Very basic hotel, no servicing of room, had get our own fresh towels. Light didn’t work in room.
It’s very old and tired, needs refurbishing. Staff helpful but no English. Breakfast was really good and dinner was nice.

Spa facilities are excellent, room very basic for 220 Euro’s per room breakfast very expensive $15:95 pp,
Shower has no holder so you have to shower 1 handled.

Charming Hotel with great spa

The spa was wonderful my summer trip. The pool water was on the warmer side, just how I like it. Jacuzzi was spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can walk to the main shops and restaurants. Dinner st the hotel was very good but a little expensive. I thought the breakfast was overpriced but I’m not sure there are many alternatives in the area.

Walking Distance to Train Station

Good location as a home base to ski La Plagne and Les Arcs. Trains and bus service available to get to Aime on SNCF and up to the ski areas. Warm lodge with food and pool/hot tub. Thanks!

The hotel is well located with plenty of on and off street parking available, The facilities are good with pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc. The bar and restaurant are also very good.

The rooms are dated and in need to modernisation. The room facilities are poor and require to be upgraded.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

One-night stay on the Route d'Alps

Hotel in general felt very run-down. The bedroom overlooked the neighbours' back garden and had no nets so there was no privacy. There was no air-conditioning, but a tall fan had been put in the room, but it had a broken stand which had been held up with parcel tape. We were advised that the fan could not be replaced. The bath was very worn, the enamel had worn through to the bare metal in places. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant.

Good Alternative for Ski Resort Goers

The room was apparently dated. Its loft style may not work well for certain persons like me. There is no elevator to go up the 2nd floor. I chose this hotel simply because all the hotels in Les Arcs' hotels were too expensive. It is not really far away from the resort, and quite close to La Plagne. This hotel definitely can be a good alternative for ski resort goers.

Easy for La Plagne Station

The hotel is very old fashioned looking within a short walk of La Plagne rail station. It has quiet comfortable rooms and I had a bath and shower in mine. It has a nice bar area to relax in and is in very easy reach of a nearby supermarket. Good price and a nice stay

Flying visit overnight to the Alps, this hotel is ideally placed for Les arcs, la plagne, and connected resorts. Good decorative order, food served at dinner was of excellent quality. Pool (albeit not very big) and squash court, so well equipped. Would stay there again

Great \"beat the skiing traffic\" location

Convieniant 3* hotel at the foot of the mountains just outside Bourg St Murice. Ideal for the evening stop over before venturing to your chalet to get in some early morning 1st day skiing. Good facilities - the squash court was an eccentric surprise - with a great restaurant and breakfast worth the 13 euro charge. Comfortable basic family room with enough space for a family of 4.

Nice hotel but small room and broken bed

Great place to stop before heading up to La Plagne the next morning.
Nice restaurant and a Pool/Sauna area.
The only let down was the room was very small for a family of 4.
One of the beds was a Z Bed which all the slats popped out as soon as you lay on it, so one person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor...

Perfect recharge before the heights

I felt that the hotel was generally a good standard and had good facilities, including a glass backed squash court. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although at breakfast they had run out of croissants, you had to hold the shower nozzle and the temperature changed every minute or so.

Le séjour d’une nuit a été très moyennement satisfaisant.
Attente à l’accueil qui de plus n’a pas été très chaleureux.
Carte bancaire débitée avant notre arrivée alors que le paiement était prévu sur place.
Impossible de dormir en raison du déclenchement d’un appareil qui a finalement cesser après que nous ayons fini par contacter le numéro d’urgence en pleine nuit.
Hôtel qui méritait un petit rafraîchissement et une attention un peu plus précise auprès de sa clientèle.
L’attention semble portée sur le restaurant.

La chambre est plus que vieillotte en termes de déco. La serrure de la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Très mauvaise insonorisation : on entend le voisin ronfler. Peu de chauffage dans la salle de petit déjeuner le 1er janvier matin. Nous avons également gentiment été priés de quitter la salle de restaurant dès 23.00 le 31/12 au soir. Compte tenu de la date, c'est mal venu. Pour un prix supérieur à 350€ la nuit c'est scandaleux. J'exige un dédomagement.

The receptionist saw us at the door and did not open it. We had to knock and get the attention of another guest, who eventually opened it for us. She then questioned whether breakfast was really included for two people. I did not understand the question, since it was clearly stated in the reservation and it was a booking for a couple.

I asked for a late check-out and received a loud no. I then asked if we could leave our luggage in the morning, and she also said no. When I asked if there was any alternative solution, she replied: “Leave it in the car.” We arrived by train. Then, she walked away and left me talking to myself. Extremely rude behavior.

At dinner, I asked if it would be possible to take the food to the room, and she said: “Take the plate and carry it yourself.” That is what we did.

