A newly built luxury hotel on the island of Djurgarden, located in the same building as the ABBA Museum and the Sweden Museum. The hotel is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from the centre of Stockholm by tram, the tram stops right outside the hotel.
Other interesting places guests can visit and that are just a short stroll away are the Skansen open air Museum the Vasa Museum, the Nordic Museum, Tivoli Grona Lund and the Museum of Modern Art. There are boats that leave for the historic centre of Stockholm just 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Great location for all the tourist attractions, museums etc… right outside you can get the number 7 tram into the city or boat across the harbour. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. If you’re an Abba fan… definitely visit the abba museum in the hotel… even if you’re not it’s great fun.

Room I got was very disappointed with small dark depressing, I complained and was given a better room no hot food unless you go to nearby cafes no guests lounge no bar no room service, breakfast was a spoonful of cold scrambled eggs, cold burnt rasher if bacon , very disappointed a real let down I had waited a year for .

Frukost meny som man beställde samt alla andra tillbehör som önskades, Parma skinka, ostar, färsk bakat surdegsbröd, kavring, mm bröd med mer med mer….Sommaren kommer snart, då blir det Backstage Hotel med promenad på Djurgården.

Fantastisk frukost! Man fick beställa varmrätter från en meny så maten var fräsch och de klassiska rätterna hade en liten twist som gjorde dem ännu godare. Kuddarna var dock de sämste hotellkuddar jag varit med om. Noll stöd så nästa gång får jag ta med egen kudde. Lite för mjuka sängar för mitt tycke men sambon tyckte de var sköna.

Rummet lite för mörkt. Golvlampa som inte kunde stå själv. Tätt i avloppet både i tvättställ och badkar. Karet rengjordes inte vid städningen, utan på grund av det extremt långsamma nästan helt täta avloppet samlades smuts på nedre decimetern.
