Little piece of heaven in. Bali

From the moment we walked into Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa & Spa, we knew that it was going to be a wonderful stay. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and made us feel comfortable during check-in. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with studio villa. They told us about our villa's name, the amenities, and how to contact them if ever we needed something.

We've never stayed in a villa before and this property didn't disappoint. The villa was spacious, more than enough for a family of 4. The swimming pool was a bonus. The master bedroom was very comfortable and inviting and the kids had their own beds. The upstairs studio was a wonderful place if you needed some solitude or if you needed to have some peace and quiet. They provided us with citronella spray to ward off mosquitoes and they always stocked the mini-fridge with drinks. The daily breakfast was awesome. There were plenty of options to choose from. I made sure to eat the Indonesian and Balinese breakfast which made me full and ready to go for the day. They also give you a free 15 minute massage as a welcome gift, although we did get this on our last day. :). This property also offers transport within Sanur from 9-5 PM which is a nice perk. Overall, this property was stellar and top notch. The customer service was great and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a piece of paradise in Bali.

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool.
Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu.
This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back.
For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

This was by far the best stay we have experienced in Bali. The amenities and the staff take most of the credit. It’s a gorgeous villa with an amazing pool and outdoor living area. We did not want to step out at all. Lush greenery and caring staff made it exceptional. The shuttle that can be used around the area, 15 mins massage and the afternoon tea were great perks we enjoyed. Next time we visit Bali sure to stay here the whole time 😊

This place is a secluded gem surrounded by old town. It exceeded my expectation by providing an amazing service. The staff were very attentive to our needs and provided quick and flexible service. The villa was clean and beautiful and daily service meant we had clean fresh place to come back to after a long day out. The breakfast and afternoon tea was another level. Pleasing not only the eye but the stomach as well. The best part was the private pool which I took advantage of on a daily basis.

My wife and I have been to Bali a few times now over the years, it’s safe to say we have found the perfect villas for our holidays in the future. Everything about Kayumanis Sanur is first class, the tucked away location is good to unwind after spending time in the hustle and bustle of the easily accessed tourist spots. The Gong restaurant has delicious food so you hardly need to leave your villa if you don’t want to. An absolute pleasure and highly recommended

The private villas are truly a home away from home. There was a kitchen that was perfect for a vacation and the open air living room was a perfect place to kick back and relax. The pool was huge and it was private and beautiful. There was a shuttle that would take us where we needed to go from nine in the morning until five in the evening. It was about a 10 minute drive to get to the beach.

From the moment you walk in and are warmly welcomed. The sense of calm and tranquility embraces you. The staff, the sounds, the smells, the beautiful trees.. then you step into the most beautiful villa. As a family of 5 we stayed in a 3 bed villa - Kantil. We loved it. Beautiful rooms, lounge area and pool. The day bed is the best and the we loved the outdoor shower!
We loved starting our day being treated to breakfast at The Gong Restaurant. As we sat late into the night, the lights, the sounds of the trickling fountain all added to the sense of calm. We loved the experience of being in a private villa with all the resort facilities. The spa experience is lovely and spa staff are so kind. We absolutely loved our time at Kayumani. Good location to explore the Island. It’s truly a special place. We really hope to return again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.

The best stay

I spend about 3 months per year traveling and this place was the BEST. Pool was clean, room condition was the best. I was little bit concerned about the bugs but that wasn’t an issue at all. During the turn down service they put a mosquito incense. Also the room has humongous bath tub.
Breakfast was great and coffee was 100 out
of 10. They also helped us drive to the Sanur city which was very comfortable. The villa is also very private without any noises. I even not stumbled upon with any other guests except in the restaurant.
All of the staffs are extremely kind and they do their best to help you. Especially Mira and Udi, thank you so much. Definitely will come back.

The service at this property was amazing. It was not on the beach but there was a free shuttle to take you there or downtown. My only comment is that the shuttle should run later, but it was cheap to get a Grab. Would definitely return to this property. Great for families and the private pool was fabulous . Special commendations to Dora and Mira.

Exquisite holiday at Kayumanis Sanur - fabulous!

