Kudos to the staff. Unfortunately I lost my phone and didn’t realize it because I thought it was inside my room. As I walked towards the swimming pool, the lifeguard came to me and asked if I had lost my phone? Dumbfounded and puzzled by his question. He showed me screenshot of the lost phone that had my family as a screen saver and indeed I did lose my phone. Thanks to the entire staff. The whole property was beautiful and restful. My mother in law, who has a hard time sleeping and eating, found the location so siren and peaceful. We will be coming back but until then. Thanks

Beautiful resort

We love the resort, the large rooms (premium room) with veranda and access to pool, gardens and beach! The beach is clean, the pool area beautiful and staff very friend! The breakfast buffet an offers a large range of delicious food and it’s a nice way to start the day! We have been here many times and will come back for the nice setting of the resort with beautiful gardens surroundings! Outside the resort are many small restaurants with local fresh food ( An Phuc at the corner to y, as owners are very friendly and food delicious. Close to Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, from where you can take a bus or better train to Saigon.

Zero complaints after multiple visits.. Every box checked in comfort. Ideal if you are looking to relax in peace. The price's are extremely fair, in fact they could ask for more because of location, in my opinion. The Villas sit on a beautifully maintained beach front. What more could you ask for?

The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the \"extra\" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval for the \"free\" sofa bed. So ridiculous.

The rooms and pool was excellent. The beach was wonderful but there was more garbage than I would like to see. Outside the property there are some good local places to eat and drink. Prices were very reasonable. Sea Links golf course is very easy to get to and a wonderful place to play. I do plan a return trip!

Internet was spotty, didn’t always work. Very clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. The night I arrived I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before the bartender arrived, took another 15 to get a drink. Not great service. The front desk was helpful though

Beautiful hotel resort

Wo booked this hotel the 3rd time and we absolutely love it...ambience, the beautiful looked after gardens, the pool setting and closeness to a clean beach, the room are spotless, comfortable, spacious and make it an enjoyable place to come back. The breakfast buffet is offering good choices of fresh continental and vietnamese cuisine and they make special orders as well. It tasty and its a great start for the day. The only disadvantage is its far from Mui Ne and free shuttle are in the evening..During the day you need a taxi to get around. 200000 D to Pham Thiet snd 60000 D to Mui Ne,(approx. A$10 or A$ )4

We enjoyed the beach view villa, from which we were a few steps away from the beach and from the swimming pool. Nice waves to have fun with the kids on the beach. We did have two noisy afternoons with loudspeaker entertainment for groups though, but it ended in late afternoon. Overall, a very nice experience.

Don’t know if Hotels.com lied to me or resort did.

The resort was beautiful, everything was all we can ask for in regards to the resort. Food was great, the pool was great and the beach was amazing and clean. THE ONLY PROBLEM was that I had booked and paid extra for 2 rooms king beds but they only gave us 1 room with a king and the other a queen. When I had talk to the reception desk they told me it’s Hotels.com who changed me and that the hotel only has 2 rooms in the resort that has king beds. They did offer to give us the other room which would have been on the other side of the resort which we didn’t want. So we just kept our rooms.
SO IF YOUR PLANING ON BOOKING HERE WITH FRIENDS. REMEMBER THE RESORT ONLY HAS 2 ROOMS WITH KING BEDS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE RESORT. Other then that the resort was wonderful.

Unfortunately too much litter on the beach, which is not the fault of the hotel, if the hotel could some resource to litter collection would benefit all concerned.

4th stay at this resort

This was the 4th stay at this resort. We had a beach view villa. Room would have been 10 metres from the beach. Small outdoors area attached within the villa with a couple of deck chairs which were enjoyable to sit and relax in the evening. Outdoor shower is excellent, watch the palm trees above your head during the day, or have a shower under the stars at night. Resort has had extra rooms added since our last stay. Small Vietnamese restaurant has opened up opposite the entrance. We ate there several times, food was good and beer was cold 😀 Also another shop opposite the resort entrance renting motorbikes, we rented two bikes for 24 hours for our family of four. Resort is very clean, cleaners are constantly cleaning everywhere. Given that the resort is next to the ocean, the constant cleaning is reflected by the excellent overall condition. The food is good, both Vietnamese and Western. We will be back next year!

