Great place near the mountains and highway

The hotel is great, the location is perfect if you look for a quick stay outside the city center. But you can get there if you want to in 8 min by car. The service was really good, they really care about making you feel comfortable and welcome.

Even though i attempted to speak Italian the bar and restaurant staff was not friendly at all. The food was not good and you could not sit outside in the bar area and order food. You had to sit in the restaurant to eat. The a/c was broken and they kept trying to fix it and tell us to wait another hour until it was so late then they said we could switch rooms. Hotel has potential, but not as it is being run now

Great value place

It's a great place to spend a night when passing by Rovereto. Very good standard, good service. The only negative is that it's located right between the motorway and the main rail line. Depending on your room position, you can hear either the first or the latter.

Too far out

Sadly everything was spot on except the location - 3.5 kilometers to the town and nowhere to eat other than in the hotel. Taxi ride was a whopping 15 Euros - GASP!!!

They need to learn how to clean

The hotel was fine, the staff a little cold. However the cleaning people did a poor job. There was dirt all over the carpets especially at the corners throughout the hotel - they do not vacuum the edges. There were hairs left in the bathrooms. The restaurant was mediocre at best.

Great location in Northern Italy.

We found the hotel staff very helpful. We were dropping off our car in Trento and boarding a train. The staff help sort out the car drop off with Hertz (location was wrong on the paper work). Easy access to town, resturants and grocery stores. We prefered to eat in our room. There was limited place for setting up our in room picnic....no table. The room was very modern with every thing built in...including a narrow table/shelf with one chair.

Magic of Mori

The hotel is literally 200m from Mori station & perfect for us travelling without a car (great if you like to walk or cycle). There is a fantastic river walk/ cycle path that takes you safely to nearby villages & pizza restaurant just down the road. The view from our hotel room was of mountains & absoloutly beautiful. The hotel itself was great. The room had a huge & comfertable bed - but a window through to the bathroom which was a bit wierd. The room although near a main road was very quiet, staff spoke very good english, breakfast was great as long as you got there before 9am. After that there was very litle left & to go anywhere else for breakfast was a bit of a trek first thing. We will visit the area again with our bikes & would recommend the hotel to any of our friends.

Easy to get to from the motorway and a short drive from lake garda. It is in an industrial area, but it wasn't noisy.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had a glass screen into the bedroom, so the room we were in was suited to couples

Great hotel on the tip of the Dolimites

This was a classy hotel close to the autostrada, and fit the bill for our drive between Udine and Bellagio. I would highly recommend it to others.

La température de la chambre n'était pas réglable, mais à 27°C ! Intéressant en hiver quand il fait 2°C dehors. Et bien sûr impossible d'ouvrir en grand les fenêtres, consigne de la direction de l'hôtel, elles ne s’ouvre que de 10 cm. Emplacement idéal pour cet hôtel entre l'autoroute et la ligne de chemin de fer, comment cet hotel peut-il etre un \"Mercure\"?!

The heater was not working, since the days of my visit were still not the season to turn it on (as I was announced when I complained in reception); so, after several days raining and without sun in the region, it was very very cold and the room was frozen, so I had to stay with jacket in my room.
Wi-fi was completely not working (they say it's an included service, but forget it), so I couldn't work when in the hotel.
So I was quite uncomfortable during my stay

Fin frokost!

Er du på gjennomreise er dette hotellet perfekt. Det ligger like ved motorveien. Et minus er at også jernbanen går tett innpå hotellet, noe som gir støy.

Menyen i restauranten var tynn, og det var ingen stor smaksopplevelse på det vi fikk. Service var også måtelig.

Frokosten var derimot glimrende, og personalet veldig serviceinnstilt.

Fin utsikt från hotellrummet. Litet och mörkt rum med konstig planlösning. Stopp i duschens avlopp. Personalen (bortsett från den vänliga som arbetade när vi checkade in) undvek interaktion så långt det var möjligt.

Helt ok för en natt. Dock skulle jag inte stanna här igen med små barn. Ingen undehållning eller lekrum. Restaurangen öppnar sent. Dock fanns det McDonald’s några 100 m bort som räddade oss.

Wir hatten von der Mercure Kette schon deutlich bessere Hotels erlebt. Das Konzept erkennbar. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlte, das Personal wirkte unmotiviert, das Frühstück sehr gut, doch musste dem Personal die fehlenden Dinge gesagt werden. Unsere Familie hatte das Gefühl nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Evtl. waren wir nicht das Zielklientel der Hotelleitung. Werden andere Hotels bereisen. Das beste bisher bereiste Mercure Hotel war in Dubai, dieses in Italien würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Trotzdem danke für den kurzen Aufenthalt.

I had the suite with panorama view and i was surprised how little the space was in the bathroom.

If you want to sit on the toilett, your will have a problem to sit comportable, as there is very little space.

The rest of the bathroom is okay.

The room itself also look small compared to the pictures.
