The room was spacious and clean. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful, quickly sorting a couple of issues I had with my room. The breakfasts had a huge amount of choice. Transport to the city centre and the airport was really easy too. Very safe for solo travellers and convenient for the exhibition centre.

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information.
The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

This was one of the worst Scandic hotels. Very poor service, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once that too we had to request them multiple times. The flush in the washroom was broken and we had to ask them to fix that and it took us to call them multiple times to fix that. The Roof top bar never even opened once even though it was supposed to one two out of three days of our stay. We went to the lobby restaurant on our first night and service was terrible. We sat at our table and no one came to ask us for water or even give us the menu. Eventually I had to get up and order the food at the bar.
Overall the experience was horrible, never coming back to this property again.

Nice hotel only 2 stops from Central Stockholm!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a large variety. Everything was clean and we had no issues. Two things to be aware of: 1) They ask you to reserve for breakfast the night before so they can appropriately prepare (very reasonable ask) and 2) the shower got water everywhere, so be mindful of that while in there.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room is minimal, but the staff is amazing. They will provide a mini fridge upon request and are helpful with city directions. The breakfast has a variety of foods and was fresh each day. My only complaint is the lack of coffee in the rooms and the fact that you had to pay for coffee in the lobby. When the same machine is accessible for free during the breakfast time.

New and modern hotel in Alvsjo

The hotel room was modern and clean. There is air conditioning in the room that most hotels in Stockholm don't have.
Breakfast was excellent. There's also a small gym with Sauna in the hotel.
I'd stay here for the next time.

Close to the train. No restaurant open currently and the food was a couple of options. I chose lasagne like most people and no one was finishing the meal. Lasagne is not 2 sheets of pasta and 400g of meat ragu.

It tasted nice except for the amount of salt. Too high. Breakfast was the same, very salty scrambled eggs. I can only assume the person tasting it has a bad sense of taste or didn't taste at all.

Main person on the front desk had zero front of house skills.

If visiting the city I would stay elsewhere. If visiting somewhere near I would give it a second chance because I've heard the restaurant is good when it is open.

It's a great choice for Stockholm visitors. The hotel is just a few stop away from the Central Station and trains run every few minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast deserves a special word, it's fresh and abundant, particularly comparing to a limited choices of most US hotels. Room maintenance doesn't happen, unless you request it at the front desk. This hotel is highly recommended as it delivers excellent value for your money.

Rummet var rent, men duschen lite mindre ren. Saknade vatten på rummet bara, alltså att ni bjuder på 1-2 flaskor vanligt vatten.
Personal på hotellet trevliga, extra extra till tjejen som jobbade lördag. Tack för att du ordnade ett annat rum åt mig.
Frukosten hade mindre utbud än vad jag väntade mig. Vattenmelonen och ananasen var dåliga, smakade inte alls bra.

Hundrum på våning 5

” Hundrummet” på 5:e våningen var OK, en skön säng, men rummets färgsättning, ” stasigrå” gjorde väl ingen glad, och att väggarna bryddes av två affischer, varav en var för en Nordisk Byggmässa anordnad 1988, och den andra ” välkomnade ” våra vänner / hundarna”, ökade ju inte precis känslan av ” lyx”, snarare tänkte man på DDR estetik.

Lobbyns placering / med bardisken/ restaurangen skapade in propp i ” infarten” . Flödet svämmade över till kön till hissarna .

Att betala för en garageplats, var väl ” smidigt”, men att ta ” extra betalt ” för SWISH? Ok, ingen jättesumma 8kr, men ändå.

Och iom att man ” sköter det mesta själv, vid incheckning, kanske kunde allt ordnas av en maskin, istället av personal bakom en disk, rumskorten kan ju fås av samma hjälpsamma maskin via en lucka?

Attended an event at Stockholmsmässan. Excellent hotel with superb staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast is guaranteed Scandic quality. Commuting to and from Stockholm Central Railwaystation is convenient and fast.

Nice room, great view stayed on the 18 floor, hotel super close to metro - But a few things stuck out..
The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the Aircon did not work, the reception said it would be fixed but nothing happend.

Väldigt trevligt rum med bra utsikt (18e vån). Frukosten var vad man förväntar sig från ett hotell av den här typen i omfattning, kvalitén var mycket bra. Tyvärr ingen chromecast i TVn på rummet så det får man ta med själv.
Golvbrunnen i badrummet svämmade dock över en aning vid tömning av badkaret, dusch gick bra utan bekymmer dock.

Har bott på detta hotell många gånger tidigare. Frukosten var den här gången mycket sämre än vad den brukar vara. Mycket spill och slabb, tomma fat och många saker skulle tas med salladsbestick (!?) t.ex. vispad grädde.

The room was dusty, run down and the AC did not work which on this hot summer day meant that the temperature in the room was 28 degrees Celsius. When we asked the reception to help with ac they just said that the hotel did not have ac but central heating system. I booked this hotel based on location and that they were listed as having AC. They gave us a fan that did not help.

Godt hotel tæt ved station i trygt område.

Fint hotel i trygt område og meget tæt ved station, hvor man nemt kommer ind til midtbyen. Fantastisk morgenmad og gode store værelser. Skal selv bede om nye håndklæder og rengøring ved længerevarende ophold. Hotellet ligger ved et messecenter og ca 10 km fra indre by.

ただ隣部屋の人のドアを閉める音がうるさかったのが気になりました。
その人の閉め方なのか、ドアの構造なのか...
あと宿泊分のバスタオルを置いてほしかったです。バスマットは交換されたけど、なぜかバスタオルの交換、補充はありませんでした。
でも全体的に過ごしやすいホテルでした！

Helt ok och framförallt smidigt med läget nära pendelstationen för enkel transport in till Stockholm. Frukostmatsalen tyvärr alldeles för trång och det var kaos alla dagar trots att man skulle boka tid. Personalen i receptionen var rätt ointresserad av att hjälpa till också.

Vi hade ett tvåbäddsrum med två enkelsängar som var ihopsatta till en dubbelsäng.
Bra hotell med smidig pendel till allt. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen, rymligt rum som var rent och fräscht. Sängarna var okej men hade kunnat vara aningen mjukare. Kuddarna var tyvärr små och hårda. Duschen var fantastisk med stort utrymme, bra vattentryck och värme på vattnet.
Konstig lösning att belysningen i badrummet lyste genom väggen ut till andra rummet. Man väckte den man sov med om man gick på toa under natten.
Frukostbuffén hade mycket att välja på men jag saknade sallad. Allt utom pålägg tog slut snabbt när man åt frukost mellan 9-10 och det var väldigt fullt i matsalen. Personalen fyllde på men det kunde ta lite tid.

Saavuimme hotelliin suoraan laivasta aamulla klo 7 aikaan, saimme heti hotelliin saavuttuamme laukut säilytykseen ja lähdimme loistavalle aamupalalle, aamiaisen jälkeen menimme pyytämää aikaisempaa sisään kirjautumista, olisimme saaneet sen heti 600 kruunulla, mutta asiakaspalvelija ei halunnut rahastaa sillä vaan kertoi että saisimme huoneen klo 10 jälkeen 200 kruunulla, asiakaspalvelu oli todella hyvää koko vierailumme ajan ja puitteet oli kohdallaan, toinen asiakas palvelija huikkasi meille keskustelumme yhteydessä ettei uloskirjautumis aika ole aivan kiveen hakattu vaan hieman joustava. Huoneen sisutus ja värimaailma oli mieleemme. Näköalat olivat plussaa!
