In my personal experience of staying at this hotel the room was clean and modern and the staff was great. The only area that requires improvement in this hotel is the POOL!!. The roof top area is great but the pool's water is cloudy which in my personal knowledge its a sign of bacterial growth or chemical in balance and hotel were great but the pool water was dirty and cloudy. I made a complaint to the front desk regarding the pool water and request for it to be cleaned on my second day at the hotel but it was never fixed and we stayed there for 6 days. We were unable to enjoy the pool for this reason. I hope they can fix it as i would definitely return to this hotel.

The pool is small, but on the roof so lovely to go up. Lots of seating and umbrellas. The staff are amazing and the cleaning staff are awesome. My only concern is that the breakfast, although varies daily, is not up to the standards of a Marriott.

The hotel has no good service, stinky smelly all over, bad smells from the toilet. Even you will notice right away once entered in the main entrance. Breakfast has no good choices and most of the time empty trays. Coffee machine didn’t work properly during all my stay period. Staffs are okay doing their duties properly. Only property management team or owner of the hotel must spend some money for renovation.

Usually we enjoy staying at Residence Inns for their convenience. However this facility has some maintenance shortcomings. The service was wonderful and the breakfast was mediocre. Our room which was on the first floor smelled like sewer gas, like a trap wasn't fitted to the shower. The shower also just trickled out water until maintenance came and fixed it. The chain inside the toilet bowl also broke so it was a take off the cover and manually move the flapper until maintenance could be called. I think they fixed it with a paperclip but there were remnants of earlier rusty paperclips inside the tank so it will probably rust and become a problem agains soon. The location is ok if you have a rental car but otherwise would be inconvenient. Service was great and maintenance responded quickly but the overall feel was that they will spend more on quick fixes than if they did the job right the first time.

The rooms are great, breakfast is ok, traffic is really high always to get into the hotel, not the hotel fault, but should be considered, you don't hear it from inside though. If you are looking for a fancy have it all hotel, this is Not it. This hotel is more like a hotel you will got out early and come back at night to sleep, as it does not offer any entertainment besides the freezing pool at the rooftop. There's a lot of stores nearby, that's a plus.

I didn’t try hard enough to make sure we got to the airport on time. They kept telling us to check an email. We never received it so we had to spend $100 just to catch a cab all the way back to the airport and that was the reason why I checked in the hotel from the first place to make sure I had a ride to the airport.

The room was very clean, and had a wonderful layout. The only bad thing we can say about the room, is that the couch is not very comfortable.
This isn't a complaint, but just a suggestion... it would be nice to have an air-fryer oven in the kitchenette. There is currently only a small cooktop, and no oven, so you are quite limited in what you can cook.

Close to some restaurants by foot and supermarket for groceries and we used the local colectivios to get back and forth to downtown for 10 pesos each. Super convenient (just make sure it says BOTH 30/30 and sorianna on it - we learned the hard way lol)
You are not close to a beach but the upstairs pool deck was lovely and not busy at all. It is next to a major road. You will hear some road noise but wasn’t bad and heard nothing in the room
They include free transfer from airport and rtn.
Very pleased. We will be back again.

The hotel is pretty far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel ran out of breakfast (eggs) and coffee a few times during our stay.
I asked for a hair dryer and I was told they were “out”; didn’t get one until the third day. Products feel “low quality”. On the positive: staff was friendly.

The soap is very cool. I also really like the moisturizer I love the breakfast three times. I ate the quesadilla and I like the bathroom so much. It’s nice and special and there’s lots of desks to put my stuff. There is lots of space. It’s next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. The check in line was so so long. My kids
also watched Tom and Jerry. Oh one good thing is there’s plenty of parking!

Rooms were very clean! Staff was excellent left money out to tip cleaning and they didn't take it trusted them not to take anything. Breakfast was very good we stayed for 12 days so more variety would have been nice but still very good. Roof top pool was rarely busy often got it all to ourselves which was awesome would absolutely reccomend staying here. Location is good will just want a scooter or a bike or something if you plan on exploring playa del Carmen many days in a row can turn into a lot of walking. We were supposed to have golf included however booked through Expedia and did not get to golf at the hard Rock so be aware of that if you plan on golfing

There is not blinds in the gym so in the morning your get blind , the pool area has no umbrellas , the breakfast is ok , half the time there is no coffee,no cutlery, no Bowles , I feel sorry for the breakfast staff there is not enough staff to help out , the cleaning staff was never consistent in cleaning our rooms , the sheets had holes , and we had a king size bed and they put sheets that were way to small for the bed ,

Stay 5 nights in this hotel, staff service is great, they speak Spanish and English both, check in service very smooth and easy, after you book the hotel, they do send your complimentary airport shuttle booking link that you can fill it up, and you receive the voucher shortly. From cancun international airport to the hotel is about 1hour drive, room is very clean, and they do have kitchen in the room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am everyday, very close the Xscaret park and Playa de carmen downtown, about 6-10mins drive, taxi easy to book, there is also a grocery store SORIANA and Starbucks close by, which about 6mins walk. They also have a MTS tour desk in the lobby from 8am to 4pm, that you can also book the day trip if you want visit chichen itza, Tulum, Xscaret park etc. Overall is good.

The breakfast ran out of coffee almost every morning, the poor 1 staff had to clean and replenish food , they had no juice , they ran out of fruit and bread , the pool is nice , no umbrellas, the rooms are nice size but getting the room cleaned was a challenge, the front desk manger was not trying to be helpful, he also advised us that there is no vip , very confusing since this was one of the reasons i booked the hotel , the gym is ok but the sun hits the windows in the morning and there is no blinds , so impossible to work out in the mornings, plus there is no water in the gym , when i asked for water no one did anything about it , the laundry is nice option, and the parking is nice as well , don’t buy anything in there little store bought ice cream for a small container they charged 300 pesos,