The next day, with another hotel staff member, I tried again to request a late check-out and luggage storage, even offering to pay an extra half-day. The response was completely different: “Ok, you can stay until 1:00 PM. You just can’t stay longer because the hotel is fully booked.” A total difference in attitude and professionalism.

None of the power outlets in the room worked. Only the bathroom outlet functioned. A hotel without an elevator cannot be considered a 3-star hotel.

This type of staff behavior is unacceptable.

Mon séjour à la Tourmaline chambre 6 était moyen.

Le restaurant vraiment très bien. Rien à redire de ce côté.
L'accueil bon également.

Par contre la chambre 6 est vraiment à revoir. L'état de la chambre en général n'est pas bon. Et puis la douche ... mon dieu la douche. L'eau s'écoule dans la salle de bain car la vitre est montée à l'envers.
Et quand on parle au staff c'est normal pour eux, \"c'est l'architecte qui s'est trompé\".

Super mais en attendant c'est moi qui ait fait mon ménage avec le balai à eau laissé disposition pour éviter que la salle de bain soit une baignoire et ça c'est pas normal.

Bref je reviendrai sans doute manger car très bon repas mais ce sera tout pour moi.

Superbe hôtel, emplacement idéal, cadre bucolique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un superbe accueil de Mélina. La chambre était confortable avec une vue sur la montagne enneigée. Nous avons profitez de la piscine après une journée sur les pistes.

Au restaurant, nous avons opté pour des plats incontournables (fondu et raclette), près de la cheminée !

Super hôtel, je m'y abonne car l'emplacement est top et permet un accès rapide à La Plagne, Les Arcs et Meribel ! Je recommande !

Hôtel avec une jolie déco montagne. Le dîner du soir était très bon et c’est appréciable de pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi après une journée de travail.
L’hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement car il est dans son jus, on étend le bruit des autres chambres et du couloir. La salle de bain est vraiment vieillotte du coup pas facile à nettoyer.

Les chambres sont propres mais vieilles avec beaucoup de travail à faire pour rendre l'endroit confortable.
Vue sur la cour intérieure et les livraisons à 5 ou 6h le matin.

Notre avons été très bien accueilli a l'accueil comme au restaurant.
L'hôtel est très bien équipé et correspond à l'annonce.
Point noir néanmoins sur le service ménager qui se croit seul dans les couloirs de l'hotel a partir de 8h30 un dimanche...c'est apparemment un point connu a l'hôtel..
Donc si vous souhaitez dormir un minimum , je ne vous conseil pas cet hôtel.
A part ce point , très bon hotel

Bel hôtel avec un personnel gentil et une salle de squash. Pour le spa, c’est petit donc après 18h c’est compliqué.
Les chambres sont bien, le seul mauvais point est le petit déjeuner à 16€ qui ne les vaut clairement pas.

J'attendais mon conjoint à l'hôtel pendant un rdv d'affaire et j'ai regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de peignoir de bain pour pouvoir me rendre au spa et à la piscine
L'éclairage des chambres est très tamisée un peu trop à mon goût et les femmes de chambre très bruyantes

Hôtel propre et calme . Le plus est la piscine et le spa. La restauration mériterait de monter de gamme, tout comme le service serviable mais « minimum » qui manque de chaleur. Le rapport qualité prix est justifié. J’y reviendrai à l’occasion avec plaisir.

Valeur sure dans la vallée. La table est trés bien. Rapport qualité prix bien étudiée, service aimable et efficace. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraichissement, mais rien de bien gênant. Peut être à réétudier les horaires de piscine (fermeture à 20h, c'est un peu tôt).

Hôtel très calme et propre avec literie excellente mais qui ne mérite pas 3 étoiles par rapport au prix élevé sans petit déjeuner et surtout en été car pas de clim, c'est un sauna, 29 degrés la nuit, c'est impossible pour dormir même avec le ventilateur proposé et la fenêtre ouverte qui donne sur la route. Mais juste la route à traverser pour aller au commerce le plus proche, super pratique pour se rafraîchir. A conseiller peut-être l'hiver mais avec un seul radiateur, je doute un peu.

Très agréable de profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi entre deux étapes de route. Chambre très confortable et spatieuse.

Kleine kamers maar met goede douche. (zeker kamers gelijkvloers). Goed restaurant met aanvaardbare kwaliteit. Goed ontbijt. Veel faciliteiten (zwembad, sauna, squash), maar wel op kleine oppervlakte. Goed ontbijt. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Vlotte bereikbaarheid(in dal, waar klim naar La Plagne begint of richting Bourg Saint-Maurice). Met actie, goede prijs/kwaliteit.
Goed voor een kort verblijf.
