Our stay at Bamboo Village Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful! The beach was stunning, clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing or taking a walk at sunset. The pool area was just as beautiful, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back again soon!

What an amazing boutique hotel. As soon as you are checked in you are transported to an oasis of gardens, streams, and ponds as you walk to room. If possible book a villa. It is so worth it. The room is an experience in of itself with open air showers and outdoor private tub for two. There are two beautiful pools and a lovely restaurant. As I said the place is amazing

The negatives (for me) are entertainment is geared more towards older demographic. And maybe family I guess.

On arrival, they forced me to buy a ticket for their \"mandatory\" New Year party, which I had no interest in attending. $160 CAD. Pretty rotten way to treat a guest who paid for 10 days stay already.

Meals in the restaurant are overpriced and I had to order 2 to have a regular size meal. Food quality is good. Breakfast buffet is great. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance.

Nice seating area on the beach.

Choose this place of you want 'chill' more than 'active and fun'.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bamboo resort, and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment i arrived i was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for my entire stay.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and luxurious accommodations that offer the perfect balance of comfort and elegance . My room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed with breathtaking views and all the amenities I could ask for.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.

The best thing about Mui Ne and Phan Thiet is this resort. Nice beach, superb buffet breakfast, pleasant staff and close to shops and restaurants. The beds are very firm, but otherwise an excellent choice overall. Would stay here again.

A beautiful resort with several luxury villas and very nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms. The garden is absolutely fantastic, and you think you are in paradise! Beautiful flowers, trees, and ponds with koi carp. Two swimming pools and a beautiful beach with free sun beds. Breakfast is included and very good. They serve Asian and Western-style breakfast. I really recommend this resort!!

Bamboo Village Resort is the gold standard of relaxation, warmth, tranquility and true Vietnamese hospitality. From the moment we stepped foot in the spacious and stylish lobby, we were greeted with delicious complimentary drinks that refreshed us. After checking in, we walked through the stunningly tropical and serene gardens lined with palm trees and two turquoise blue swimming pools to our room.

The beach was equally as immaculately well kept, with golden sand and clear, refreshing water.

The bar staff were of the highest standard: attentive and caring, and very friendly. One particular staff member was brilliant and stood out to us: Vo Van Ton, who served us in the restaurant and on the beach. He was very caring and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on the beach.

The restaurant and breakfast service was perfect, perhaps the best we have tried throughout our travels - with a wide variety of dishes, all of the meals we selected were prepared beautifully. Particular favourites were the Seafood rice and the spring rolls.

It can truly be said that the Bamboo Village Resort is the gem in the crown of Phan Thiet.

Travelled with kids and we all love this place. Gorgeous tropical resort with outstanding services, very friendly and accommodating staffs, especially Mr. Tan Linh, always make sure our stay is as pleasant as possible. The room is super spacious, clean even more beautiful than the pictures on Expedia. The inclusive breakfast offers a wide range of choices with and delicious food. We also had dinner in-house as we did not bother to go out. Too bad we booked for just 1 night for the weekend. Will definitely come back again and again.

Lovely resort with beautiful ground and nice beach

The resort is nicely situated slightly away from the busy and loud main touristy area yet there are many cheap eats and supermarkets around. Bike rental is just across the road. The room was comfortable and spacious with adequate shower. The balcony sitting area was a nice bonus. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Now some of the “not so good”; during our 3 night stay, the Internet was very temperamental and intermittent, more often than not, it was unusable, even by the reception area. My partner needed one shirt to be ironed. The resort apparently does not have iron+ironing board that can be borrowed, thus we had to pay 35000 dong for a “press”. When the shirt came back, it was still creased in areas and you can still see the folding outlines - we weren’t satisfied with the press service, especially with th price. The restaurant/bar was disappointing for our standards (we travel a lot both for business and pleasure). The price was high which is expected in resort, but quality was not worth the price. We ordered their signature bamboo village sunset cocktail which we thought was rather unpleasant with mismatch flavour and texture (gritty watermelon juice/purée + potent spirit). The breakfast which at first seems rather impressive, was actually not that good upon closer inspection. As they get more western guests, the meal selection is heavily on western side with a small rather uninspiring asian corner. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with small improvements to be made.

