Spin Apartmani are located in Budva, at a 5-minute walk from the city center and a 10-minute walk from Slovenska Beach and Richard’s Head Beach. In the immediate vicinity are famous tourist attractions such as the Old Town of Budva, Sveti Nikola Island, and the Sveti Stefan peninsula.
We offer six apartments suitable for twenty-four people. Accommodation units include two one-bedroom apartments with a shared balcony and four one-bedroom apartments with balcony.
All apartments are comfortable, modernly equipped and have balconies. Private parking upon request, cable TV, air conditioning and internet are available to guests free of charge.

Great property. Well appointed, face cloths would be appreciated but we didn’t ask so that might be on us. We would stay here again and we would recommend to others. There are a lot of stairs in the building we stayed in so if mobility is an issue this property wouldn’t be for you. People watching in the area is excellent. Finding this property was quite challenging but it is a hidden gem.

We got put in another building next to where the reception is. Close but not as nice. None of the pictures they have posted is from the apartment we stayed in. We were on the top floor and had to climb up the stairs to the seventh floor. The stair case was cramped and narrow and dirty. The only other option was an old claustrophobic elevator, very tight and suffocating. The plumbing was in bad shape and slow draining, barely usable unless you were happy to stand in dirty water that pooled up both in the shower and the sink. Very noisy couldn’t get much sleep at night. The dryer didn’t work properly. Had to air dry our wet clothes. We paid for 3 nights but ended up moving to another hotel on the third night so we could get some rest.

This location is great! Staff amazing and very accommodating! They were particularly great with supporting us with additional nights given our flight cancellations due to Air Canada strike! We stayed in 2 rooms based on availability and both were spacious and clean! Def worth reviewing and paying more for the larger apartments with higher ceilings and balcony view!

We originally rented a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. We loved the air conditioning and kitchen amenities. Our son got very sick one night and we contacted the emergency number and they had a doctor at our apartment within the hour. We were so thankful for their guidance and help! Great location - 20 minutes to the beach or 20 minutes to the Barcelona Cathedral in the old town.

We were able to walk everywhere from this location, it was safe and the communication to the property manager was great (he gave his cell number so we could reach for him for anything needed along the way)! there was a little grocery store right before the apartment which made getting food/drinks for the apartment super easy. would definately stay here again!

Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings. Hanging racks and drawers for clothing is adequate. Full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. Also washer/dryer combo was in kitchen -which we used once. There was also a drying rack. A dining table with 4 chairs. Hair dryers and lots of plug were convenient. They came several times to clean and provide fresh towels. We communicated through WhatsApp -which I highly recommend to have on your phone. Tour groups also use this in Europe to communicate. No view, but we were not in room that much. Beautiful park square is located right around the corner. Close to Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!

The flat would have been fine if the windows where not covered by a non see through sticker , there was no hot water in the second bathroom one day the elevator disn work and there was no soup in the one bathroom that had hot water. It was nothing like advertised.

I rented two apartments for 3 nights. Both apartments were located on the top floor of a building separate from where you check-in. The only lift they had to take us to the rooms fit only one person and one personal item. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. If you are traveling with anyone who requires a wheelchair or a walker, the lift is completely inaccessible and I would not recommend this property. There were stairs you had to take in order to get to the lift. I was traveling with four elderly adults who had difficulty accessing the apartments.

Nice apartment in a great location
Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. The entrance is literally on La Rambla and it is an easy walk to several attractions. The apartment had a kitchen and washer/dryer which was useful. We also had a nice outdoor patio which was a bonus. There is a small elevator and a few narrow winding stairs to reach the apartment, which some people might find inconvenient. But we found it quirky and fun. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They helped arrange a cab when we needed. They graciously held our luggage in the office and readied our apartment a couple hours early at our request. The only issue we faced was that the entrance was difficult to locate. There are two locked gates to negotiate and there is only a very small board at the entrance. Also, the website said we could reserve and pay at the time of the stay but it turned out that they require atleast one night of the stay paid in advance in order to hold the reservation. Overall we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

The building and surroundings are not clean they don’t match the pictures shown in advertisement also it’s not fully accessible, there is an elevator after first floor but it’s a one person elevator, however the actual apartment its clean and comfortable.

