General Manager was very accommodating and let me check in early, for a nominal fee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and could use other things in their selection they provide. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this hotel for the price you pay. I would stay here again, if ever back there.

The greetings at desk upon arrival are WONDERFUL.
SORRY,( forgot his name) but the Same gentleman has been there for my last few stays, and he is always pleasant and helpful.
Check in was is easy-& room was fine.
Noted the next morning: the tub faucet had more water coming out than the “shower head” when turned on.
AND : note to whoever cleans the rooms: my female dogs ( 1 therapy& 1 companion) were sniffing the lower walls around the bathroom INTENSIVELY…I would presume , w/o having a black light : that male dogs have urinated there. Sadly, some travelers with pets are NOT considerate ( some poop not picked up outside ) nor are there pets properly “house-trained “
Other than using enzyme sprays - no way to remove that scent marker .

This hotel is a bit run down. Beds were uncomfortable and despite the hotel being not many people that day they put me right next to people. They are adjoining rooms but obviously we both had our doors closed and locked. Despite this I could hear them coughing in the middle of the night. Between the noise and the beds I got terrible sleep. Would not stay here again.

I don’t usually say anything unless I am very unsatisfied. This property is very run down and not clean. The towels had stains on them. Absolutely nasty. They need all new towels. The wall paper was falling off in my room. It looked as if the wall had water damage from top to bottom. I will never stay here again.

Had to call front desk for remote control for TV. Only problem is there are no phones in the rooms, had to call the motel from my cell phone. Pillows were old and flat, the wore out, white duvet cover had gray paint on it. Washcloths and hand towels were wore out and stained. And to top it off, no clock in the room. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, see through watered down coffee, powered eggs, and dried out sausage. Only thing good was the packaged yogurt. We left the motel and drove to Perkins. I asked for a receipt when checking out and I was told, no receipt from desk attendant. DON’T STAY HERE, MY WIFE AND I WERE SICK THE REST OF THE DAY!!!

This is an odd hotel experience. The hotel itself (lobby, hallways, carpeting) are old and ratty. But the rooms are actually decent with comfortable beds and pillows. And the bathrooms are upgraded and excellent (fabulous shower and water pressure, and good towels). And the breakfast is fresh and the variety is good. And the coffee is also good. Overall a good stay.

There were dozens of ants in the room, stains on all the towels, a crack in the exterior window and my dog picked up two ticks while walking in the grass around the property. Would not recommend.

Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained.

The drive up to the property is difficult to locate at night and challenging in winter and can be tricky getting out quickly onto the main road as there is no traffic light. During daylight and normal weather, it would be fine. Parking lot is well lit. Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are comfy. Typical hotel continental breakfast offerings. I felt safe traveling alone.

The motel staff received an e-mail for me and printed a document I need for the next day. She checked for me a few times even into the evening hours. The next morning a really nice breakfast was ready a little bit early so I could eat and be on my way. This same lady was there all night and did a wonderful job. The rooms were also comfortable and had the amenities I like. Thanks Quality Inn.

A quick stop for a sleep on a roadtrip.. total time on the property about 9 hours. Quiet location, clean, comfortable room. desk staff was friendly… didn’t try the breakfast.. only ding I can give was the signage needs to be better lit, properly is up a small hill and the turn in is easy to miss..

The room- looked “worn out”- tho appreciated the new laminate floor for the “dog owners”
The hairdryer was “missing” but front desk got me one.
The tub was quite “stained”,& the floor grout was very dirty/ discolored.. simple
Non toxic treatments are out there. Bedside : the light fixture was not operating for the “outlets”& the switches were either worn or dirty. Sadly- even the Toilet paper holder was rusty and worn. And don’t understand the tiny “square “ pillows. Some were ok- others definitely worn out. Still appreciate the breakfast -and the well lit grounds for late night and early dog walks .
I been in several different rooms over the last few years and trips- this was the “saddest”- but will try again in May, and perhaps some improvements …

The rooms were very nice. Scott checked us in and fixed us up with an adjoining room for my sight impaired buddy, and we ended up having a jacuzzi tub! Big shout out to Scott!!! Breakfast was pretty good too! A great place to begin our Groundhog Day trip! I would definitely use this place again.

Desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Main bedroom was clean & comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety and was really good - the attendant was delightful. Bathroom was marginal -- very much needs updating. I wouldn't take a shower in that tub/shower combo. Wallpaper was peeling - veneer on bathroom door was peeling. Microwave in BR was not plugged in and there was no way to plug it in other than haul it out & put it on the desk to plug it in. Someone decided it was a good idea to check a family with what sounded like10 coughing/screaming kids at midnight next to (sharing an adjoining door, no less) we two retirees. That was the end of sleep for that night!

The condition of the rooms are subpar. Tub stained permanently, bathroom door peeling on the back, stains on things, microwave didn't work in the room we had... the whole hotel just needs freshened up. We stayed in this hotel for five days visiting family. The room was not serviced a single time. We had to find someone and change our own towels out. I realize you get what you pay for. Never again.

I often stay here during my long trips along Route 80. It's a no-frills, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, free self-serve breakfast, and it's clean, quiet, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The price is significantly lower than other nearby hotels - definitely 5 stars out of 5 for the price!

Our room had a smell to it. Pool was very cloudy and bottom was slimy. The thermostat was set to 83 but very chilly in there. When I checked in, I wanted to be close to my family. I was told hunters had priority. I felt that was not a ok answer since we paid for rooms as well. We matter as well! He got us on the same floor but the fact he said hunters get presidency over us was not cool!

First time back after a few months! The room was renovated and I was impressed! Our microwave died and management replaced it right away! Only complaint I have is at 8:45am someone tried to enter my room! Luckily we had the dead lock on so they couldn’t enter! We did tell front desk and they said they would check the cameras . Nothing more was said. That to me is a huge problem! There was no knock before enter and once whoever it was figured out they were not getting in the had to run as we checked the hall as soon as it happened !

So, walking into the hotel, I thought it seemed pretty sketchy. The lobby and hallways seemed pretty run down. But it appears that they are more focused on room upkeep here than facilities because the room was actually nice. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower with good water pressure and decent towels. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was a very typical hotel breakfast -- all was fresh, and they kept the diningroom very clean the whole time I was there.

I’ve driven across the country from California to New York, stayed in countless hotels and motels, and have never once written a bad review — until now. This was by far the worst and most disgusting hotel stay of my life.

The “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, and there was an actual cigarette burn on the bedding. The sheets were filthy, and there was visible mold in the room. The A/C didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the overall cleanliness was appalling.

When I brought these issues to management, they refused to move me to another room and only promised a partial refund that I never received. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was shocking.

Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place should not be operating in its current condition.

The staff (especially Scott at check-in) were super friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The shower was amazing with great pressure and a nice adjustable shower head. Definitely will stay at this location again.

this property appears to be going through a transition. while the room was clean, it appeared to be an attempt at a suite but was not finished. noise from the hall and other rooms was very audible. the hallways and outside area were pretty shabby. the heater smelled bad. on the positive, the breakfast area was great. whoever ran this showed a lot of pride and care. thank you.
