This hotel is fabulous. Excellent location in beautiful Salamanca. Close to Plaza Mayor and all the sights. The room has a beautiful wooden floor, lots of light, and is tastefully decorated. The beds were large and comfortable. The receptionist was welcoming and spent a lot of time showing us all the sights on a map. We shall definitely return.

Vanessa at the front desk was marvelous. It’s literally one short block to the Plaza Mayor…right in the heart of the old city. Easy walking distance to the Universidad de Salamanca. Great shower; unbelievable water pressure, comfy bed; good breakfast. Top notch.

Hard to find it, but excellent stay!

This hotel has a very friendly staff. It’s hard to get this place by car, due to lots of pedestrian streets and to find the building was difficult. Small but comfortable room, nice view to the market. Good bed and shower.

I checked in on September 9th in room 202 for 7 nights but the room was so small and uncomfortable i asked for a change since i was travelling from Miami with a lot of luggage but my request was not heard at all by the Front Desk staff. Result was that i had check out and book another hotel but still was billed by this property for 7 nights stay because of their No Refund Policy despite having talked to Expedia and got their no penalty approval. Total scam but still working on it with my legal team.

Great location across from the market and the plaza mayor. The parking was only a few steps from the hotel and it was spacious and easy to park. The premises were first class and the front desk personnel were very attentive and accommodating.
Would consider this hotel again if coming back.

The hotel itself is fine, nice staff and secure parking right in the centre of town. This is my second stay and the big problem with Salamanca is noise. Nearly every night, the huge student population party into the night. The screaming and shouting in the streets is continuous and carried clearly to your room until around 4am. You will not sleep. The hotel has not invested in proper glazing to restrict the noise and seems unlikely to do so. I would not recommend staying here for this reason.

The hotel is half a block from the Plaza Mayor. Perfect location for a single woman to walk to after dark. The room is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very helpful. I definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.

It is overrated. I am not sure why it has 4 stars

The buffet was lacking, specially the third morning. It was prepared with no care whatsoever. Most of the available food was salty.
The main receptionist was rude and totally unprofessional to the rest of the staff. Un espectaculo! She was more rude to another member of the staff of different skin color, who, by being in a subordinate position, couldn't afford to respond to her tamtrums.
It is well located, very close to most of the tourist places, but very noisy. There is a terraza, a restaurant serves good right in front of the hotel that closes until 12:00 AM. We could not seelp. We will be staying somewhere else next time.
We have no idea why it is considered a four-star hotel as niether the food nor the receptionist nor the quitness was up to anything like it.

The location was great... we walked to all the attractions! The rooms were nice and clean. My big complaint.. the a/c did not work well in any of the 3 rooms we had, we couldn’t have the windows open due to the all night partying in the streets. The bars were open very late and the noise was very very loud even with the windows closed! Smaller complaint... we were told there was parking available but when we arrived front desk informed us that it was filled and that we needed to park in the garage 4-5 blocks away and pay 32€ a night.

Nice boutique hotel close to main square

First off, location is fabulous. It is across the street from Plaza Mayor, which nearby has tons of restaurants, bakeries, etc. Salamanca, in itself, is not a big city (especially the touristy old town), so everything is definitely accessible by foot. Don't even worry about the location piece.

The hotel itself feels a bit older. The rooms are clean, nice, but some aspects of it reflect the older nature. Don't get me wrong, its actually quite beautiful and definitely extremely clean, but it is not a swanky modern hotel. 2 things drove me nuts: when you insert your key card card to turn on the lights, the TV turns on in full blast. I was staying there by myself so I was freaked out every time. Secondly, the hall way lights are motion activated, so when you get off the elevator, it will be pitch dark.

Despite those two things, I recommend the hotel to anyone. I stayed in the single person room and it was tiny but perfect for 1 person. The room is only slightly bigger than the bed! It is a great value for the price that you pay.

Staff was great, location good once you find it. GPS wouldn't get us there, drove around for an hour to find and the city has not issued them a sign with direction, you have to go down a pedestrian street. Frustrating! Average stay except strong smoking odor in room.

OK hotel in the old city.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the important sights. It's not easy to get to by car, and parking in their lot is limited, but there is a public car park a short walk away. Our room was very small, triangular in shape, difficult to walk around, and very stuffy. The facilities were more or less modern, but the haughty desk clerk said it was \"not warm enough for the air conditioning to be turned on,\" so we had to put up with the stuffiness and sleep with the windows open to street noise. The breakfast was very nice. I would not return to this hotel myself, but if you need to be in the old city, it's convenient.

Clean, Convenient Hotel with Nasty Receptionist

Good room with nice, modern, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. It was comfortable, although quite small. However, the room had no desk as the description said, making it very difficult to work. But, the main problem was the extremely rude evening receptionist. It seemed like too much work to even bother checking me in and when I asked for a map of the city, she sighed and seemed mad that I would ask her to do even more work. It left an extremely negative impression. Although the morning receptionist was very nice and helpful, I will never recommend this hotel because of the horrible check-in experience.

