It was a real shame. The property is in a great location but the room needs a total refurbish.. the room is very old and dated and not comfortable.

Breakfast was OK. Coffee machine kept breaking or running out of milk so coffee was not available some days unless you bought from cafe. Delay in refilling breakfast trays. EV charger was $ 30 for 24 hours. There are 4 BP fast chargers literally next door. Rooms are very different. Some rooms have good appliences and some dont. Some rooms have two smart TVs but some have one old TV.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Stunning view of the lake from our balcony. Quiet (low season). The buffet breakfast was good and offered a lot of choice. They run out of chocolate powder which was not good. Variety of jams and marmelades. Maybe could add a chocolate spread. Staff was helpful and nice. Parking close to our room. Renovations were going on during the week. They did not affect our room. Only a bit of noise during breakfast.

The location is the best you will find in Jindabyne, the apartments a little outdated but still are very comfortable and clean. I have been a dozen times to Jindabyne and always stayed at the Horizons.

We enjoyed the breakfast. We used the fold out sofa bed as we had a king room. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to the point where no one slept on it. Still get charged an extra $45 per night for it as well. Every thing else was alright.

Nice aspect overlooking Lake Jindabyne, BUT this hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Whem we stayed there was scaffolding everywhere, the outdoor areas were off limits as was the gym. We were not provided any notice of this on Expedia and I would like a partial refund....a request which has been ignored

We had a sofa bed in our hotel room and the bed was sideways with the head part at the bottom and the bottom area higher than the head area. We slept in the hotel for two nights. The hotel rooms were difficult to get to as people that first arrived would have to go up and down the stairs with big luggage as there are no elevators.

We liked the location being both right on the lack and also a short walk into the centre of town. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Beds especially were pleasant to sleep in. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We also ate Embers and the young wait staff were excellent. Food and wine selection was nice and the room nice and warm. Great all round for our stay in autumn. We had a King Lake view room which was really spacious and had fabulous views of the lake. The bathroom was large and well equipped but is a bit dated. Undercover parking close by was handy. Staff were all lovely and check-in was nice and quick. Handy location.

We had hoped to eat more meals at the motel, but the offerings in the bistro and restaurant were very limited, so we chose against it.

This place was very close to everything In Jindabyne. Access to the walking/biking paths was at the door. Supermarket and food options were very close by. The rooms were excellent and had plenty of space. The bathroom however was a bit dated but clean and functional.

Bed was wonderfull,Fridge was on max when we arrived so froze everything we put in it till we noticed! Washing machine in unit was handy to have. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cooked in oil and hence a bit rubbery. The unit needed some maintenance as the screen door was off its rollers and leaning on the balcony wall. Clock had no battery . Other than that it was nice and our stay was enjoyable
