Some of the towels didn’t look clean.
The floors weren’t vacuumed, when we asked for a vacuum it wasn’t done completely where we still had chicks of fluff on carpet.
When asking for bedding to be changed we could see stains all over bedding.

There were a few things that didn’t go well. To start with the hotel app messaging staff didn’t show any compassion to offer us a free cancellation on compassionate grounds. So we were forced to go ahead with our travel plans.
When we arrived the reception staff was average.
We got to our room and the room looked nice at the start but then we started noticing things like the fridge was dented all over, the aircon remotes didn’t seem to work initially but we eventually figured it out. The safe was in a lock position and not working. The staff tried to fix it but couldn’t and didn’t bother to the next day too.
The hotel said toothbrush and toothpatse available upon request but when we requested for it then said they don’t do it. I have to show them their add to validate it and then they arranged for it from Aldi.
There were marks on the walls and curtains and cobwebs on the ceiling too.
The sofas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or washed in ages and we started developing itchy rashes to the extent of minor bleeding.
The room service was very slack too and didn’t bother cleaning the corners. One day we asked the staff to come after 3 pm to do the rooms but they didn’t bother to. The next day was Saturday and they said they don’t have the time to clean it. They just dumped extra towels on the dirty sofa and didn’t bother taking the old ones awayuntil we requested them to. They then obliged to do the bedsheets at least & we didn’t bother getting them changed as we left.

To be abused or not to be abused??

The hotel its self was wonderful, but was slapped with a bunch of unnecessary fees after checking out even though I called to confirm prior to my booking to disclose my person situation. Was advise that it was all well and fine.
Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??

Our quest into Werribee

Mattress was a bit soft to everyone's liking and one of the bathrooms did not have any toiletries. One the bedrooms had a blanket which had an orange stain on it. But all is good with the stay and most amenities. The cleaning lady was very helpful and quick to resolve all the issues too. The front desk was also very helpful with all our queries.

What's unique about this property is that it's very essential.
Very close to shops, transport and dining areas. The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. One thing that I just want to see if will improve is the bond money that I pay when I checked in. Can that money be refund to you when checked out instead of waiting for it to be in your account? These comments relate to Unit 308B, at Werribee Quest, from which we departed on the morning of 8/03/2024.
No dishwasher logically means we had to wash our own dishes. The placement of the microwave oven cabinet at shoulder height above the kitchen sink resulted in me knocking my head against the cabinet about 5 or 6 times whilst washing the dishes. Really, the positioning of the microwave oven cabinet in this location is quite ridiculous.
Also, the bottom hinge of the glass shower door was broken or somehow compromised, to the extent that the shower door would not stay shut, which resulted in water escaping onto the floor of the bathroom. Fortunately I had not placed the shower mat down at this stage.
