The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express.

But my main issue was with their management. Even though I prepaid for my stay through Expedia, the hotel still wrongly charged me for the night (they turned my deposit into a charge!). I called the hotel repeatedly across 3 days in the AM and in the PM but no one ever answered the phone. I even reached out to Hilton HQ and they couldn't reach the hotel either! What a weird, weird experience. It reflected the lack of training and accountability, just utterly unprofessional.

Spark is, I assume, Hilton's answer to Holiday Inn's Express spinoff – smaller buildings, with smaller, (presumably) more economical rooms. Mine was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the brief stay. I'd certainly consider stopping there again on a future trip.

The place is very nice, as are the staff, it’s clean and reasonably priced. I’ve stayed here a number of times and a few little annoying things always happen, like no bar soap for the bathroom sink, no ice bucket or cups, one almost out toilet paper roll. Not crazy about the cold breakfast bar. Wish they’d at least bring back the waffle machine.

The lobby is unimpressive, a bit surprising to be honest. Example, not a lobby I would sit and relax in, very cafeteria like.
The elevator sounded like it had had a long hard day, probably needs maintenance.
The room was clean, but spartan at best. You might need to bring a small ladder to help you get into the bed, very high mattress, but once you have climbed Mount Everest, the bed was comfortable.
My lovely wife, will not stay at another one of these properties for all of the above reasons.

The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. I am wondering where I can purchase the exact pillows? We had the first floor end room, I could hear the large trucks start and run all night long. I would wake up when I heard them. It was very loud and disturbing.

Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight work trip. Staff at check in was pleasant and efficient. Staff at check out was busy talking to a male non-desk staff, and when i mentioned the coffee was empty, she indicated she knew and had another in the back, but continued talking even though she could see i had attempted to get coffee. The breakfast was breads (bagels, muffins), instant oatmeal packets, cold cereal, yogurt from a dispenser. So i didnt eat since i avoid carbs and dairy and was just hoping to at least get coffee. I decided to leave to get breakfast and coffee elsewhere and found the parking lot untouched and snow covered at 9am.

Rolled in after a 6+ hour drive in the rain to learn the hot water heater shut down all day and no one could fix it until after I was gone the next day. Staying only several hours here overnight, the forced cold shower brings down my rating. I asked about a refund but was told i’d have to track down the manager by email. No one could provide the email address before I left. Waited for someone the next morning around 6:15 but the lobby was empty and i had to get on the road.

The hotel was at decent price, good location. The day staff at front counter was pleasant. That is the only staff member ever seen. The night staff member at front counter was less than friendly and use more training in customer relations. The breakfast in the morning was poorly presented. The giant milk container was empty, and I had to ask for it to be filled, there was not many guests so it was not a matter of running out in the middle of breakfast time, it was simply due to neglect. The yogurt machine barely produced any yogurt. The hot water container for hot tea was produced cold water. I am convinced that the coffee was not fresh daily. The neighboring rooms can be heard very easily through the walls. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, I noticed small modily hairs stuck to the wall in the shower.... UMMMMM GROSS!!!! The hotel definitely needs improvement.

The best part of this hotel is a clean, comfortable bed and a clean hot shower. We like the toiletries in large bottles on the wall, easier than having all those little bottles around. The breakfast was very good except for the watered down coffee. The room would have been better with two chairs (we both had work to do) especially since we had two queen beds so there was room for another chair. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room especially since the “ hot” water in the lobby was tepid when we arrived in the evening when a cup of tea would have been nice to have. Also, there were no cups in the room at all even in the bathroom. The bathroom could use more shelving and towel hooks or bars. I don’t know why the hooks are in the bedroom!? I also don’t appreciate having the clean towels 6 inches from the floor. Even the top shelf and towel bar necessitates bending down to dry your hands under the sink. Good thing my back wasn’t bothering me. The minimalist look is grossly inconvenient and unnecessary especially when there’s sufficient room in the bathroom to make it more accommodating. With all that, I still give this hotel 4stars and hope they make the easy changes to make it a really great place to stay.

Modern, nice, well equipped room (fridge, decent size TV, microwave, extra towels) that was recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Clean, nice looking. Quiet. The room looked better than the lobby and public spaces, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice staff at the counter.

The included breakfast had no hot food other than instant oatmeal and a toaster for the bagels but it did have a variety of cereals, vanilla yogurt, some fresh fruit, baked goods and oat milk available for those who don’t do dairy, which was nice. I would gladly stay here again. Recommended.

The Mott’s could be “ cutting corners “ empty tissue holder in the room , shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower , no conditioner … and no little bottles at the desk … staff had 0 bleeps to give . The breakfast was just sad and the coffee was bar none the weakest coffee I’ve ever had . The shower took 10 minutes to get hot … just overall given the “ new “ look of the place . Bed was comfy and it was quiet . Ok for one night but bring conditioner and coffee and breakfast

II have never seen a Hilton like this one: the only furniture were a bed , one chair an ugly small table and a metal frame with several hangers. The only equipment was a microwave which was standing on that metal frame. No coffer maker, no tea kettle, no closet, not even a tiny refrigerator. I even had some (may be not correct!) doubts about the freshness of bed sheets. The room was rather large, but looked like empty and unlivable. The location was convenient (near I 80).

After staying in another well known hotel that was a total nightmare we were VERY happy with all aspects of our stay. We paid the same amount at the other hotel for one night. The staff was pleasant.(The other had very rude staff who ignored our complaints and concerns and we had to leave messages on the phone to communicate with them) The room was clean and had enough towels for two people (The other hotel had one towel and washcloth for two people). We had a good breakfast (The other hotel had breakfast advertised but there was NO breakfast) There was hot (water (the other had NO hot water at all) At the other hotel the toilet flushed all night. The Tv only had 3 channels (all in spanish) and there was black mold on the shower ceiling. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Spark sure was a great treat and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !!