Our family of 4 stayed for 10 nights over Christmas. Staff were lovely and the resort gardens, grounds, pools and beach were just beautiful. The Christmas Gala dinner was great fun. We would absolutely recommend a stay here for couples and families. Our 1 and 4 year old enjoyed their stay but we would probably recommend the region for families with children a little bit older.

Great all around hotel in central location

Bamboo Village is a charming mid-sized hotel in the heart of Mui Ne for walks to restaurants and on the beach. The restaurant was in a great location and the food was good (not great). We stayed in the Beach Villa and we could hear the sounds of the waves and were central to everything. The staff was overly friendly and one of the highlights was the spa, that would rival any spa we have ever been too. The vibe was excellent and the therapists were very friendly and well-trained.

Tourist are primarily from Russia and China but there is also a cool surfer/kite-surfer beach vibe as well. There are several good and reasonably priced restaurants off-resort as well and plenty of water sports along a clean beach.

We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Neach Resort

We booked a room with a king bed and were upgraded to a bungalow which was awesome. The only downside was that it had a queen bed which isn’t that big of a deal unless you are used to the room. We added an extra night to our stay and were moved to a different bungalow which had two twin beds moved together to make a very large bed. Perfect!
The resort has a fabiulous beach with lots of lounge chairs and an attentive staff.
It is right in Mui Ne and you don’t have to walk far to find a good selection of restaurants.
Wifi is a bit weak at times but workable.
I would highly recommend this resort in Mui Ne.

I absolutely enjoy the tranquillity of the resort, the spaciousness of the resort itself, the room was clean and had good amenities and also a nice corridor for smoking/chilling, the room I've booked was also close to the beach so I had some view of the beach. The food was understanding pricey and considerably delicious. The resort was clean, Staff was professional, friendly and had excellent service from reception, masseuse, restaurant, security and even the Jeep driver we booked for our tour.

They have the nicest beach front (in terms of amenities and crowd) after walking down the row of beach fronts.
To note that the beach in Mui Ne is divided into three different zones (Kitesurfing (Resort's zone), Surfing and Sailing zone) but I did not partake in any, simply enjoying the beach and sun tanning which has service to your own seat.
Location of the resort was also close to a few cheap and good Vietnamese food stalls (opposite the resort for those who prefers to eat on a budget) and the 2 souvenirs stores with the best items (I've checked).

The stay was decent. Good customer service coupled with great environment. Wish the stay was longer. However, food at the hotel was not satisfactory. It's my most expensive meal throughout my trip to Vietnam but the quality was really inadequate for the price. Best to just eat at the shops opposite the hotel and come back for drinks if you'd like to enjoy the beach view.

The grounds, room (cottage/chalet), the staff were all very good. The beach was clean with lounge chairs, umbrellas and food and beverage service. The Staff was very good and helpful where they could. They were limited on the amount of English they could speak which made certain inquiries and communications difficult. The most disappointing part the resort was the large open air restaurant. The breakfast was acceptable and did include fresh fruits, variety of cheeses. The buffet was lacking in quality. We ate dinner only once there and would never eat there again. The food was unacceptable, bland and tasteless. We ordered two different cocktails first and they were close to the worst two cocktails we were ever served. Not good at all. In fact we sent them back and refused to drink them, they were that bad. We did discuss this with the GM on departure. He was told by the staff we were not satisfied on a couple of occasions and wanted our opinion. We told him everything we said in this review. He vowed they would fix it.

I just spent 1 night at this resort but considering the price I had for this hotel, I am very pleased of my stays. The scenery of this resort is outstanding. If you need to choose between Vung Tau and Phan Thiet for beaches, Phan Thiet is definitely much better. In the morning you swim in serenity; in the evening you can play with the big waves. Their resto bar is right behind you. However they lack a little bit of presence on the beach and so if you want some drink you need to fetch yourself at the resto bar. At breakfast, they serve continental like big hotel but with a difference that their local dish is much better the those 5* in HCM city. I can tell you that because I've been in New World, Caravelle, Sheraton ... A common rule for food travelers, always have breakfast outside the hotel when you can. For lunches and dinners, eat outside; it's cheaper and tastier. This hotel offers nice discount for Spa and it's worth to try. I am very satisfied with their healthy massage. They don't do the tricky massage where masseuses only looking for big tips. You want those kinds of massage, just get out the resort, there are plenty of them and cheap.
The only thing I notice that they can improve is beach activities, evening entertainment because there is none.
Now if you come with a driver, they have room for drivers with no cost.
And yes, I would come back to this resort.

