The hotel was disgusting. Garbage littered in the hallway and stairwell, carpets in hallways and room hadnt been vacuumed what looks like to be in years. No towels, facecloth or bedspread in the hotel room. Told the female desk staff and she said \"what would you like me to do about it?\" Filth covered windows and mirror and the picture in the room was hanging upside down. Had to sleep in my clothes because the room was so dirty and had to fight with them to get my $300 deposit back. I had to pay $28 for my dog to stay in the room with me and he has never slept in conditions like that before. Absolutely disgusting!!

I showed up ! 1st red flag ! Photos on Expedia do not look like the hotel at all !! 2nd red flag walked in and it smelled dirty. 3rd red flag ! She said she couldn’t login to Expedia to figure out my room rate and she needed to charge my card 300 for incidentals most places are 1-200 so that was odd !!! She finally gets my key I go upstairs using elevator that was so old I thought it was not gonna make it to the 3rd floor. Got off elevator to a stinky dirty moldy hallway! With fluids all over it red and more so gross ! Go into room stains all over the sheets. Outdated air unit that didn’t work. All
I smelled was mold and then walked over to other bed and it was infested with bed bugs. I was out this was the grossest , dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever been to. Even bears out the bad motel in LA like omg soooo bad ! Photos showed private hot tub and more yea none of that stuff existed so gross !! Don’t stay here !!! Pick any other hotel !! Days In is where we ended up staying was clean and nice !

Heard about renovated rooms…I didn’t get one. I got a room on the third floor. The last room at the end of the hall that looked like it was used for lounging in. No sound on the tv-remote didn’t work, no towels. Pieces of plastic on the floor, gap under the door? Safety lock on door didn’t work either. First impression, I was put in predator room. A room designed so that you would have to call for someone to come to the room, it’s who answers that call is the question. Daytime staff looked trusting and safe, they were pleasant, however evening staff didn’t look so trusting. There was Way too much partying happening on the third floor, people coming and going, quiet time not enforced in this place. The noise finally quieted down at 7am the next morning. I got no sleep. Breakfast was okay. I’m sure when the place is fully renovated all these issues will be taking care of but for now single woman shouldn’t stay at this place unless their bunking with someone. I gave them a 3 star because it is new management, and they’re working towards renovating the place, it’s definitely work in progress. Otherwise they would have gotten 1 star for the lack of safety and security the premises gives off.

The overall effect of the hotel. There was a person in the lobby who was obviously high on drugs. People hanging around outside. The beds in the room were not neatly made and it looked like double mattresses were put on a queen size foundation. The hotel was filthy.

We had to check out 5 min after checking in. First a person drunk or high had injured an employee and the employee has blood from his head injury. That guy was detained and police arrived. Other patrons were drunk and thrown out of the bar. The place stunk as soon as you walked in the lobby. The upstairs hallway had carpet torn, halls were in bad shape. Hallway smelled.

The room was supposed to be a suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. But the room smelled, was small, no fireplace, tiny tub, and the fire alarm was chirping. We went and got the deposit refunded but said I had to contact Expedia to get the room refunded.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and definitely not as advertised!!!

The room was incredibly dirty; it was NOT CLEAN. There were burn marks on the sheets & mattress pad, the walls, floors; all surfaces were grimy and unsanitary. I reserved 1 king-size bed and received 2 queen beds. The room looked like someone had just left or was still staying in it! I was accosted by unhoused people on both entering and exiting the property. The whole place is a dive! I had people stopping at my room door. It's very unsafe & had I known, I would have stayed somewhere else!!! If I could give this less than 1 star, I would!!! Save your money & go somewhere!!! I would like my money back... this is by far one of the wrost hotels I've ever stayed at!

There was water leaking from hall way fixture and water leaking into rooms from a local storms. The rooms had a very murky smell. The room given was dirty and floor sticky and carpet areas were filthy. Shown multiple rooms which were all unkept or fixtures didn’t work. Had to leave and find same day accommodation at another hotel costing me double the rate. Very poor facility.

I have never experience such a bad \"hotel\" in my life. Not only did it smell like a smoky bar, it was filthy. In the room where I DID NOT STAY AFTER STEPPING INSIDE, the mirror on the bathroom door was broken, there were multiple stains on the floor, there was a hole in the wall, the bed was dirty, physical filth on the bed-skirt, my shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor. The halls were already noisy with loud guests and it was 4 in the afternoon. I not only don't recommend this place, I was actually traumatized by the whole experience. I got a full refund and hotels.com helped me through it all. This was something I hade only ever seen in movies, and I'm an avid traveller.