A spectacularly wonderful 8 nights at Kayumanis Sanur. All aspects of service, food, accommodation, spa, shuttle were outstanding.
The Gong Restaurant was so good that we only had two lunches outside the Villas, one in Ubud and the other at the Fairmont Sanur. I can't rate this place highly enough and would like to particularly compliment the staff - they are quite beautiful; and their service ethic and loyalty to Kayumanis and respect and friendliness to guests is incredible. Would return in a heartbeat. Then there is the villa - we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was totally relaxing and beautiful. The private swimming pool was well used and we also had a private cooking class with Chef Wayan in our villa outdoor kitchen - it was amazing and the food we prepared was wonderful.There were 7 dishes (only showing 4 in the photos) and they were all amazing.

We arrived at the hotel as a 1-night stopover from Australia. Next time we'll stay longer.

This is in a very tranquil area with friendly staff who only want to help. There is a free \"on-demand\" shuttle (car) to the local town, and another to the beach.

The restaurant offers good, varied, food at reasonable prices.

The villa included two bedrooms with a/c. The bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and lounge are in the open - but under cover - area. The villa's swimming pool is a decent size. The villa's shower is in a secluded, open, area.

Absolutely amazing place -- so much more than expected. Staff were extremely friendly and service was second to none (bringing breakfast to the room etc, and it was delicious). The villa was huge, as was the pool, and absolutely beautifully done. nothing quite like waking up with a pool at the end of your bed in the sunshine ! The hotel's shuttle/free taxi to Sanur was great, available whenever needed and unlike some hotels it ran until 11pm giving plenty of time to have dinner and drinks out.

Amazing quiet Oasis!

We stayed at The Gangsa for 4 nights recently From the moment we walked in this place really WOW'd us! The check in was so efficient and we had a butler take us through our room and all the services.
We couldn't believe how many complimentary services there were!
Free cookies everyday, free mini bar, free WiFi, free transport to the Sanur area, free 15 min welcome massage, free afternoon high tea! It was amazing!
The room was beautiful, lovely cold air con in the bedroom and then a traditional open living area
The only downside was that there were many more mozzies here than in Seminyak, the staff 'fogged' the villa twice while we were there which helped but you need to be vigilant with a good quality repellent and the mozzie coils.
All the food (we had in room dining, breakfast and high tea) was awesome! Always fresh and hot with great flavour. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we ate in our room but it got great reviews on trip advisor.
At the beach they have an area set aside for guests with really comfy sun beds and umbrellas which was great.
Lastly, the spa - what an experience! We had a free welcome massage and immediately rebooked for a couples spa package the next day. We haven't really done a fancy spa before so didn't know what to expect but this blew us away!
We would love to return here on our next trip to Bali!! The staff were so friendly and helpful , always going out of their way to do anything to make your stay better.

Nice outdoor area but uncomfortable facility

the outdoor area is very nice and clearly well taken care off. The staff is very helpful. But the inside is a little run down. There is clearly a mosquito problem that should be dealt with and their breakfast needs vast improvement. The location is also far away from the beach. It's a 10 minute drive at least.
I wouldn't not recommend visiting Sanur. We ended up leaving after 48 hours but if you still want/ have to, then Gangsa is not a bad option considering their price.

We stayed for 4 nights in a lovely villa with private pool. Service and staff were top notch as was breakfast which we ate in our private dining room (at no extra cost). Our only criticism is the location, it is in a nice quiet place but to get anywhere requires use of a car, not an issue as the villa offers the services of a driver for trips in the locality. Its just a shame as sometimes we would have liked the freedom of a wander.

サヌールビーチまでは結構遠くレンタル自転車一度お借りしましたがバイパス道路を渡るのがかなり危険です。信号がほぼないし歩道はガタガタで車道と高低差がかなりあります。17時までは無料でホテルの車で送迎してくれるのでサヌール街中行くのは車で行くことをオススメします。
場所はさておきですがホテルのグレード、雰囲気は凄い良いです。前日はウブドのカユマニスでしたが無料でお迎えに来てもらえました。
ホテルのゴーンレストランは何を食べても美味しかったです。
外のレストランも何度も行きましたがホテル内が1番美味しかったです！