A nice resort with lush vegetation

A very nice resort with spacious villa with its own veranda just meters from the sea.

The restaurant was decent but for those eating only vegs and fish, the choice is rather limited but as we stayed 3 nights we managed.

The pool area was very nice but the beach, although nice, was for us a bit of a bad experience as we were bitten the first day by the many sand flies. All in all a very pleasant stay nonetheless.

We stayed at Phu Hai resort for one week with our 2 older teenage children. Super fast check in of maybe 2 minutes, electric car ride to our beachside bungalow and we were set. We found the whole resort spotless, grounds lush and well maintained, bungalow was 2 bedroom both with en suites and aircon great for a family stay. The staff were friendly particularly the girls in reception who had a good grasp of English and did a great job of organising our taxis and our tours. I must mention the buffet breakfast, this was exceptional covering all the bases, great if you have a fussy eater. Phu Hai is a bit out of town however this is a bonus if you want quiet and serenity, it was perfect for our family. We loved it an would not hesitate to return.

Resort next to beach. Beach is nice and clean, water is warm. Good for swimming, good for kids to play. Lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach. Pool is nice, water is also warm. Good for early morning swim, after dinner swim too. Waterfall over pool. Pool has bar. Rooms tidy, clean and well looked after. Several activities - billiards, tennis, massages, small kids playground etc. We really liked the outdoor shower in the garden view villa. Total privacy but no roof, enjoyable to have a shower with the palm trees overhead, or the stars at night. Western and Vietnamese food served for meals. Some nights a banquet was put on for dinner. A two piece band provides entertainment at dinner time. Staff are friendly and helpful. This was our third stay at this resort, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Best Resort

Fabulous resort with great beach, pool, and grounds. The breakfast is the best we've had at any hotel or resort, and the staff are beyond superb and very very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Some people don't like the location because it's a few km from the central restaurant and shop area, but the taxi is only $3 so it wasn't an issue for us.

Overall, it is a very nice and clean facility. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is nice. At night, they have live music performance. The staff is very helpful. We left one of our baggage in the taxi and the resort staff helped locate the taxi driver and have the baggage returned to us just in time for us to catch the bus back to Ho Chi Minh city. Great effort and help by the staff. Thanks a lots and it is much appreciated. I will definitely return to the same resort if my family and I visit Mui Ne again in the future.

Lovely Beach Resort

The hotel is the penultimate one on that stretch of beach, a little bit outside of Mui Ne, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The sand is also very fine and there are tons of shells for beach-combing. The pool area is nice and the restaurant is very good. The area is generally inexpensive, especially for the quality you get. You can take a taxi into town for very cheap if you want to visit the \"action\" or do some shopping. Seafood is excellent; one highlight was a local's favorite restaurant called something like \"Mr. Crab\" where you select live seafood and it is prepared for you. It is a cultural experience as well as being amazing food. The villa's are beautiful and large and I'll note their few issues below under things to improve on. A personal highlight for me was the nightly music by Henry and Rose who each night play a completely different set. I am musical and they allowed me to sit in and sing a few songs each night, as well as dancing to their great music. This meant relaxing days reading and walking on the beach and entertaining evenings for me -- the perfect holiday! Villas are perfect for families, except the stairs going up a bit steep. The hotel breakfast buffet was good; not tons of choices but something for everyone and all good quality. Dinner in restaurant was a bit slow, but very good food. They have a buffet dinner a few nights a week, but we didn't sample it as we're just not big eaters.

Very good resort.

Great villa right beside the beach, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and very attentive.The only thing that lets it down a little is that the food is very average weighed against the cost. This did not affect us as there are two little family owned restaurants on the road behind the resort the one on the left about 200meters along being , very clean, cheap and excellent. The resort put on a very good Tet celebration for free and one night, the outside entertainers put on a very good show and in this instance the food was excellent. The resort is in a quiet area with a decent beach away from the main \"strip\" of Mui Ne which was only a few minutes away by taxi at a cost of roughly $2, its a good location.