I loved the location and rooftop terrace. It was great to be able to view a spire of Gaudi’s while I did dishes! Also the apartment is so close to the Metro.
Luckily we are short and had no issues with our particular apartment, but had my husband been with us (6’2”), he would have had a really difficult time with the low ceilings. I’m sure all apartments aren’t like this though.

Roomy, quiet, and right on La Rambla. Our room came with a terrace overlooking the non-stop action 4 flights below and the tower of Gaudi's Guell Palace in view. Nicely equipped kitchen, awesome shower and huge bath towels, slept 4 comfortably. Very good coffee a few doors down and beautiful Placa Reial steps away. Entry to Barri Gothic and the Born neighborhood a short walk. Only quibble is flat pillows. Would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and a good size for a family of 4. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer which is a big PLUS! Communication with the front desk was easy and the place was very clean when we checked in. As a family with 2 kids we also felt very safe with the extra locks/codes to get in and out of the apt. even the elevator needs a key to work!!
Understand this is right in the middle of Las Ramblas and next to Placa Reial so its pretty noisy all times of the day and night. Overall I will stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.

The location is excellent! Right on the busiest shopping street. It is close to many attractions. It is also very close to metro. Tons of dining options right next to the apartment.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. We drove to the location therefore it was hard to find parking but then we parked in temporary hotel parking spot to find the property. Receptionist sorted out parking for us and got our room ready early.

Location was great, a few minute walk to the metro. Out the front door and onto La Rambla. Secure premises at night. Our room overlooked an alley and the noise travelled up so even with the windows closed it could still be quiet noisy.

The check in process was as easy as it gets. The receptionists are extremely helpful and will even hold your baggage for you in the office if you need to. They show you to your room and all the amenities available which include a kitchen and washer and dryer. The surrounding area is just as good because it is in the middle of all the action on Las ramblas.

Spacious apartment in a good location
Nice, spacious apartment in a great location. Simply furnished and not very cosy but functional. Due to the Corona situation the check-in and communication was a bit trickier than normal, we had to call or send messages but no big deal. A pity that we couldn't access the roof terrace (also due to Corona) which was one of the reasons we chose this place - it would have been good to have been informed in advance. Also, there was no balcony we could sit on - it would have been nice to be able to get some fresh air. I can't comment on the cleaning since there wasn't any - also due to Corona I suppose. All in all we were quite happy with our stay.

This apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. The host met us and let us in and showed us the apartment and we didn't have to wait at all. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, but was missing hot pads for the oven. The location is perfect! just off La Rambla, within walking distance of most things. Overall, everything was quite good, and if you consider the cost compared to neighbouring area, it is quite a deal!!

Since it was our first visit to Barcelona we wanted to be walking distance to most of the \"must see\" places, and this was perfect. You are steps away from the main promenade and about a block from the huge market. Marina is easy walking distance, as are the hop on/hop off buses. Check in process was slow, buy only because he was so thorough with the keys and info. We stayed on the top floor which was a quirky space with lower ceilings and odd shaped rooms. But the huge terrace and view of the city made it worth it. Surprisingly quiet at night, great to have option to cook some meals in. Several grocery and restaurant options nearby. Would definitely recommend!

I like the apartment is located in Las Ramblas street (shopping is very near).
I dislike the noise next door apartment made at early hour(12am-2am) banging/loud noise; it happened when we sleeping. Also loud noises can be heard from street-people drinking/partying not safe to stay out after 10pm - we usually inside the apartment by 9pm or earlier.

Great location, modern spacious apartment!
Fantastic accommodation, easy check in and check out, modern and clean, spacious for a family of 5, only slight problem was the noise from outside the apartment but that is to be expected staying in the heart of the Ramblas. Perfect location for a trip to Barcelona and plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars on your doorstep! Would highly recommend!