3泊、子連れで利用しました。
プライベートプールが使える点と、ベッドが複数あり、日本人スタッフがいるということで選びました。
ヴィラは広すぎるくらいでリビングからトイレへ行こうとするとお部屋経由で遠い、と感じるほど。
毎日のアフターヌーンティーとチェックイン日の15分のフットマッサージがサービスされて、
思いがけずうれしかったです。
気になった点としては、シャワーの圧は弱く、温度調整が難しい、バスタブはあったが栓がぴったりとされず溜まらない。
部屋の扉が建て付けがいまひとつで、力が要る。鍵がかけにくい所です。
その他は車で10分以内のところに、プライベートビーチがあり、送迎も希望に沿っていただけてゆったり過ごしながらも、多くのサービスが受けられるヴィラを体験できました。
日本人スタッフの方は、こちらのカユマニスはおらず日本語会話でいろいろとお話ししたかったので残念でした。
毎日の清掃、タオル補充、蚊取り線香の交換なども有り難かったです。ありがとうございました。

Wat een geweldige accommodatie. Je eigen villa met privé zwembad en een geweldige buitenruimte om lekker privé te ontspannen. We hadden een 1 kamer villa maar boven was ook nog een aparte ruimte met douche en toilet. Helemaal geen gebruik van gemaakt. De begane grond was voldoende. Na een dag wandelen door Sanur of een van de andere plaatsen op Bali is het genot om een duik te nemen in het verfrissende bad.

Dagelijks ontbijt was prima maar naar westerse maatstaven misschien wat weinig.

De massage was heerlijk. 2 Uur volledig ontspannen. Nadeel was de airco die misschien zorgde voor een net iets te koele ruimte. Voor mij geen probleem maar voor mensen die het misschien wat sneller koud hebben wat minder.

WOW wat een mooie en fantastische villa, je krijgt er ook een butler bij. Dit is het mooiste hotel waar we zijn verbleven in onze rondreis, zo mooi je wil het hotel niet uit. Het avondeten is goed en dat geldt ook voor het ontbijt. Het enige is dat we de prijzen van de spa te hoog vonden, meer dan het tienvoudige van wat je normaal betaald. De shuttle naar het centrum is goed en de villa top. Minibar is gratis. Hier staat de gast centraal altijd.

一年ぶりに利用しました。やはり居心地がよく落ち着きます。食事もおいしくヴィラで過ごすもよし、プライベートビーチでゴロゴロするもよし、今回はカユマニスカーでよく出かけました。大きなホテルにはない気配りがホントに心地いいです。滞在中ヴィラで困ってスタッフを呼んでも、お出かけに車を出してもらっても、バリ語を教えてもらいに行っても面倒臭そうにされることもなく付き合ってくれます。頼れるスタッフが楽しい滞在にしてくれました。お勧めです！

実はNusaduaの宿泊先から癒しと安らぎを求めて急遽SanurのKayumanis Villaへ移動しました。期待通りの素晴らしさで大満足でした。Sanurはこれ迄も来てますが、Kayumanis Villaの日本人女性スタッフMiyukiさん、ローカルスタッフ、Spaのセラピスト皆さんとても好感持てる接客、レストランGongの雰囲気、食事、スタッフも最高でした。どうもありがとうございました。

troisième séjour dans cet établissement je regrette l époque ou il était gangsa car les dirigeants étaient sympa et a l écoute des clients depuis qu ils sont kayumanis on ne les voient plus aucune sympathie aucun accueil heureusement le personnel de base lui est adorable aussi bien au lobby au restaurant et les jardiniers et les employés au service des rooms sauvent le coté déplorant du général manager

La villa 3 chambres : spacieuse, très belle décoration, tout confort, au calme dans laquelle vous pouvez prendre tous vos repas ou aller au restaurant de l'hôtel . La cuisine est délicieuse, raffinée. On se régale à tous les repas et on vous sert tous les jours un goûter / tea time extra.
Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une grande gentillesse, avenant, à vos petits soins.
Allez-y les yeux fermés, on vous recommande cet établissement

昨年はヌサドゥア地区の某ホテルに滞在してバリが好きになり、今期もバリ旅行を決めました。
今回は近くにレストランが多いという事、のんびりビーチタイムとスパを満喫しようと思いサヌールのカユマニスに滞在させていただきました。
一言でいうと大満足です。
まず日本人のスタッフの方がいて心強い。とても親切な丁寧な仕事をしていただける方
他の現地スタッフの方々も昨年の某高級ホテルのスタッフよりも接客が素晴らしかった。
歩いて行ける距離に安くて美味しいワルンがある。
サヌールエリアの無料送迎サービスもあるがレンタルバイシクルでサヌールビーチまですぐ
繁華街にも歩いて行けるが少し離れている分のんびりしたい時とオンオフ付けれた事がまた良かった
気に入ってしまったので8月のハイシーズンが終わった11月にまた休みが取れたら行きたいと思うくらい

The smile of the whole staff was very nice and I was relaxed from the bottom of my heart.
Because there is one Japanese staff, it is very encouraging for Japanese people.
The child felt sick while staying, but it responded kindly to my parents.
I would like to stay again.

