was not happy with AIR CON in the main Bedroom, was a hot day and the Aircon was NOT cooling enough.. ALSO the FRONT door needs repair with a good push I think it will open. You need to slam the door for it to close properly and I'm not sure it would hold.. I'm sure next door would jump when I closed the door..

Nice clean grounds around the property. Pleasant staff on arrival and very prompt in helping you out. Room looks a little tired and could do with a few minor maintenance jobs/upgrades.
Family apartment we stayed in was a good size. Good budget room but with a little upgrade could be a lot better.
Over all happy with our stay.

Room was spotless, updated, good layout made it appear spacious. Upon arrival we were offered free bottled water which was a nice touch. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk in fridge. Couch and bed both comfortable. A really nice comfortable stay.

Almost the only motel on the eastern side of Melbourne on the Geelong road so great location. Easy to get to and very quiet location. Good size room, very clean and quite modern. Very happy!

I would definitely stay at this motel again. Staff seemed happy, cleanliness was amazing, beds unbelievably comfortable and no outside noise to speak of apart from the soft rain that fell for a short time in the small hours. Loved it and would recommend it.

Wow where do i start.
From the moment i checked in management were so helpful and from this location i was able to to conduct the business i was there for.
flew into Avalon airport from Sydney and flew out of Melbourne's Tullamarine airport a week later.

With 3 young kids whom go to bed early, didn’t get to sleep until 10.30 pm.
Management should maybe take families into consideration before placing them with non family clients

My husbandr arrived earlier than me and although he had the paperwork of the payment, the last page of the booking was missing. Page 2 was where all the payment details were, but they would not accept the reservation without all the pages. (page 4 was just a disclaimer)! The front receptionist refused to check him in until he had confirmed and I had emailed him the payment confirmation. She refused to look on their system for the reservation and made him feel very embarrassed. He provided proof of the credit card purchase on his mobile phone and it still was not sufficient for her.

When my husband advised that I was arriving later, they wanted to know exact times and queried why I was not booking in with him - none of their business that I was actually still at work.

The cost of $140 without breakfast was very high for this motel as the walls were very thin and you could hear every conversation that other guests were having. It was a tired typical 1970 motor inn. Nothing outstanding and definately not worth the price.

I would not be staying here again and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Was in Werribee for a workshop so just needed somewhere to unwind and sleep. My room was comfortable, however, could do with a couch to sit on whilst watching TV. Convenient to the centre of Werribee as well. Very clean room.

This was an easy motel to check in and stay at. I arrived late and thankfully the front desk was still manned. Room was tidy and pleasant for the night. Being odd the main road it was nice and quiet.

Toilet holder fell off, no hand basin in bathroom, no mirror or electrical outlets in bathroom. Blow waving hair over dishes is not hygienic! Milk sachet should have been a small carton of milk. No freezer door, therefore ice everywhere in fridge. Drapes did not close properly. Parking facilities not numbered. In general, although clean, updates need to be made.

We only stayed for a quick one night stay. I would stay here again as well as recommend this place. Staff were lovely, room was neat and tidy in a quiet location. I wouldn’t normally stay in this type of accommodation however I was pleasantly surprised and happy with our decision to do so to save money.

In town for a wedding - only stayed one night. Flew in very early on a Friday and manager kindly had room ready by midday to enable rest before festivities. Very clean good size room - appeared to be recently refurbished.
