The MOST beautiful family room i ever experienced in all my travels. Spacious connected rooms with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi and 7 head shower. Confy bed and balcony. Nice parking under the hotel.

Había pedido una plaza de aparcamiento pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no, y tuve que aparcar mi coche lejos del casco antiguo. Aunque dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba justo fuera del casco antiguo, los espacios siempre estaban llenos durante los 3 días que estuvimos allí, y tuvimos que estacionar un buen paseo lejos del hotel. El personal del restaurante dejó muy claro que no tenían nada que ver con el hotel, e incluso cuando preguntamos cuáles eran los horarios de apertura, nos dijeron que leyéramos los avisos en recepción.

The room and bathroom were large and excellently appointed. Location perfect for walk to Olite centre. Parking a bonus - underground so cool but a little tight for large cars. Reception staff lovely, we overcame the language barrier with good humour on both sides 😊. Breakfast good value and totally COVID safe. We did not eat our evening meal there, but menu looked good.

Very comfortable for a night, spacious and comfortable room, parking was not difficult in the nearby church lot. Decor is slightly dated but the room was clean and the hotel is located close to the main square.

Room was clean and fine. No mini-fridge. The junior suite had two beds in a little annex which didn’t have air con. So to get the area cool enough, the main room was too cold. And we were told they didn’t have extra blankets. The shower did not drain on its own. We had to sweep to water toward the drain.

When booking this hotel I thought I was booking another one, but this turned out well.
Actually, in an ancient town this property is “new” and nicely done.

Walk 300 ft to the square on which the castle lies (and what a castle it is).
Be forwarned-the hotel is about 150 ft in from easy access, so your choice-pull luggage or drive in, drop, and back out of a narrow street, which I did.

A lovely hotel with one of the best showers ever! (Lots of room, multiple jets...) Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking on-site, but I was a bit frightened of the tight corners, so found free on-street parking close by. Great place to stay.

We stayed at La Joyosa Guarda during a short visit to Olite. The hotel is very close to the center and thus easy to get anywhere by foot. Getting to the hotel with a large car was challenging, but this is normal for small towns in Spain. We stayed in a junior suite. The room was big enough for them to provide 2 extra beds for the kids and we effectively had 2 separate rooms in the end. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean and modern.

Parking in the car park was an experience - ten minutes to manoeuvre in - not recommended for larger cars or 4x4's. No breakfast before 8.30am a problem for anyone travelling on elsewhere and wanting to start early. The suite was bizarre, a very strange shape meet our needs but was not very \"comfortable\".

Nous connaissons Olite depuis des années. A chaque étape dans cette petite cité médiévale, nous résidons dans un hôtel au coeur de la vieille ville. Il faut admettre que d'y circuler en voiture y est plutôt compliqué, et le stationnement est préférable en dehors de la cité, le mieux étant de visiter à pied.
L'hôtel, vieille bâtisse à quelques pas de la place centrale et du château, est restaurée avec un style de bon goût et offre un confort très satisfaisant. Notre chambre (304), au dernier étage avec une petite fenêtre sur la vieille rue, et un velux à commande électrique est très spacieuse, et dispose d'une salle de bain et d'une douche gigantesque.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel \"El Rincón de la Joyosa\", bien qu'en pleines fêtes traditionnelle offre quelques plats à la carte en dehors du menu spécial de circonstance.

Muy buen hotel, decoración y amplitud de la habitación y resto de hotel excelente. La ducha es tipo romano con hidromasaje lo cual fue una grata sorpresa, parecía un spa.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en vu de visiter le désert de Bardenas. Le château est tout simplement splendide par contre à cet époque de l'année le village est sans réel charme et les restaurants quasi inexistant. Tout l'hôtel très sombre et les chambres également qui de plus mériteraient une bonne rénovation. Le restaurant était fermé par manque de personnel.

Con pena de no haber podido quedarnos mas veces. Nada mas hacer nuestra reserva llamamos al hotel para hacer unas consultas y nos atendio una chica que nos trato fenomenal en todo momento explicandonos todo y contestandonos a todas nuestras dudas.
Cuando llegamos al establecimiento mas de lo mismo un gusto tratar con ella super amable.
La habitacion puesto que ivamos con una niña y no sabiamos si iva a dormir en La cuna que nos habian puesto, nos proporciono una habitacion super bonita con unas butacas , una mesa,un balcon cerrado tmque nos encanto y con una cama enorme... Y comodisima, las almohadas .igualmente, y el baño grandisimo con una ducha enorme
Comimos en el restaurante y comita de alli(verduras y carne riquisima) las chicas del restaurante majisimas, nuestra peque estuvo encantada, y muy atentas con ella, ofreciendole cositas para que estuviese agusto , le dieron una galletita grande en forma de corazon asi que ella como loca.
Al dia siguiente en el desayuno todo riquisimo, el chico que estaba alli muy simpatico , y en todo momento reponiendo cosas.
Las chicas de la limpieza tambien muy simpaticas y atentas.
La ubicacion , perfecta, super centrico.
En resumen repetiriamos seguro, y lo recomendaremos con los ojos cerrados y desde aqui les damos las gracias por lo bien que nos hemos sentido en nuestra estancia.
