Great property location! Right on the beach! Easy walk to stores, restaurants and market. They are having issues with their AC. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue since the weather is lovely, but being on the second floor there was a wrap around terrace that anyone could ask so i did not feel comfortable leaving the window open as a solo female traveler

The staff are very lovely and accommodating. But the hotel is outdated old fashion. The sunroof top terrace was not open even though advertised.. the jacuzzi was broken and to book a massage took 4days.. the services that were offered were not available as advertised. Or intermittent service. No staff on the bar had to ask and wait for drinks for more than 10-30 minutes.
I feel for the rating and what was offered I’ve been done a disservice and would like to have my money refunded due to false advertising and lack of services..

This hotel is a great choice if you are visiting or planning to visit Fatima and Nazare. Only 25 minutes to Nazare and 45 minutes to Fatima. The hotel is clean, staff was super nice.
Our room was spacious, facing the ocean which was a few steps from our door, breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is certified Clean and safe. They took our temps on check in. We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 different times. Granted, post Covid. But it lacks feeling. Its like staying in an abandoned house. The staff barely speak to you. You leave feeling like your stay didn't matter to them I’ve been checked in to hospitals with more feeling. They could take it or leave it. No eye contact. ‘Sign here’. Like they would bill mu Medical insurance for my stay instead of my credit card. Without the views/location we would not stay here again.

The hotel is great. The location is perfect. The health and safety measures are first rate. They took our temperature and had us fill out a questionnaire on check in. The breakfast buffet was served to order instead of lines. The room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a great beach w a surf school and cafes to enjoy a sunset. We enjoyed our stay and will go back.

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa sobre o oceano e tb para o farol. Os funcionários são 5 estrelas, tudo muito limpo e bem cheiroso, todo o hotel tem um cheiro super agradável. O quarto em si não tinha bom isolamento térmico, as janelas não isolavam o frio que se sentia a entrar pelas frestas da mesmas (estávamos em Dezembro) mas deu para ouvir bem as ondas do mar a noite toda. O WC bem pequenino mas tudo funcional e muito limpo.

L'hôtel fait face à l'océan. La salle à manger offre une superbe vue sur l'océan.
Les repas sont bons et le staff est sympa.
Il y a un SPA gratuit avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam et une soirée de sports
La chambre est très très moyen: le lit est petit pour 2 personnes, la salle de bain manque de commode ou étagère pour pouvoir poser la trousse de toilette, dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de d'aspiration ... étonnant pour un 4*.
La chambre est définitivement un point négatif dans cet hôtel.

Tiene una zona en la azotea muy agradable pero, aunque se podía subir, el bar no estaba abierto y tampoco el jacuzzi en funcionamiento, a pesar de que estuve a mediados de julio. Le pondría más puntuación si hubiese podido disfrutar de la azotea.

L’hébergement est très bien situé, environnement calme et reposant. Le personnel est courtois et veut bien accommoder. Par contre, l’état des chambres est médiocre. On se sentait comme dans une colonie de vacances des années 90. Il faudrait rénover et minimalement changer la literie!!! Ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles!

This place is from the medieval times, it is one of the most boring places you can stay at.
- The wifi is horrendous.
- The gym does not have any meaningful equipment apart from a 1980s machines.
- The AC in the rooms does not work.
- The staff is not helpful at all.
- The restaurant is boring, food takes 1hr to arrive, only a few different things to eat.
- The sauna is probably a relic because nobody is using it.

Correu tudo muito bem.
Os meus pais faziam anos de casado e eu solicitei uma cama de casal. Para nosso espanto ofereceram uma garrafa de champagne e uns bombons com um cartão muito atencioso. A experiência não correu como previsto . Em primeiro lugar o spa estava em manutenção não nos foi comunicado , esse era o principal objectivo para além de ser pago como tal não obtive qualquer tipo de aproveitamento do hotel .de qualquer das formas em época baixa entregaram nos um quarto com cama dupla em vez de uma cama de casal . Um hotel de 4* a qual se paga o valor do hotel e não usufruímos de nada.

Estadia extremamente agradável. Fiz late check-in e não houve qualquer problema. O meu quarto tinha uma varanda de frente para o mar. Mesmo com temporal na primeira noite, estava calor e liguei o AC que funcionou bem. Pequeno almoço bom e diverso.
