So far the best place to have a rest in PA.
Very clean room and overall in this location, brand new renovation makes is even more comfortable.
Staffs service polite and really helpful with warm-hearted.
Decent price with convenient parking and easy access location, helps travellers to find and visit.
No matter for business or travel along, even family trips are recommended.

Everything was ok, except the floors and toilet were not properly cleaned. The outside of the hotel was dirty with a lot of debris. Between 1:00 am and 4 the crystal meth addicts were out and about trying to break into vehicles. Otherwise ok. This is problem facing all intercity hotels.

Unfortunately our experience was less than expected. There was stains throughout the room. Couch had multiple “white” stains. The Air Conditioning unit was so loud we had to unplug it. Doors were slamming most of the night. Cops showed up and arrested another guest.
-Some of these complaints can be deemed out of the hotels control. The stains and loud air conditioner need to be addressed. The bathroom and beds were clean, up to most people’s standards.

Booked a room with a sofa bed. At check in we were told that the hotel would not be able to provide a blanket for the person sleeping on the sofa bed, only an extra sheet. I asked if there would be pillows and was told our queen bed had 3 pillows. The pillows were small and not stuffed sufficiently. One of us ending up using a stuffed animal as a pillow in the end. Sofa bed mattress also had no mattress protector which was sort of strange to see. Went down stairs to get a glass of water after a late check in and found the full container of lemon water had been removed and was not replaced at all by the time we checked out at 11. Hotel itself was okay, clean enough. Never bothered with breakfast so can’t say anything about it either way.

The hotel just stunk inside. The room reaks like cigarette smoke. The pull out mattress has holes in it with springs sticking out. Would nevee stay here again.

I always like staying here, but there was a dirty towel from previous guest on the back of the bathroom door. There was some strange large blob of something greyish brown on where the TV sits and I wasnt about to even examine that.
So I wouldn't say the room was very clean. And unfortunately there were also hotel guests fighting and loud, but that's not hotel fault.

We booked the room based on the ratings, but those ratings must have been inflated somehow to make it look better. Everything is old, worn, stained and outdated. The toilet barely flushed and the shower/tub did not drain properly. The whole place has an awful odour. The room was clean, but the stairwells and hallways were not. The TV was big, but only a handful of channels worked. We expected more for $175/night.

The room had some renos done. Mainly new flooring. However, things such as USB outlets were non-existent. The vanity of the washroom was recently renovated, but the rest of the washroom was very aged.

The bed was ok, not great though. The sofa is very worn for sitting. I cannot imagine trying to sleep on it.

The check in and out was quick and easy. It was over priced for what it is though. It was a busy weekend for the city, the only reason this 2 star hotel could get away with this pricing.

Bathtub wouldn’t drain fully. Bathtub was damaged and chipped. The toilet you had to hold the handle down for it to fully flush.
People fighting in next room. Cops were called but once the cops left the yelling continued. Didn’t sleep well.

The room was what I needed for my dog to go to the bathroom outside. However, the bathroom shower and bathtub were not wheelchair accessible. And the door handle was broken. I did request it to be fixed, but it didn't work at the moment because my dog was in the room and I needed to leave.

Also, the room needs matts for shoes, etc. I needed to buy one so I wouldn't dirty the floor so much.

Other than those few things, the room was great.

The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant are always welcoming and friendly. I travel to Prince Albert 3–5 times a year, and although I’ve stayed at other nearby hotels, this one is the most convenient in terms of location, service, and comfort. I noticed hitel changed flooring from carpet to vinyl, it makes better.

Breakfast area needs a lot of work and healthier food options. Pool area needs work. Pool and hot tub are fine but it’s like walking into a horror movie. Sauna was part of the reason we booked and it didn’t get nearly hot enough. Says it heats to 85’C but probably didn’t get over 45’C.

Great staff. Rooms are super clean; but the room is due for a remodel. Great price, but I had already locked in at a higher price. There was one loitering lady in the parking lot that was trying to sell a hoody. Shout out to the breakfast lady who was so kind to mix up a cup of hot chocolate for my friend that drinks no coffee, tea or juice. You made our day!

The room was good to start our 3 night stay but there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom had only one face cloth and although replaced stayed at one. The empty tissue box was not replaced. The bed was not made after night two.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested.

the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels. It would turn on however to access we could not figure out not matter what we tried. decided to go to bed it was late anyhow. Instructions by remote would be wonderful.

Overall small minor details.....the breakfast was great, pricing was fabulous, pet friendly, location easy to find, felt safe, staff very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious.