Good quiet hotel, far away from main strip for better or worse. Decent bar and restaurant prices for a resort. Downside would be its very kid friendly, also a tour bus of elderly people happened to be there when we were. This made the breakfast buffet a free for all. And the breakfast food was pretty bad.

I'd pick another place if had to do it over again.

Best resort ever

The best resort which I've ever been in Phan Thiet. I and my husband have a very good trip here with full of relax and comfort.
In house restaurant serve delicious food, we chose to eat here instead of outside one.
We will stay here next time. Highly recommend for all travelers especially couple who want to find best place to rest after busy working days like us.

We love this place

We love this place. We booked the beach front two bedrooms villa. Wonderful staffs, great peaceful beach, and quality breakfast. Cannot say enough of the wonderful staffs, very attentive and helpful all around. The only drawback is the resort is situated a little way from Mui Ne main strip. But, not a problem. Just a quick, cheap, and easy taxi ride. The other is the inside resort foods are a little on the pricey side. However, they are of good quality though.

The hotel was ok. Nothing special. There are a few things which we didn't like about the hotel. We have a 1 year old so we asked for ground level room. We never got one even though hotel was half full. Had to carry him and pram up several flights of stairs to the room and the restaurant. The hotel is quiet far from anything ie places to eat and shop. The hotel has a mini bus but charges the same price as a taxi. The food at the hotel was very average and way over priced. So we ate out each night. The pool has very little shade. If I had a choice again I'd stay somewhere else.

I might pay little more for a better resort

The good stuff: Room was very clean, not a speck of dirt or hair to be found. Has both a ceiling fan and air-condition. Took a corner unit so it was big and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety. Has a beach front. Comfy if you're not fussy.

Not so good stuff: The resort was little dated decor wise. Staff speaks decent English but could be a little more attentive when seeing there's a line of guests waiting to check in. It's also a little out of the way from the town centre of Mui Ne. Best to have transport.
If you're staying on the ground floor it can feel little insecure as there's a door leading to a small deck which is open and accessible to everyone. And that door only has a turn knob that latches a rod to a hole in the floor and sometimes if you turn it the wrong way you may not notice that it hasn't been locked.
If you're not fond of little critters stay clear, as gecko lizards do drop by the room and leave their big business around places. Mosquitoes and other flying insects are common. I got mosquito bites here.

We had a very pleasant stay at this four star (defenitly worth it!) resort. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and nice location. The beach is ok, not properly maintained. It' s located 8 to 10 km from the center, so you need a taxi if you like to go out for some good food.

Very nice, quiet hotel close to the beach

1) We were surprised to learn that the hotel was a 5 hour drive from the airport in Ho Chi Minh City. But that was easdily rectified and although there was anxiety for a short while that soon dissipated. Luckily we arrived in HCM city at 7:00 am so we were at the hotel with plenty of time to relax and check-in.
2) Second surprise, other than the manager the English capability of the staff left us shaking our heads on many occasion. They were courteous and pleasant though so that eased over most things
3) The room was spacious, clean and tidy with fresh linens and towels and an very unsual feature of an outdoor shower which just blew me a away as such a treat.
4) My stay was peaceful, enjoyable and totally relaxing.
5) The breakfast buffet was tired and cliched

Wonderful hotel in a remote location.

Loved our oceanfront villa. Second bedroom was upstairs and had low ceiling for normal-sized adult. Location is remote and local towns offer decent dining, but not much else. Couldn't give room condition an excellent since I received a small shock from a lamp cord with exposed wires and the main bath faucet handle came off the last morning. Otherwise a beautiful and enjoyable facility.

We had a nice family holiday with two kids. We had a villa with two bedrooms. Villas are nice and there was plenty of room. Swimming pool is great and resort has nice beach. Only minus is that resort is isolated so you have to take a taxi to get to Mui Ne. This was not a problem just choose a green or Vinasol taxi. They use meters and are not expensive.

