We stayed one night. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much around the hotel other than a Burger King a restaurant and a bizarre. But for one nights stay off the beaten track it was perfect for the four of us.

Property was modern, clean and in a very good state of repair.
Location very convenient for the motorway.
Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast facilities very good, lots of veriaty.
No restaurant on site or within reasonable walking distance.
Burger king very close by and had a very good soft play area.
We were 2 adults and 2 children, looking for a one night stop over while traveling. It was ideal for that purpose and we would definitely use it again.

November 2021 stopover

This is an excellent hotel to stay out while travelling from further south to the northern Spanish ferry ports of Bilbao and Santander. It is is very clean and friendly and good Covid measures are in place. We have stayed before and will do so again soon. In warmer months, the wider area is well worth a visit and a longer stay is certainly worth considering. Overall, highly recommended.

A Great Hotel

I was in Tudela for work and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. All the staff were very friendly and they couldn't have been any more accomodating for me as I was working nights. Breakfast was spot on, supermarkets, food outlets nearby and a 10 minute drive into the center of Tudela. Plus a 30 minute drive to Bardenas Reales meant it was in a great location. Very clean and room was a great size. Will be returning with the family next year.

Overnight stop for the family.

Great service. Check in was efficient. Plenty of parking, both in the secure car park and outside the hotel. Situated in an industrial area, close to several large supermarkets. Good breakfast included.

Bed 4 you 4 sure!

My husband and I spent one night as it was a good halfway point to Bilbao Spain. We were ferrying the next day to Portsmouth UK. Check in was smooth and we were given an excellent recommendation to eat as we were starving. The staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. A small refrigerator would be a great addition.

Fantastic value for money

Fantastic no frills hotel with excellent buffet breakfast and secure parking. It’s on the side of the motorway, so not there to holiday - just a convenient stopover at a great price. We arrived late (delayed flight) and the desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent shower! A real find.

The manager of thebed 4U at Tudela has thought about service and delivered it in spades.

Pristine rooms nice decor.. Staff extremely helpful pleasant and thoughtful.

Buffet breakfast excellent choices. We have never stayed in a nicer or better run hotel.

Children cared for and entertained. Will recommend to anyone.

Don’t expect the Ritz but very does exactly what

Although a modern chain in a partly run down industrial estate this hotel is good. Very good for the price and a nice base to explore the town and area.
Close to the Autovia 68, NA134 and just off the Avenida Zaragoza into the town centre (we walked it). Secure parking at the rear with very welcoming friendly staff. As modern the rooms are very well appointed and air conditioned.
Food is the weak point in that they use a fast food delivery service in which you call reception, order and it gets delivered by scooter. The breakfast however is good both cooked and continental there’s even an orange crusher juice maker.

Friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast choice. One of the main reasons we stayed here was the secure parking and proximity to the A68 - we had a car full of personal possessions on our drive from Santander south and the gated car park with CCTV helped us to sleep well.

In the room we were given one of the twin beds rocked about so we were moved to another room which was a disabled room being the only other one available. Not really suitable for us it had disabled shower with chair and no cushions on the bed as in the other room. As we had stopped here before we were disappointed. On mentioning this on checking out we were given a bottle of water!!!!!!.

Convenient closeness to motorway.

We always stay at this hotel on route to or from the ferry port. The staff always make us feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, we wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

Needed somewhere with secure parking to stay overnight while travelling by (motor) bike between Moraira (Alicante) and Santander. Ideal location - 6 hours from Moraira and 4 hours from ferry in Santander. Excellent budget hotel with breakfast included, friendly staff and overall very good VFM. Burger King and Wok restaurant nearby and large Eroski supermarket 5 minutes away. Stayed a number of times and will do so again.

David welcomed us with all sorts of helpful information. This hotel is beautifully located, very convenient to Tudela. They provide free WiFi and free loan of bicycles (both adult and child sizes). The breakfast is luscious, with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice, as well as everything else you could possibly think of. There are play area for children. The rooms are large and comfortable.