バリ内のカユマニスの中ではサヌールという立地もあってか一番カジュアルな感じでした（ヌサ・ドゥアは泊ったことありませんが、恐らくエレガンス路線）。リピーターが多く訪れるサヌールとあって、こじんまり鄙びた感じの街なので、背伸びせず、穏やかにのんびり過ごせました。サービスはカユマニスだけあって申し分ないです。サヌールというエリアをどう捉えるか、でしょうか。我が家はバリではショッピングや有名スパ等に一切興味ないので極楽でしたが、ガイドブックに載るようなお店に行きたい、となるとやや不便でしょうか。サヌールの街スパや名の知られていないちょっとしたお店での買い物は十分楽しめました。
加えて、筆舌に尽くしがたいのはここのレストランthe gong。これまでアジアでいったレストランでは片手にラインクインです。むしろこの価格でこのお味は一番に認定しても良いかもしれません。実際○年ベストレストラン、に選ばれていたようです。宿泊せずとも、ここのレストランで、静かなロマンティックディナーに来ているゲストもいるようでした。レストランもとてもオススメです。
最後に日本人スタッフのmiyukiさんには、いろいろと観光等のアドバイスを頂いたりと、大変お世話になりました。miyukiさんに会いにまた伺いたいです。

ゆっくりするためのホテル

日本に帰国する前に一泊しました。
ガンサからカユマニスに変わったばかりということもあり、引き継ぎがうまくなされていなかったことは気になりましたが、ホテルは想像通り快適で、ゆっくりと記念日を過ごすことができました。
ヴィラが広く、リビングとベットルームが別にあり、プライベートプールもあって、豊かな気持ちで過ごすことが出来ます。

スタッフも皆さん笑顔で対応してくださり、さらに日本人スタッフが在中しているのは安心しますね。

ヴィラ自体の古さはありますが、掃除もいきとどいているので、快適に過ごせます。変換器も用意されていて、さすがだと思いました。冷蔵庫の飲み物が無料で飲めるのも嬉しいです。

ベッドがかなりきしむのは改善点です。寝返りをうつたびに大きな音がしました。

ガンサの時から数えて今回６回目の宿泊でしたが、カユマニスと名称が変わっても、ほとんど変更はなく、いつものように過ごせました。施設自体は古く、水周りの問題が少しありましたが、直ぐに対応してもらいました。スタッフも、いつも通りで、フレンドリーさを演出するための過度な姿勢も無く、快適に過ごせました。

飯店設施很好~員工非常熱情

飯店所有遇到的工作人員都讓我覺得很熱情很好,環境很漂亮,房間也很乾淨,只有隔音不夠好,早餐還算可以,私人沙灘很幽靜~

美中不足的是蚊子稍嫌多了點，房間內如能加掛蚊帳會更好

Super Hotel mit einem tollen Service

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt abseits vom Strand in Sanur. Jedoch ist die Lage sehr schön ruhig, sodass man vom Trubel und Verkehr im Hotel und in den Villas gar nichts mitbekommt. Die Häuser sind in sich abgeschlossen und bieten einen sehr guten Komfort und auch eine schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Je nach Wunsch kann man sein Frühstück im Restaurant einnehmen oder sich das Frühstück in die Villa liefern lassen. Die nette Athmosphäre und das überaus freundliche Personal machen den Aufenthalt in den Gangsa Villa zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wir haben uns selten im Urlaub so schnell entspannen und geniessen können. Das Restaurant bietet leckere traditionelle Gerichte und auch die Auswahl des Frühstücks läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der keine Lust auf große Menschenmassen in Hotels hat, sondern einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung geniessen möchte.

評判通りの良いホテル

評判通りの大変良いホテルでした。
気になるところは夜間バスタブの照明でした。日本人の目にはムードがある、というよりは暗く感じるのでは。
