The hotel is well placed for town. The reception staff were very helpful as bizarrely we had been allocated a smoking room which smelt unpleasant. They immediately found us a non smoking room thank goodness which was clean but rather tired looking as was the rest of the hotel. The lift was a joke there was only one and although it made a lot of noise it took forever to arrive, much easier to walk up the stairs We didn't have dinner and left early so skipped breakfast so cannot comment on the food. The car park was full so we parked in the road and got scraped (not the hotel's fault obviously but took the shine off a bit)

The hotel was in a convenient location about a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the town center. The room was clean, and the hotel clerks were very helpful. The wifi was excellent.

La primera noche tuve frío,y a las 5 am.me eché en la cama la manta del armario.Error .Me empezó a picar todo.Acabé con antihistamínicos y pomada por picaduras probablemente de pulgas en el cuerpo.Eso sí.En todo momento fueron amables y nos cambiaron de habitación(a una que olía bastante mal....).En fin.Muy amables,pero hotel poco acertado.

Es la segunda vez que paso una noche en este hotel. Se trata de un hotel sencillo con el personal muy amable y eficiente. La habitación, algo pequeña, es confortable y silenciosa. La limpieza general es buena. Tal vez las instalaciones no son muy modernas, pero repetiría mi estancia allí.
Es difícil aparcar en la zona (todo zona azul). Por otro lado, se encuentra cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad donde existe un fenomenal ambiente de pinchos y tapas además de ofrecer una variada oferta cultural.
Sin duda, volveré a este hotel y volveré a Tudela.

Dans la salle de bain la vasque était fendue et le pommeau de douche sale et remplit de calcaire.
Les murs sont très mal insonorisés et nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir un voisin qui a ronflé toute le nuit, on avait l'impression qu'il dormait dans notre chambre.
Le wifi ne marchait pas non plus il fallait être à côté de l'ascenseur pour avoir une connexion.
La moquette rouge du couloir est tachée et ça ne fait pas très propre.
Il faudrait tout refaire. La tapisserie beige, les meubles usés. J'ai un pendentif qui a disparu, soit je l'ai perdu soit on me l'a subtilisé, dans le doute faites attention à vos affaires. Les dames de l'accueil et de la salle de petits déjeuners étaient gentilles.

Hotel situé en ville, stationnement un peu compliqué, sinon tout est parfait, très propre, calme, confortable et un service de petit déjeuner très agréable et varié . A recommander sans hésitation .
