I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The rooms were dirty and smelled really bad, the air conditioners was off when we checked in so the rooms were really hot and stinky, also there were cockroaches everywhere inside the room. Really nasty. I never ever will rent this hotel anymore.

Ana the receptionist was very professional, friendly make me feel welcome at the Time of check in. the other personnel at the time of check out not friendly at all. I didn't like that they didn't have a phone service to call room to room, the girls at the front desk stated that she can't call the rooms either was very inconvenient because I had an issue with my phone couldn't contact my friends we had a conflict. The security guards both were very helpful friendly and professional.

This place does not have enough parking, we were there 3 days and every time we arrived to the hotel it was disappointing to have to struggle to park somewhere. The last night our car was parked outside on a big street.

While staying in our room I realized bottom of my feet have gotten pitch black shortly after I removed my socks as if had walked barefoot in street for days on............
So i jumped in shower and few minutes after coming out of shower I noticed my feet are dirty again.......
Aside from dirty floor, the toilet was running the whole night......
Also the TV had no channels to view, only playing Eastern Indian movies around the clock.

Stayed here to stop driving through the night in Mexico. Made reservations ahead of time and i have a truck loaded with things to bring to my family in Mexico from the states. Parking was a big thing. Real a deal breaker for other hotels that had parking outside. There was always someone looking over the parking and no one who is staying is allowed to go inside the parking lot. I only stayed 5 hours. But, it was comfortable. Had the ac on. Showered and relaxed. Really it was a good stay. No complaints

I found that I was retaliate for the manager of these hotel to not get the king size bed rooms! When I came to the hotel I mention the great service I recibe from the auditor at the front desk and the manager say I will block you again to send you to room 316 I report these room because it was dirty and stinky and he mention that because I report the bad service that other front desk attendants

I have stayed every year for the past 5 years in this hotel. I really like the prices and the service provider. However; this year the rooms seem deteriorated, our bathroom seat was broken, and the room had a weird smell. I stayed 4 days and not once were our floors mopped. I was disappointed with the quality this year. The breakfast is not very keto friendly mostly pastries and sweets.

Decent hotel for the price

Hotel Is in good location. Walking distance to eateries and convenience stores. Not far from shopping mall and entertainment venues. Decent continental breakfast (it's free). Swimming pool could use a system to keep it warm due to water is damned cold even when it's 80- 100 degrees outside.

Doubt I'll stay here again

Well the hotel for being a USA franchise did not meet the USA standard. Rooms in the 400 section be careful due to a roach problem. Man, there were roaches in the bed, faucet, closet and along the walls. No joke. I immediately notified hotel management. They sent the head lady of the cleaning crew to inspect the room. That lady is no orkin man, what would she know. The girl front the front desk asked how big the roaches were... I was like really? The front desk girl basically said they aren't too big, so I should stay in the room. No need to be moved to another room. I only was able to switch rooms when I told her no. I'll post the photos I have taken on facebook. After that I was given another room. The pool was dirty as well and pool water way cold.

Not happy with this hotel. I flew to Obregón for eye surgery. Was originally supposed to fly home Friday, but doctor thought I should move that back. Changed flight reservations to Sunday. Asked front desk if we could extend our reservations and were told no problem. But when we went to pay for Friday and Saturday nights, they said no rooms were available. But after lunch they said we could stay. Our room did NOT get cleaned that day. Then Saturday morning they said we must check out. We moved to Fiesta Inn, slightly more expensive but so much nicer.

We got stuck for three days waiting for our truck to be fixed. The hotel was nice, clean, has a good pool and is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and has a taxi stand next door. The free breakfast was ok and we could upgrade to a full buffet for about $7.00 US. Felt very safe and would stay here again.

The first day, the cold shower knob came off spraying directly into my wife's chest. After the water was shut off, the shower would not drain. The hotel staff repaired both issues, plunging the shower drain. The second day, the toilet would not flush properly. The hotel staff was summoned again and used the plunger to clear the toilet. the shower and sink were not cleaned daily. There was dried toothpaste in the sink and the shower floor was dirty.

The hotel staff was courteous and pleasant.

Older hotel with character.

There are a lot of choices of hotels in Ciudad Obregón, many of them are relatively new, and at one time or another I have stayed in some of the newer hotels over the 10 years that i have been traveling there. I am however always drawn back to the nostalgia of what I refer to as the classic local hotels and the quality inn is one of the best of those. When I travel I am looking for comfort, clean, security, and price. The Quality Inn is at the top of my list for those features, and the icing on the cake is the welcoming atmosphere.

Disappointed, never stay there again

The shower and sink had dirt in them and the carpet was dirty as well. They offer free continental breakfast and the items didn't look good. We had to pay for the buffet and they didn't have good food either. We booked our room where smoking wasn't allowed and people were smoking,drinking,blocking the walkway and leaving garbage in the potted plants. We are very disappointed and would love to change hotels but we have already paid for our three nights.

No sleep tonight and dirty feet in the bed

The floor was sticky with a film on it the stuck to the bottom of your shoes. The facility had decent parking and amenities but a failure to control their quest in the night, and I mean all night. After numerous calls the property took no action to stop the partying in the hotel and parking lot. It lasted all night and needless to say we had a miserable stay. Although, I talked to the office the next day and all they said was they couldn't do anything about the problem!!! I will not recommend this property because of their response to the situation. It was more important for a bunch of kids partying than it was for respectful customers. That's wrong.