Vaskepersonal er hyggelige, men de i resepsjonen som kan snakke engelske er mindre hyggelig. Frokost er en av de verste jeg har opplevd på hotellet. Mye forskjellige alternativer, men alltid tomt for alt til og med tomt for tallerkener. Dårlig med sitte plasser, fordi at bordene ryddes ikke med en gang etter gjester. Det eneste som gikk ikke tom for, var egg, til og med brød var det tomt for.

Das Zimmer war von der Räumlichkeit völlig in Ordnung. Leider war es am Eingang der Küche pro Tag und Nacht waren und Küchengeräte rein und raus geliefert worden. Dadurch kam der Erholungfaktor leider nicht auf seine Kosten.

Endroit paradisiaque

On a passé un merveilleux moment. Le personnel est très agréable, sympathique, et professionnel. Vi à la réception nous a été une très grande aide pour changer notre billet de bus. Ce lieu est juste paradisiaque. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé.

unexpected noisy stay, not amused

The location is nice, the Bungalows are comfortable. But the hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub which also took more then 1 hour.

The special request for breakfast (Avocado, Mango) was rejected with the argument \"no season\". When i went to a nearby street market it way easy to buy.

Another reason for this everage review is the very noisy sound check whole afternoon and the live music for new year. It was not possible to sleep before 1AM. As a Spa beach retreat it is not acceptable for me.

Ein Traum und wunderschön

Wir waren total begeistert von diesem Hotel. Wir hatten eine Beach Villa direkt am Strand und es war ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten jede Menge Platz. Ein Paradies auf Erden für jeden der Vietnam gerne in der Sonne genießen möchte.

Ikke så godt som tidligere

Phu hai efter det har fået nye i ejere i 2022 ikke formået at opretholde den høje standard, som vi har oplevet flere gange før på tidligere ferier. Desværre. Rengøringen, servicen i restauranten og udvalget af mad er ikke længere godt. Jeg håber det lykkedes at rette op på dette. Ps. Morgenmaden er stadig god.

Magisk start på ferien i Vietnam

Som førstegangsreisende til Vietnam var vi veldig spente på turen. Vi hadde booket en bungalow strand front villa.
Alt var helt magisk på dette stedet. Flott beliggenhet, service fra ende til annen. (Litt trekk pga dårlig engelsk)
I helgene var det mange lokale reisende, og litt mer liv på stedet. Ellers hadde vi stort sett Strand og basseng nesten for oss selv.

Just perfect for couples vacation.
The only thing you need to be noticed about is that you can not walk safely from resort to Mui Ne where most of restaurants are located. But the good thing is that you can take a taxi from hotel for around 50000-70000 VND to reach Mui Ne. (Not the fishing village, that is about 200 000 VND)

Majoituksen hinta/laatu suhde ei kohdannut.
Kuntosali ala-arvoinen, uima-allas alue tyydyttävä ja villa /studio ei ollut sitä mitäkuvissa.
Aamupalalla mehu, salaatit, vihannekset loppuivat kesken sekä tuoremehu joinakin aamuina. Hotellin ravintolan hinnat olivat ruoan laatuun nähden huimat.

Poor service and will not come again

We had booked massage and SPA st the hotell but when we arrived they could not deliver the service we had pre-booked. As compensation they offerered us a discount NEXT time we would come. It is not going to happen. Overall poor handling of an issue. One would expect that is the staff is sick they would get a replacer. As we only stayed for one night and especially picked this hotel for the SPA and massage it was a complete waist.

Erittäin mukava ja rauhallinen resortti omalla rannalla aurinkotuoleineen. Lyhyt matka ostoksille tai ruokailuille rantabulevardille. Monipuolinen aamupala, hyvä uima-allas. Jos jokin moite pitää sanoa niin olisi hyvä olla jokin info tai kierros mistä mikäkin löytyy. Esim. löysimme Spa-osaston vasta viimeisenä päivänä.

Es war die beste Hotelanlage an diesen Strand.es waren Gäste im Hotel die schon vor 12 Jahren dort wohnten.Sie zeigten uns die Bilder .Die Anlage war vor 12 Jahren schon sehr gut.Ist immer noch auf einem Top europächischen Standard👍👍Die Anlage hat 5 Sterne verdient auch das gesamte Personal.können wir nur empfehlen.