The hotel was lovely front desk not very inviting. Spent more time talking to each other. I got a good deal doubt I would pay full price for it. Only real advantage for long term travelers is there is a laundromat right next door.

Fantastic position close to center of old town. However. The hotel had not switched their air conditioning to cooling even though temperatures in the twenties. Needed to open window at night but there was a restaurant below which had footpath tables. The noise continued to 4:00am. Actually used noise reduction earphones to finally get some sleep. With the windows closed all was quiet.

Convenient and clean hotel.

Overall it was very good. The hotel is small and offers no frills. However, it's clean, efficient and very well located. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to be of help.
We were able to get an excellent rate. I'd go back and also recommend it to anyone visiting Salamanca.

It ticked all my needs. Perfect location, budget friendly, clean and comfortable. Room was smallish but that's not important to me, was on a square that could be noisy late night but not an issue for me as I live in Manhattan and deal with more. Also I like private bathrooms/ensuite not into shared bathrooms. Great deal, would stay again.

We stayed 1 night en route north. Lovely hotel. The room was small but very well presented, ideal for an overnight stay. The parking was expensive at 16.50 euros but it would cost the same to park in a public car park overnight. I would use this hotel again.

It was nice to have breakfast available, parking and the staff was very helpful with all aspects of viewing a foreign country.

Salamanca is a beautiful city and well worth the visit when in Spain.

Although the location was great, the staff made this stay miserable. They were unhelpful with the parking and then at night, the air conditioning shut off during the night (in 90 degree weather and the windows don't open) and when we told the staff about it they told us there was no way that was possible. Well, it happened. Twice. I would not recommend anyone staying here after that.

Não tem estacionamento e não é muito informado sobre isto na hora de fechar, poderia melhorar, informando que fica um pouco distante e que seria em parking privado. A localização é excelente, apenas uma rua da praça Maior. Café da manhã bom. Quarto não muito grande para duas pessoas ótimo. Local cercado de restaurantes e bares, ficam até tarde, mas nada que atrapalhe o sono.

Todo bien excepto LAS PUERTAS SON MUY RUIDOSAS, cada vez que otro huésped entra o sale te despierta. Una faena!! Además no aislan ny se oye todo lo que se habla en el pasillo. No se puede descansar como a uno le gustaría.

Pros: en el mismo centro de salamanca, personal muy amable, carta de almohadas, agua y cafe cortesia de la casa (el primer dia). Contras: muy ruidoso por las noches al ser zona de transito de gente de fiesta (sobre todo los jueves hasta las 7A.M. garage complicado para coches grandes (16,5 euros/dia) instalaciones que van notando el paso del tiempo. El desayuno cumple bien... los he visto mejores en hoteles de esta categoria, pero el buffete es completo, tampoco el precio del mismo es sobrado como en algunos otros..(creo que lo tenian anunciado en el ascensor a 9 euros).
La limpieza de la habitacion y del cuarto de baño muy muy por encima...

hacemos viajes a Salamanca con frecuencia y los hoteles muy bien, salvo este hotel Soho Boutique. Para empezar, antes de darnos la habitación, nos piden \"amablemente\" el pago de los 5 días que habíamos reservado para \"evitar aglomeraciones el ultimo dia\". Nos dan una habitación minúscula en la 5ª planta, un armario pequeño, el único espejo el del baño. una silla que no se sabe para que vale, ya que no hay mesa para apoyarse, no hay toalleros en el baño, eso si, un enchufe para que lo utilice alguien que mida mas de 2 metros, al igual que la repisa encima de la bañera etc... Enfin, lo tenemos muy claro que no volveremos a ese hotel.

El aire acondicionado no es muy efectivo y, como estaban en fiestas, no se podía dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Deberían revisarlo

Hotellet er næppe et 4-stjernet hotel i vore øjne og sammenlignet med øvrige 4-stjernede hoteller rundt om i Spanien. Vi havde reserveret via Expedia, og fik et relativt lille værelse med udsigt til en smal sidegade. Dobbeltsengen var komfortabel med sengelinned af god kvalitet. Badeværelse havde brusekabine med stråledyser. Værelset har en Nespresso maskine, hvilket er et plus. Aircondition virkede ikke efter hensigten, så der var ret varmt på værelset. Der er ikke nogen oversigt over flugtveje på værelset!
Byen er livlig om aftenen, så nogen støj fra gadelivet må forventes. Ligeledes er der støj fra gangen, når hotellets gæster kommer hjem midt om natten eller tidligt om morgenen. Tæppe på gangareal kunne reducere støjgene.
Morgenmadsbuffeten er ikke noget særlig i forhold til antallet af stjerner. Der er det basale inkl. røræg og bacon, friske juicer men køkkenet kan ikke følge med, så nogle gange mangler der ost.
Byen er fantastisk, og vi vender gerne tilbage til byen og måske til hotellet på grund af den centrale placering.

O hotel é muito bom, muito bem localizado a dois quarteirões da plaza mayor, fácil acesso aos principais pontos turisticos. Os atendentes do hotel são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a lhe ajudar. Quarto amplo e bom banheiro muito bem equipado.