Obviously all the apartments are different in this building and the one we were given had absolutely no charm and it was very ugly, uninspiring, and dark. The pictures on the website show beautiful and bright apartments, however if you are stuck with the one we received, it would be a major disappointment. We were majorly disappointed. Had we be given a lovely apartment, I would have given an excellent review, but that was not to be. Had we known we would end up with a dark and uninspiring apartment, we would have stayed elsewhere. It is caveat emptor with these apartments

everything about the hotel and the staff was great! Very secure building - one would nee 3 different Keys to get access to the apartment , which made us feel safe. The only thing that can be bothersome is the noice from the bars/ restaurants , so take your earplugs if noise is an issue for you.

The best part is the unbeatable location, right next to Las Ramblas and Plaza de Real , very vibrant place and great for tourist. However, the room was not impressive. In our second day of stay, we were surprised by a large cluster of ants crawling in the bathroom counter and wall, very disgusting. Even worse, on day 3, the elevator finally broken after being shaky for the first 2 days. The sofa bed is horrible, almost killed my neck.

Unfortunately, our flight from Barcelona was cancelled so we had book accommodation until our return flight in 2 days time. It was after 11pm while we were still at the airport that I used the Hotels.com app to find somewhere to stay quite urgently. The Las Ramblas Pasaje Barcardi Apartments was available so I booked it. I phoned ahead to say that we would not be there before midnight which was fine and I also received a text to ask me to ring when we got there which I did. Shakil greeted us outside and took us to the apartment. It was located in the Gothic area which was wonderful and right next to La Rambla and Placa Reial. The apartment itself had everything you needed for self catering and in a perfect location too! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay there for longer.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised that it had a washing machine in one of the closest. Victor at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with information. There is large enclosed piazza next to the hotel with great restaurants and charming vibrant atmosphere. Location is excellent! It on the south side of La Ramblas and a short walk to the harbour. Loved it!

Great accommodation at one of the best location
The building is historic but the room is remodeled to be very modern, clean, and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location as it's on Las Ramblas at Placa Reial. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every minutes of it. Highly recommended!

The staff checked and confirmed and promised refund but nothing happened. There was a club near by or on top of our unit so loud music played till 5:00 am in the morning from 10:00 pm the night before. Our family was awake the whole night. We complained and the staff told us to close all windows. Our unit had 2 windows which we never opened and the staff checked and confirmed closed tightly. Overall we were disappointed and mostly likely would not stayed here again because the staffs were rude when we brought up issues and refund promised was never fulfilled. Location is convenient but the club noise will keep you awake all night and ruin your vacation because you will get no sleep.

Great hospitality, great apartment and fantastic location. Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment, even though in the middle of Las Ramblas. Just a great stay. Highly recommended. We are a family of six and had plenty of room for everyone. Wifi worked fine for all. Office even printed our boarding passes for us the day before we left.

Good location...for those who seek to be right here at Las Ramblas...the manager Deily is a very nice person and the apartment has everything one needs. Easy to go to La Bokeria and to other locations. The master bedroom could have been a little bigger to make it a score of 10.... It was hard to have 2 suitcases open on the floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen is very spacious. The bathroom could have also been bigger to score a 10 but it is OK. It had a shaver, toothbrush, and other things none of the other apartments offered.

The best thing about this place was the location , you’re walking distance from shops , restaurants, attractions and monumental cites we needed to visit, Barcelona is huge but we were very close to most of our points of interest , the street is a great place to hang out but don’t eat at those little restaurants in the walking area in the street, they’re all crooks serving low quality cheap food that tastes like crap and overcharge you, we didn’t listen to Maria’s advise on the first day and ate there and it was a total disappointment, but later we ate at a restaurant on the beach called aqua and it was outstanding, service, food, view , and service

Excellent service. Big apartment. But old. Ac was old , left it on the entire time as was worried it would take to long to cool. Couldn't figure it out but called the front desk and they immediately helped. No washing machine liquid, called and immediately helped. A lot of keys to manage to get to the apartment. Bit it was a real good location - metro within 2 mins walk. Staff was helpful and responsive. Hot water pressure in the shower was really low , they came and fixed it next day.