The best resort we have experienced in Phan Thiet

Super friendly / nice staffs, great landscape / surrounding. Breakfast was also excellent with a lot of choices.
Our children extremely love the Bungalow Garden & Beachfront (highly recommend these 2 room types) and the beach. We felt totally relaxing here. We didn't have to go out for local restaurant as we traveled with other 3 families + kids. Everyone loved the food here.

Small Pearl in Phan Thiet well worth a stay

A small pearl so close to Saigon - 4 hours by the colonial area train
Beach is so clean and the water great complemented by super maintained and well run resort
The only fly in the ointment is the ever corrupt Vietnam police which also do road blocks in Phan Thiet and demand money of tourist for dreamt up offenses - small money though if you know how to barging and don't get intimidated

Bamboo Village was the most perfect place to spend our last few nights in Vietnam.

The resort has been so well thought out that it feels like a little village (rather than a luxury resort) but still with all the luxuries. It is charming with beautiful gardens and each room feels very private.

The pools were lovely, great private beach, amazing breakfast and restaurant, the staff were friendly and professional and there is even a yoga room with classes every day!

I could have happily stayed at Bamboo Village for much longer, such a relaxing and romantic retreat!

Beware of the changes policy in this place

I booked this hotel for 1 week and literally within hours wanted to UPGRADE my room to a large one. Hotel refused to accept ANY changes despite the fact they had rooms. A message For hotel Management: UPGRADE means I PAY you MORE money. You shouldnt be in hotel business if you are that inflexible and insensitive to customers' needs.

stunning place

This resort is set in stunning grounds on an amazing beach. We had a beach front villa that was just lovely. The room was spotless and the staff were professional and friendly. The spa was super, very relaxing and possibly the best massages I have ever experienced.

Fantastic Hotel

This is a fantastic hotel in a lovely location with very helpful staff and everything you could possibly want from a hotel.
The breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection, the hotel has its own private segment of the beach, there are lots of different bars and restaurants within a km each side of the hotel and the local attractions/tours are excellent. I would definitely recommend a trip to the sand dunes, fairy stream, the giant Buddha and Dalat.

Great value and good location. Very helpful staffs

it's a long walk to the Bo Ke area from this resort, so take a taxi if you don't want to walk 30 mins for seafood.

Now it's the low season, only 30+ of the 140+ rooms in this hotel are occupied, so I got to enjoy the peace. The frontdesk was extremely helpful. I asked about the white sand dune to two of the staffs in the reception they were all very patient and carefully listening, also trying their best to help me with planning my tour.

The beach is nice, they provide straw stands and chairs on the beach so you can go out and enjoy. Pity I didn't see anyone flying the kite and surfing, - I thought Mui Ne is famous for that.

There are two pools in the resort, both are not super big but enough. It'd be better if they could turn on the pool lights in the night.

I booked the Dove Cottage room which seems to be the cheapest in the resort, and also the least \"luxury\", too. The room is located pretty far from the beach so I'll need to walk quite a distance for a shower after beach swim. I figured it'd be a great time to promote the resort with free upgrades when there are so many good rooms left empty in the low season, but they don't seem to think so.

Great resort on the beach

Our family had a very nice stay in Bamboo Village in February 2015. The staff always greeted us with smiles. Their English was good enough to create interesting dialogue about various topics. We recommended this resort to another family who also enjoyed their days on the beach at Bamboo Village. The spa was great, as was the yoga class and breakfast spread each morning. Great place for families and couples, with the street and shopping.

We had a great stay at Bomboo Village Resort. The staff is friendly, facilities are nice and food and beverages very affordable. Only improvements could be a kids club and fresher towels for the pool that can be exchanged at the pool.

Restful Stay

Spa was exceptional service. The only slight complaint is that the room smelled of smoke and my daughter has asthma. When I told the staff they only cleaned and added a diffuser.
