Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too.

I like everything about this property but the water. It took forever to get hot water and when it came it was inconsistent. One second hot the next cold. It makes for a horrible shower.

the room is pretty but the water is a problem. There is very little pressure in the sink and the temperature in the shower and sink isn't consistent. A pet peeve of mine is the quilts. They are beautiful, all hotels have them. You need to be staying at the North Pole with the windows open to sleep under them. Why can't the hotels make the beds with a light blanket. I'm sure it cost them a fortune to have the air conditioning low enough for customers to sleep under the quilt.

The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old city and very close to the the cathedral and port. Staff was truly amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. The staff were great throughout, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was a nice place to sit and have drinks although we did not eat. The location is perfect, in a lovely street with lots of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Modern rooms and bathrooms. The only downfall is that we could hear a lot from the street and from other parts of the hotel in the nights but it didn't bother us really.

Went here for two days and enjoyed some couple time, we enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. Only issue was that the lighting seemed off/some wiring issue where when our boozy neighbor accidentally tried their key at our door and it made our lights flicker. Maybe just the side effect of an old building in historic Palma. But other than that very lovely hotel, great service, clean and close to all the beautiful old town!

The BO hotel is right in the heart of the historic city so it’s a great location. The only downside is the nightlife goes on until 2am. The staff is wonderful and the rooftop lounge area and hot tub provides a great place to relax after exploring the city. There are many choices of restaurants in a short walk. We would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the old town of Palma steps away from many restaurants and bars and tourist attractions. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Room and all facilities including the rooftop jacuzzi were amazing. Ideal hotel to sample the many things that Palma has to offer. Give it a go you will love it.

The hotel is modern and the staff was very helpful. In particular, \"Jairo\" was an exceptional front desk clerk-- he helped us with everything from planning out day trips to various villages throughout Mallorca to renting a car and making restaurant reservations. He went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and we truly benefitted from his knowledge of the island in terms of places/attractions to visit.

Me and my partner stayed for two nights as a part of a longer trip, travelling around Mallorca.
BO hotel has a great location in the old town of Palma, but unfortunately the room and the hotel itself was a major disappointment.
We received a new room on the first floor which was extremely noisy, both from the street outside and (even more so) from the staff running in and out the service cabinet that was located just next to our room door.
It was practically impossible to get any rest in a room that was over dimensional and sparsely furnished.
The sun deck on the roof was available, but with no cooling shower or pool available, which makes it completely useless in summer.
Front staff was friendly and helpful, although some of the information provided was completely wrong (which makes me wonder, we’re they guessing the answers?).
For a room at this price, I’d expect a lot more than what we got.

The location is unbeatable and the views to the busy old Palma are spectacular...and when you close the windows...JUST SILENCE! Everything was just perfect...even the breakfast despite the COVID-19 situation was super premium.

Best location for the cathedral, shops and restaurants. Everything at 1-2 minutes walk. Luxury for young people - JBL speaker in the room, massive bathroom with the best shower, everything great quality, espresso machine, great beds, beautiful room, great wifi, bathrobes, quality cosmetics. They really spoil you with every little detail. The roof top jacuzzi and sunbeds are amazing. They have towels waiting for you, menu with drinks and snacks if you need them to bring you something. Warmest welcome with a selection of complimentary drinks on arrival.
