Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too.
Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful.
You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The room was very clean and big for our party of 3. The bathroom was huge and had many towels. The hotel is right in front of the lake but we didn´t know the lake was so big so we expected to be closer to other cities. Good thing there is a 5 minute walk to the Ferry that can take you everywhere.
Breakfast had a lot of different options including fresh cold press juice that we love and fresh coffee.

Really enjoyed the stay, fantastic location, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms with comfi bed and quality cosmetics ( comfort zone). Very helpful and pleasant stuff. Great cappuccino during breakfast ( sometimes the tase is awful at the different hotels) with wow view to the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Thank you and good luck!

We have just checked out today from a 2-night stay, where we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace, and the staff had gone to the trouble of creating a towel art love heart with a 10 in rose petals in the middle. That was a lovely touch!
The location is perfect, right on the lake in Torbole, although there is a busy road in between. It’s conveniently located to the bus stop and the ferry terminal.
Breakfast was nice. A good selection of items to choose from and as it was served in the Aqua restaurant it overlooks the lake so has beautiful views.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all of the team we had the pleasure of interacting with.

This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. I would pay an extra fee for valet but I don’t think they offer it. I have yet to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast spread was definitely above average for a small hotel. I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk personnel and the lady who made my cappuccino because they were super awesome, friendly, and just overall genuine positive energy - like they are all happy working there. I feel it says a lot about their employers. The hotel is very near the beach and lots of restaurants within the area. Definitely coming back next month!

This hotel is well placed in the centre of Torbole on the lakefront. We arrived around midnight and were well looked after by Martina. Our room was spacious but the carpet was heavily stained - as if a builder had walked through with cement on his/her boots! At breakfast, hot foods not replenished and we had to actively seek a waiter for tea/coffee. Car parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel - it might’ve 5 minutes as they say if you’re under 35. Not a cheap hotel - shop around!

Property and restaurant overlook the lake and my room also had a stunning lake view. Rooms are clean, shower had great water pressure. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with access to a juicer to create your own fresh juice- nice touch. The hotel is centrally located to all, bus stop, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Busatte Tempesta Hiking Trail. I would come back here!

Trip was great hotel staff were really good and friendly. View from the room was amazing. Bad point was the spa alot of money for me and my wife to have a 10 minute treatment each and access to spa facilities. The spa was beautifull but the massage was rushed and not good quality. We complained about this and Nicolas dealt with it best he could and couldnt have been more helpfull our full holiday. Still feel like it should have been clear from the outset as to what length of treatment you recieve as left a bitter taste to an otherwise amazing holiday.

You can't beat the location and price of this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is fairly basic but with a great shower. I found the mattress to be too hard, but that's just my personal taste. We enjoyed sitting outside with blankets and a bottle of wine watching the sunset. The breakfast (included) provided a wide variety of options. The town is quaint and our morning walk along the lake was unforgettably beautiful.

Would have been lovely , but was not aware hotel had no sun terrace every advert of this hotel shows a balcony with sun beds , this is in fact one of the luxury rooms , basic rooms don’t even have a balcony and are three meters from a wall of another hotel , claustrophobic , if you are in one of the best rooms this hotel would be amazing , but if not a one night stay would be enough as you have no where to relax outside , staff are superb breakfast is superb , service is superb , location is superb ,but only stay for a period in an upgraded room with balcony at least !!!

Staff and hotel lovely. We had a great stay. Totally out of hotel control but be aware church bells chime every 30mins from 6am ish onwards. Enjoyed breakfast. 10am checkout very early. Would benefit having a sun lounge somewhere and while I did not mind how far away parking was I thought €10/day was very expensive for the 10min walk away inconvenience.

We arrived to a hot room in the attic with no air-con. Not a good start, staff had to switch it on which took 30 mins & was not controlled by the unit in the room it was a hotel wide system, so it was either on or off with the temp set by the staff. Supposed to be a superior room with a lake view, yes if you bent down & peered through the knee height windows or stood outside on tip toes on the balcony for one. You could not sit as a couple outside on the balcony & see the Lake. There were no tissues, feminine hygiene disposal bags or shower gel you were expected to use the shampoo to wash with. No milk for hot drinks & no complementary water, not what you expect from a four star hotel. Hotel says it has parking, yes it does at a cost & also a 10 minute walk away, you can drop off luggage at check in & bring car to collect at check out.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful view from hotel restaurant of Lake Garda, directly opposite. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Torbole is an ideal location, plenty of good restaurants and places to visit from here.
Room cleaned to a high standard every day.
The only negative was that the lighting in the room was quite low, making the room quite dark but refurbishment is planned so hopefully this will be rectified.
I can definately recommend this hotel.

Will keep it short and sweet
- staff are very kind and helpful and speak perfect English and German (as well as Italian)
- hotel rooms are pleasant and cleaned daily. We stayed in the economy room and it was nice, had everything you need like a free safe, mini fridge etc. (Of course the more expensive rooms are nicer with a view of the lake but this is not a big issue since you don't spend so much time in the room).
- location = perfect. Bus stop is outside the hotel you can get this into Riva or any of the towns towards Garda easily.
- food = top class! Make sure you get breakfast included. The restaurant in the evening is one of the best in the area and worth it to eat there. Another good restaurant to go to in the evening is villa cien, they serve nice fish dishes.

Everything was great. The food, the staff, cleanliness. Here's the but... The terrace was only available to those who booked a suite. So for us, if we wanted a drink, we had to sit right on the roadside, and not on the terrace above the restaurant. This was dissapointing, as we like to spend time relaxing with other hotel guests, but alas this was not possible. So, we spent all of our socialising time away from the hotel. Great pity...

Although, we did not get a room with a lake view, I must admit a it is a perfect location with a great view. I really glad we choose to stay in Nago Torbole instead of a much crowdier and touristy Riva del Garda.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast selection is the best i have ever seen so far, I'd say too much.
There is no free parking anywhere near, only few spots, just to unload your baggage for check in, and these are always occupied. For those who plan to park in an a free Olive Tree Parking - is not free anymore, it is a paid parking lot.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful in that we had a broken wire and couldn't charge our phone and they had a good rummage in a box of wires for us and were able to find one. The breakfast was one of the best (heat your own toasties and whizz your own veg smoothies - set a new standard!!)The walk from Torbole to Riva del Garda was beautiful, shame we only stayed one night. The restaurant on the waters edge closeby had great food (lucky we ate the last lunch before it closes for the winter).

Exceptional Hotel!

The staff was very friendly, my room was outstanding, and the breakfast was truly amazing. We did not have a room with a lake view, however, we sat outstanding and enjoyed our two free drinks (wine) and just took in the sites.

Lovely stay just across the road from the Lake.

Lovely Hotel situated just across the road from Lake Garda. Sadly our room was a bit tired and the toiletries were not replaced once in the time we were there, surprising for a four star hotel. Generally though we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very good.
