The hotel is located one block from the historical centre and the Loretano waterfront. The beach is a 20-minute walk away.
With a building construction inspired by the old Mexican haciendas, this is a comfortable residence whose architecture is dominated by arches, corridors, street lamps, tiled roofs and other attractive details. This air-conditioned city hotel has a total of 42 rooms.
Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe and currency exchange. There is a hairdressing salon, café, a bar and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the conference facilities and wireless Internet access.
Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.
All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, and offer a double or king-size bed. The rooms also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a safe and a kitchen with minibar, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities as standard.

My stay at Hotel Hacienda Suites Loreto was disappointing. There is no internet in the rooms, no safe, and no mini fridge. The parking lot is separated from the hotel, requiring guests to cross a street to access it. The television had no cable, which greatly limits entertainment options.
The most upsetting issue was that they did not honor the check-out time stated in my Hotels.com reservation (1:00 pm). The staff insisted I leave the room at 12:00 pm, which I consider disrespectful to the customer.
Overall, the hotel provides a mediocre experience and fails to deliver basic services that one would expect at this level of accommodation.

Everything about the property was excellent. The breakfast was on the weak side but gives you an ok start for the day. Coffee and fruit excellent. Staff were cordial and helpful. Always cleaning. I’d stay here again

Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps impossible.

We stayed for just one night before flying the next day. The room was spacious and clean. The courtyard and pool were lovely. We enjoyed the pool bar. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Easy walk to the main plaza. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Tang like substance for juice. Off brand herbal tea and no black tea. I asked for bottled water at the front desk and was told I had to wait until after 9 am. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into town. Internet kept going down. The setting is nice but hardly worth $200/night. I do not recommend staying here.

Very insecure. No deadbolt lock, no chain or bar on inside of door. Open gate along public street just down from room. Door was old wood and you could see daylight thru the cracks in the panels. No phone to call front desk in case of emergency or problem. Really didn’t feel safe at all!!

The bathroom was clean but in poor repair. Old shower with poor water pressure, no plug for the sink - just an open pipe and water damage on the walls. Doves kept us awake starting in the early morning. Location is not the best for first time in Loreto. It is far from most restaurants and the Malecon. Food and staff at the included breakfast was excellent. And the pool is clean and warm inviting swimming in January.

Super quiet hotel that is close to the airport and close to main square. Hot breakfast every morning. The pool is warm, and the hotel is clean. It is a simple hotel without a gym. Air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is newly remodeled. It is a great price, and the staff is great. Huge parking lot across the street in the rear of the hotel that is locked at night so the car is safe. There is a bar by the pool too.

We had dogs so had to go to hotel next door for food outside. Beautiful pool and courtyard. We also appreciate the secure parking as we are in a Ford F250 long bed towing a trailer.

For some reason the common areas have an absurd amount of flies and I mean like you can't even leave your plate alone for 5 seconds. Very simple breakfast so avoid paying the extra little fee as you're better off with options outside. Even the in the water and juice were not iced. The rooms are spacious, however they are very dated down to the type of bed cover. The mattress is absolutely hell. There are a couple channels but they're all poor quality. The internet is terrible and only good around the pool, mind you our room was not even 30 ft from the main office. Office. There are several points of access. However it didn't matter even when it was connected, devices continually fell out of service. Service. TVs are not smart so don't expect that. There is no in-room safe and considering the average length of stays in this town and considering the type of town it is, it was surprising to see no in room refrigerator. There is no outdoor barbecue grill which would have been nice but this has nothing to do with my rating. The ladies are nice enough so no issues there. The front desk lady I don't know because I could never get to talk to her because the phone never worked.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, parking was free, and it was a short walk to the centre of town. However, there was no hot water, the wi-fi was very slow and disconnected intermittently, the area around the pool was quite noisy in the evening, especially when the bar opened, and the breakfast not at all appealing or tasty. This is not a hotel I'd stay at again.

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this cozy, traditional gem in the heart of Loreto. A short taxi cab to marina or an enjoyable 10-15 walk. Be sure to visit the beautiful islands and if you enjoy hiking to a waterfall or just relaxing with locals. This was a breath of fresh air, not overly developed. Fishing was great. We will be sure to visit Hacienda suites again. We own at Villa Del Palmar but its an hour outside of town, unless golfing is your jam then you'd enjoy. But I much prefer the Hacienda suites. With breakfast included every morning and a store to buy liquor, wine drinks an Italian restaurant attached and steak house even closer.

The hotel parking and getting luggage in was really tough. No elevator, no refrigerator no ice unless you buy it weird. Shower is ancient and is difficult to work plus super slippy. Hotel breakfast was available from 7am. We got there at 8 and all the tables were reserved by a group. But nobody was was at half of them, but we still could sit. We checked the breakfast but barely anything but dry eggs. Wouldn't recommend it. Add almost got rammed by a family in a car driver had a beer in his hand. Only place worth eating at in hotel Santa Fe next door.

We very much liked the staff. They were hard working and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately no other meals were served. It was breakfast only and we had to go elsewhere during our stay of 7 nights for lunch and dinner. The only bar was outside by the pool, and drinks were expensive, i.e. $10 USD per. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable, but there was no dresser or drawer space for clothing. Also, there was no on-site ice machine, which meant you had to go next door to buy ice if you wanted to mix a drink in your room. Might mention too that the shower in our room had very little water pressure. The location was OK, but if you wanted to go to the downtown area, it was about a 15–20 minute walk. Of course you could take a taxi for about $5-$6.00. In summary, there were some very nice things, and some that were not so nice, but perhaps the good outweighed the bad.

The courtyard setting is lovely and housekeepers are very sweet . Suite rooms in the back are much nicer than regular rooms, but bring earplugs because dogs bark all night! Skip the breakfast and walk 20 minutes into town for better food. All in all, a decent value.