This is quite a new hotel and is a good location for a stopover to or from Bilbao (3 hours) or Santander (4 hours) and for the new A23 to Valencia and the south. Secure parking, very clean and friendly reception. Free wi-fi works very well in rooms which are modern and clean. Please note that location on Hotels.com website is cunfusingly incorrect (much closer to Eroski and behind Burger King) so Google it before trip. Located on a modern industrial estate but very safe and friendly in Tudela. Wok restaurant next door is good value and convenient. Good breakfast available in hotel.Overall, highly recommended.

An excellent stay. On arrival, our room had not been cleaned, but we were immediately upgraded to a superior room.
The situation is a little way out of the town centre but convenient for access from the motorway.
We shall use it again when driving through that part of Spain

Pilot Hotel of theNew Ñ-Group - situated on an Industrial Park on the outskirts of Tudela. Well sign posted. 10 minute drive from the centre of Tudela, which has pleasant shopping centre and interesting Old Town. The Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant, the room comfortable and has secure parking at no extra cost. One downside currently there is no good restarant on site, but there are plenty in the town, Hotel does a good

Tout est très bien, nous avons pris la chambre familiale. Le grand lit est top. Le lit superposé avec matelas confortables, il est en fer et donne un peu de bruit avec le mouvement. Le staff est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est top avec choix variés et fruits frais pressés. Une adresse idéale pour un stop rapide à Tudela.

El hotel se encuentra en un polígono muy cerca de Tudela y con mucho sitio para aparcar. Mencionar que tiene parking gratuito vigilado por cámaras. la cama grande y cómoda y el baño correcto. El desayuno muy bien tienen mucha variedad y zumo natural de naranja. El personal muy amable. Bien podría ser un hotel de 4*.

Nous venons chaque année ici en nuit étape.
Déçue de la chambre car j'avais opté pour 4 lits simples or nous avons un lit superposé non installé. Nous avons du demander de l'aide à l'accueil. Pur deux adolescents ce n'est pas très sécurisant,j'ai donc mis les matelas par terre. J'avais bien réservé une chambre avec 4 lits simples or la personne me dit que c'est en fonction des disponibilités. Je suis peu convaincu car j'ai réservé la chambre le 23 février 2024 pour le 17 août 2024 : je pense que ma demande de 4 lits simples pouvaient être respecté.
La personne à l'accueil est extrêmement gentille et nous a offert un thé a notre arrivée. Elle s'est excusée à plusieurs reprises. La chambre avait été préparée pour trois car il n'y avait que 3 serviettes , trois brosses à dents et 3 verres. J'avais envoyé un mail quelques jours avant pour être sûr qu'il y a ait la machine à pancakes car les enfants l'adorent et c'est une raison de notre choix . J'ai eu une réponse positive..... malheureusement pour la deuxième année consécutive la machine a pancakes est en panne . Je pense que depuis un an celle ci ne doit pas fonctionner souvent ....J'aurai aimé être prévenue quand j'ai fait la demande exprès par mail .
Le personnel que ce soit à l'accueil , au service petit déjeuné ou au ménage est vraiment extrêmement gentil et prévenant.
Dommage car l'hôtel pourrait être top.

Hôtel sympathique, propre. Le personnel à l'accueil est professionnel et parle français. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie et la salle de bain est grande.
Accès rapide au désert proche de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est simple, varié et de qualité.
Nous y sommes restés une seule nuit et c'était calme et reposant.
L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle à l'extérieur de la ville. Il y a des commerces aux alentours et de quoi se restaurer (fast food ou resto).

Très bonne literie, variété au petit déjeuner, personnel de l'hôtel très agréable mais la chambre 120 mériterait de la décoration au mur, refaire l'isolation (on entend les voitures de la rue et les fenêtres sont trempées par la condensation) et vétusté de la salle de bain (moisissure sur les joints du carrelage, bac de douche rayé).
Un frigo dans la chambre serait un plus, ainsi qu'une TV avec un signal de canal plus fort.
