The reception area was locked in the morning when we left and at night when we got home, it was difficult to reach anyone, we never got a phone number to call, the room was never serviced, we finally one night got some toilet paper and new towels, but they didn’t have tissues…we got home at night the tv in our room was on, but no service had been done. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early and were able to eat breakfast earlier which was great. The only complaint is that the showers weren't consistent, with the hot and cold water cutting in and out or the water only being boiling hot. This didn't last for the entire shower but was a little annoying. Otherwise, everything was great and it was a very pleasant stay!

Not an Auberge at all, it's a motel from the 70's next to the highway, in dire need of renovations. For the same price you can have a brand new room at the Delta in Trois-Rivières. Definitely not worth the price asked. Very disappointing. Staff was pleasant enough but not enough to make up for the overall poor condition of the motel.

Aussi, un seul employé pour servir toute l’auberge au déjeuner et comme un seul choix de repas, il amène l’assiette sans que tu l’aies demander et aucune modification ne peut être faite car il n’ont rien d’autres.

At first we tried to cancel our reservation (after arrival) because from the outside the Auberge MOTEL looks like an ordinary run-down Motel. Then we saw the room it was clean. The breakfast is poor I asked for cereals and got them for small Kids with chocolate. The air conditioner is loud. Its good for one night stay-overs. But we will never go back there. We are both old age 82 and 86. We travelled the world and stayed most in much better places. The garden view is near the Highway 55 one can hear the cars. Some garden stairs are broken.

Aucun cadran dans la chambre. Aucune isolation sonore (quand ce sont les corbeaux dehors qui te reveille le matin).

We stayed here last minute and, while we’re used to higher-end hotels, we were pleasantly surprised. For the price, it was really not that bad. The staff were very friendly, and we’d most likely return in the future. If they were to invest a bit in the property, it could really become a great place. Also, there were quite a few good restaurants not too far from the motel, which was a nice bonus

Everything is fine, decor is a littly funcky, but clean. The staff didn't speak french which could be an issue with some custumors.. The front office has limited hours, there was no coffee maker in the room, and the front office was closed (sunday 8am) when I tried to walk by to get coffee there. They should have an area open 24/24 for small comodities (like coffee....) if they don't want to be there all the time.

The staff were lovely. I feel bad giving them a terrible rating but I have to. Both smoke detectors were removed, the curtain rod fell down when we tried to close them. Then they fell out of the wall. Both door locks (chains) were installed wrong (very easy to break in) and one was broken! The door would not close, it had to be lifted by the handle as it was off the hinge. The bathroom was clean, however it smelled strongly of urine. The window sill fell off and scared the hell out of us. It looked like it was under construction and still being used as a room. Definitely not worth the $120 price. Will not be going again.