Great upgrade, needs some TLC

The staff were great and very friendly. The room needed to be upgraded because of previous vandalism issues (no fault of the hotel). We were happy overall with the upgrade. A few things to note: the hotel is very much showing its age and should be given some major rework as soon as the ground floor issues (see above) are cleaned up. Some of the lamps were not working and it seemed the power was off to some outlets. The curtains were damaged and should be replaced. none of the sinks except the kitchen had plugs that fit. The carpeting in the room should be replaced as soon as possible.
We overlooked this as the room itself has lots of potential and we were comfortable enough. Also, the staff were great to interact with. kudos.

This place is a disgrace; it's dirty everywhere, and the staff are not friendly at all. The door card would not work, so the staff had to use a master key to let me in. The outside door was broken. Many drunks are staggering around, it has a bar and is very noisy, not a safe place to stay. The pictures on your site must be old, as this is the most run-down place I have seen. Did not stay as I felt unsafe. I drove 2 hours home. After being with my husband who had surgery that day.

This hotel should be condemned. They had junkies passed out by front entrance.elevator did not work. Room was dirty and rundown Air conditioner did not work. Door handles were falling off. Lights missing lightbulbs or did not work. Plug ins did not work. Toilet did not flush. Doors banging all night. To pay $160 a night to feel unsafe, no working bathroom and no sleep because of banging doors is highway robbery!

Free breakfast runs from 9 to noon. I don't normally wait until 9 to eat breakfast, and in this case, we needed to get to an event by 8:30. That means leaving the site to have breakfast.
Lots of smokers hanging around outside of the front door, so you have to breathe all of it in while coming into the building. Not a great look.
The room next door had a singing contest all night long. Again, not great.

Horrible place to try stay at! Would not give a refund after checking in and noticing that our beds were not made and stained every colour you can think of, place smells like death, and intoxicated people standing outside and roaming the hallways. There is also glass broken everywhere outside. Definitely do not recommend staying here, very unhealthy just to be breathing the same air in this place, rooms are cheap for a reason so it’s my fault for even attempting to stay at this place but it was the only hotel with rooms available; and now I know why. Would give 0 stars if possible!

I did not stay at the hotel. I ended up leaving 5:30 in the morning and traveled the 5 hours home. The hotel room was disgusting, was not cleaned, no clean towels or anything! I asked for housekeeping to clean the room while i left, when i returned, the room wasn't even touched. I collected my deposit and left! I will never get a room at this hotel again and will let everyone i know to do the same!

First of all they told me check in was at 330pm and I went in then. And they said room wasn’t done yet to come back in a hour . Room was ok . AC didn’t work . Called down to front desk for someone to fix tv . It had lines on the screen and no one came to look at tv . . . And no towels had to go get towels at front desk . While the staff I dealt with were friendly, do NOT be deceived by the pictures they show you online.

My non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in - it smelled like a bar out of the 90’s… cigarette smoke and cheap booze.

Cigarette burns all over the carpet, in the sheets and mattress. Mattress heavily stained. Door chain busted off. Window frame busted. Cigarette burns on furniture. I was very worried I wouldn’t get my $300 damage deposit back because of the state the room was in when I walked in.

No hand towels or face cloths. No remote to control the tv.

Crackheads galore hanging around outside, drunks wandering the halls inside, and this was on a Tuesday night.

If you do stay, LOCK YOUR VEHICLE DOORS! Woke up at 3am to take my little dog outside and was met by a few different crack heads checking ALL the vehicle doors, right in front of me with 0 cares.

Two other rubbies were trying to scale the wall to break in to a second story window that was left open.

I can’t find it, but I swore I saw on their profile that their rooms were advertised as “sound proof” - that is a LIE! You hear everything in the hallway and on the floor above you.

I have never been afraid staying at a hotel before until this one. You get what you pay for and I fully understand why Hotels.com has this one as non-refundable, because if I had been able to get my money back I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Horrible property because of what they allow to happen on and around the property.

Staff friendly enough. Homeless sleeping all over the inside of the hotel. Hallway floors looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in 2 years. Notified staff that the tub was leaking all over the carpet therefore couodnt use it. No apologies or offer for discount. Water was barely warm enough for a shower. If given a choice almost better to sleep in your vehicle.

I didn’t even go in. I drove around the property 5 times looking at pictures on the app and online trying to figure out if this was the place. Most of the windows were broken , some were boarded up. When I stopped briefly some woman tried to get into my passenger side door. I assume she was a hooker. There were people out front begging for money . I didn’t feel safe . I left before something bad happened to me.
