel provides a pretty nice spread for breakfast each morning, however due to the location there are no restaurants, nor grocery stores in the area. So you will need to travel out for lunch and dinner. In my opinion considering the isolated location of the hotel, at very least the hotel should have accommodations where patrons are able to order food from the kitchen as oppose to having to travel a great distance to find food. The room was ok, it served its purpose although the tv only gets 3-4 channels, of which none are in English. Some of the light fixtures in the room and bathroom did not work either. The hotel does provide a sauna (which was nice) a gym, of which the equipment is outdated, and a laundry room that's filled with the underwear that's been left behind by past guest. For these reasons this is not the type of hotel that you would want to stay in for an extended amount of time.

We liked the spacious room and very solid breakfast. Staff from the front desk were very helpful but noting special warm welcome. Public transport in Stockholm is the best on Earth, luckily, hotel is good connected with pendeltag (metro).
We did not like how bad check in principle was, the room was not maintained well. Cutrains were detached, shower cabin broken and rusty, night lamps were broken and without abajure and the garbage was not picked on a daily basis. And the location of hotel was scarry. Hidden in a dark, on in perifer industrial zone, close to main frequent road, very noisy, because of trucks and traffic.

Good size rooms, clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast.
But, location is awful: on edge of an industrial estate with lorries and refrigeration trucks starting up very early morning, no nearby shops or restaurant, 20 mins walk to nearest tram/rail station. Also, internet in the rooms is unsustainable. TV reception so bad, it's not worth having.
Hence, I would not stay here again.

I liked the price and the free breakfast. Location is problematic in the middle of an industrial park. Public transportation is spotty and quite far. The cleaning service was bad. The floor was never swept in 13 days. Towels were replaced regularly. Breakfast was excellent and the hostess Marjo was very friendly and congenial. The management gave us a free one-night stay to compensate us for the luck of cleanness in our room.

Could be better, could be worse

Hotel provides clean rooms with a basic level of facilities. It has a small bar and breakfast is decent. Rooms are a reasonable size with a microwave and kettle. Out of hours reception is a little odd but efficient once you realise what to do. Beds firm. Noise from the train lines as double glazing is poor so not for bad sleepers. Wifi didn't seem great a bit hit and miss and I couldn't get the VPN working over it. Location is difficult as you seem to need a car/taxi to get anywhere even the exhibition halls.

Me and my wife are very satisfy for staying at 2home hotel stockholm. We cant believe it is very big room for a cheaper price. The bed are comfortable and clean toilet. The receptionist is very helpful to give you details if you need a guide and questions. The hotel place are quite far for the bus station but if you have a vehicle it is near in the highway going to the city.

Duschen fungerade knappt. Det kom så lite vatten att det nästan bara rann ur duschhandtaget. En viktig del för mig är att duschen är bra, denna var riktigt dålig.

Sängarna var lite väl hårda, men det är ju en smaksak. Kuddarna var något tjockare än två lager tyg, alltså i stort sett obefintliga.

Frukosten var enkel, men det fanns det viktigaste så helt ok.

Flera lampor i rummet var trasiga eller urkopplade.

Där fanns också ett extra element (det är bra), men tyvärr hade det trasiga fötter så det riskerade att ramla. Jag stängde av det, det var varmt nog ändå i rummet.

För oss passade boendet väldigt bra då vi tittat på fotboll och kom sent till hotellet och skulle bara ha en övernattningsstuga. Läget är inte idealiskt såvida du inte har egen bil, vi åkte kollektivt och fick då gå lite över en km genom ett industriområde.

I got a room that was in lack of toilet paper, had no hand soap and the window had no handle, so I couldn't close it. The hotel had the lock to the window in the reception, and was aware of the issue with the window. It's simple not okay that you need to go to the reception constantly to get your window opened or closed during your stay. We got upgraded to a better room, but still had a bad experience with the place. The place seemed very old and in need of an upgrade!

Dålig städning och ofräscht.

Jag och min vän fick dela ett rum, och redan när vi klev in möttes vi av en tjock och ofräsch lukt blandat med starka städmedelsdofter. Kylskåpet var klibbigt och på elementet fanns torkat kaffe. Fönstren var dessutom smutsiga. På toaletten upptäckte vi mögel i taket och i duschavloppet låg det kvar rester av rengöringsmedel.

Vi gick därför ner till receptionen och klagade, och fick ett nytt rum som till en början kändes lite bättre. Tyvärr möttes vi även där av samma instängda och obehagliga lukt, så vi tvingades öppna alla fönster för att vädra. I badrummet hittade jag silverfiskar i handfatet, och när jag lyfte upp proppen såg jag att den var fylld med hår – riktigt ofräscht.

Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell. Det finns många andra alternativ som håller en betydligt högre standard och framför allt bättre hygien. Hotellet borde verkligen se över sin städpersonal och rutiner, för detta var långt ifrån acceptabelt.

Bra överlag, vi hade otur med vårt rum

Hotellet överlag var ett bra alternativ för en billig prislapp. Med priset som utgångspunkt var det ett bra läge för att kunna ta sig vidare till sin destination och även frukosten var bra för priset. Vi bodde i var ett gäng som bodde i 3 olika rum och de andra två gruppernas rum höll en god standard. Just det rummet vi hamnade i luktade otroligt mycket rök trots en tydlig policy på hotellet samt en stor skylt på rummets dörr där det stod no smoking vilket inte är hotellets standard vill jag understryka då de andra två gruppernas rum höll god standard och luktade fräscht. Kan även vara värt att tillägga att sängkläderna utan tvekan var byta då de luktade nytvättade. Hade inte mycket kontakt med personal men såg andra gäster be om hjälp och då verkade personalen trevlig och hjälpsam.

2 Home South: Ett perfekt val för Stockholm-besök

Vi har haft en mycket angenäm helgvistelse på 2 Home South, med bekväma sängar, en tillfredsställande frukost och utmärkt service, jag har inga klagomål. Det är perfekt för de som vill besöka Stockholms centrum och undvika stadens trafik och parkeringsproblem. Man kan enkelt lämna bilen på hotellets parkering och sedan ta bussen, tåget eller tunnelbanan till centrum eller Gamla Stan.

Mitt fönster vette mot något slags lager där långtradare började komma mkt tidigt och hämta varor. Motorljudets låga frekvens gör att öronproppar inte klarar att stänga ute det. För övrigt stenhård säng och trasig tv.

Hotellet ligger dåligt, långt till närmsta buss. Sen får du gå på industitomter för att komma fram. Lastbilar lossar och lastar dygnet runt och där luktar illa. Både inne och ute. Sängarna är stenhårda. Olika tider överallt på när frukosten serveras.
Men priset var billigt och där jobbade en trevlig kille i receptionen på kvällarna.

Ok hotell om man inte har så höga krav

Om man inte har så höga krav så funkar det att bo här en natt eller två. Vi bokade ett trippelrum som var väl tilltaget utrymmesmässigt. Däremot var sängarna hårda och kuddarna kassa.
Vi bad om att få vårat rum dammsuget och våttorkat eftersom det fanns damm/hår på golvet och även något utspillt.
Brödet till frukosten var inte dagsfärskt i övrigt fanns det mest basala.
Som sagt ett billigt hotell som funkar om man inte har så höga krav

Tänk er för!

Hotellet är slitet och verkar städas med hjälp av sura moppar som det luktade av i framförallt lekrummet.
Sängarna på rummet är hårda som britsar.
Frukosten serverades av en ung kille i träningskläder, smör och andra kylvaror var i dåligt skick på frukosten. De allmänna ytorna i restaurangdelen var skitiga och dammiga.
Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde, otroligt ocharmigt läge. Vi lämnade hotellet efter en natt trots ytterligare två nätter bokade och betalda. Det var helt enkelt inte värt det. Frukosten var droppen.

Okej budgethotell. Hade väldigt hårda sängar, gammal tv med dålig bild och som man inte kunde casta till. Dåligt städat då vi hittade massa matrester och bestick bakom minikylen. Matsalen var väldigt snuskig och otroligt smutsig! Frukosten var ingen höjdare, inte mycket att välja på och allt var laktosfritt. Min son fick dessutom en glasbit i munnen när han tuggade på sin macka som troligtvis kom från sylten han hade på. Svårt att få tag på någon i receptionen.

Rummet var vad man kunde förvänta sig av den prisbilden. Relativt rymligt, men ganska så nedgånget och utdaterat rum. Helt ok städning och fräscha lakan.
Lite spartansk frukost, men den gjorde jobbet. Inget hotell man åker till för att vara på rummet, utan det är ett ställe att sova på för att sedan fortsätta resan.

Helt okej, men lite bristande städ på rummet och smutsiga sängar och fläckig matta , lite väl hårda och fasta sängar men överlag för en natts övernattning duger det. Priset speglar väl det mesta. Så man förväntade sig inte så mycket.

Bra personal och trevlig, lite dåligt planerat för frukosten men annars helt okej 👍

Mycket trevligt hotell lugnt och bra frukost bra, parkering för hotellet gäster åå natten grind till bilarna. Fräscha rum ända nackdelen var vägen till tvärbanan fick gå en omväg igenom området där Mycket transport förekommer för att åka till globen bland annat
