This was a nice clean property and the bed was super comfy. It was a tad bit out of the way of the old town, but Uber operates close by so that wasn't too much of an issue. Ultimately we had a lovely few days there!

What an incredible stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless, cozy, and so thoughtfully done. The room itself was clean, spacious, and perfectly comfortable—just what you want for a weekend escape. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it feel like a little home away from home, and gave us the freedom to relax on our own schedule.

Now let me rave for a moment about the breakfast—it’s an absolute must. So tasty, super convenient, and the perfect start to each day. Seriously, skip the hunt for a café and just go with their breakfast—you won’t regret it.

But what truly set this place apart was the reception staff. Warm, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful—these folks are in a league of their own. They didn’t just do their jobs; they genuinely cared, and it made all the difference.

Mili was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. He went above and beyond time and again. Whether it was answering our many questions or just making sure everything was perfect, Mili was always one step ahead. This man needs a raise, no question about it.

And shoutout to Lovie, who gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that completely leveled up our dining experiences. Every spot was a hit. Her local knowledge really made us feel like we were in the know.

This place has everything—comfort, convenience, and a team that genuinely makes you feel welcome. I’d book again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

Pros:

- Good location
- Clean property
- Friendly staff
- Well-equipped studios

Cons:

- Value for money is not the best you can find
- Breakfast (which costs extra) comes in pre-packed bags that you need to pick up from the reception in the morning!
- No tea or coffee bags in the room! In the absence of a buffer breakfast, this could have been a nice thing to find in the room

Location was convenient, between the Luma and Sickla Kaj Tram 30 stops, and close to two supermarkets. The room was clean, and the facilities are in new condition. Room is well-equipped, although I would suggest a large plastic spoon for cooking and a colander for cooking pasta. A small bin for recyclables would also be useful. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Awesome week long stay

We stayed here on two occasions and had great experience both times. One of the stays was a week long. Everything is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. Kitchen is well stocked and the laundry room was convenient. The staff was helpful and was available 24/7. The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the train stop, supermarkets and an awesome bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying here. The area it's in was amazing. It was very modern, clean, safe, and easy to get to with the trains so close by. It's a nice transition to go from the traditional streets of old town Stockholm. Everything you could need is right in the immediate area - restaurants, supermarkets, coffee bars, playgrounds, pharmacies, etc. We constantly saw kids roaming around by them selves walking around and hopping on and off the trains, so it gave us the sense that the area is very safe. The hotel is very modern and we loved the 9th floor observation deck! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower head was amazing! If we ever come back to Stockholm we will stay here again without a doubt.

Hotel was a perfect place for a longer stay. We stayed 5 nights and it was a pleasure coming back to every night, after sightseeing. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, in every way. Convenient to 2 trams stops (5 minute walk) that took you a few stops to metro transfer stations. Hotel is nicely situated away from the noise of the city, yet extremely convenient to getting to the city. Plenty of shops and eating places in the area also. A wonderful place to stay!

We liked the location, not really liking city life, we were thankful you had time to breath when stepping outside the door. Great selection of shops within 5 mins walk. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Easy drop-off/pick up for taxis etc. Public transport 5 mins away. We went to the Ericsson Globe, a simple 20 min walk.
Hotel and room were very clean, everything we needed for a long weekend in the kitchenette. Sound proofing was excellent - or at least we had considerate neighbours next door and above.

The hotel was good, although not quite as good as the one in Gärdet - everything is just that bit more down-market with sightly less choice for breakfast, slightly less well equipped rooms and so on. Then again it's a little cheaper. Easy enough to get to from town centre or bus/train station once you've done it once. I did have some trouble with the lighting in the room which didn't want to talk to the entry card but otherwise everything was fine.

I really liked the facilities there. You can save money by preparing your own meals since there is a refrigerator and full-on stove with pots, pans, plates and silverware. The furniture looked like it was out of an Ikea catalog. Also, there are 2 supermarkets near the hotel to help you stock up on food. The location is near a tram and metro station.

Out of the centre of Stockholm but easily accessible. Set in a very nice residential area with pleasant walks around the water. A historical area for shipping, now transformed into a high quality apartment area. The accommodation might not appear anything particular from the outside but the apartments are spacious, fitted out with good beds and high quality equipment. The apartments have everything you need, are exceptionally well maintained and clean.

Great room with fully-equipped kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was exactly as advertised and expected. It has a laundry room. Tram station and Lidl in just a few minutes walking distance.
The only issue is the location. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to central Stockholm but since I wasn't in a hurry and I got a Travel card I didn't mind it all that much.

This property deserves its top tier reviews. I found the staff professional, friendly and helpful and the rooms very well equipped. I also stayed in another well known hotel near the Old Town during my trip, which was much more expensive ; the Biz was better - bigger, cleaner (newer), relaxed.
It's not designed to be a grand hotel, just a perfect place to stay for a trip to Stockholm. Public transportation to the city centre is a breeze, and there is a great grocery store nearby, easily accessible by foot.

The rooms were nice no soap in dispensary and towels were very cheap and small. Single bed mattresses where very thin and the breakfast wasn’t up to the standard atall. The staff resolved the breakfast problem Upon check out when prompted. I’d stay again just without any food as there were much better places to eat in Sweden.

Relaxing, Clean and Quiet

We stayed here are about a week and it was perfect. It was setup like a studio apt with a small but well equipped kitchenette and extra space with a small table that functioned as a place to eat and work on laptops for 2 people. I could see myself living there for an extended stay with the comforts of home, there is even a small laundry room. The tram is close by and 1 stop away will take you to the metro to city center. The neighborhood itself is quiet, clean and residential. There are parks, shops, lots of restaurants and a few supermarket chains all within walking distance or along a few tram stops. If you visit during the summer months, it is very close to the hammarby canal waterfront to hang out and chill. If you visit in the winter months, the Hammarbybacken ski resort is practically next door.
