This hotel has been a part of Cajeme for at least 60 to 70 years and is still well-run and thriving. It offers easy access to Interstate 15 and is conveniently located near downtown and the historic town of Cocorit, which features a charming church built in 1617, as well as wonderful restaurants. This greatly impacted my rest. Even with calling the front desk nothing was done about it. I think they should take a page out of air bnb books and not allow noise after 11 pm. People are there because they want to rest as they travel not listen to people drinking and partying until nearly 4 am. They also might consider adding simple breakfast items for those who need to get on the road right away and don’t have time to sit for breakfast. I was hoping to grab a fruit or sweet roll and some juice for the ride but no such luck. I would stay again if they were more diligent about keeping the noise down

The place was really nice and they were friendly all the check in process was smooth and steady. We really enjoyed the location, but everything else was okay the cleanliness. Just that we were tired and our neighbors were little but loud and they were fighting and the police stopped by that’s good thing. But I think they should have desk hours open 24 hours.

Horrible place to stay. Had to wait an extra hour to be able to check in. No heaters even though they dont get used often. For these prices they should have the option. It was cold. Had to keep child extra bundled. Internet never worked. They could figure it out. I just let it be. Way better place to stay at half the price.

Well, I wish there was security, the property is open to anyone who wants to come into the property , and it makes me nervous. The bath towels looked really old, and seemed as if the didn’t have enough, some of the light lights were burned out.

We asked for a rollaway bed and the front office confirmed to have one available for us but he forgot to send it to our room and when I called the front office to find out what time they were going to bring it to my room, the lady told me the guy had left fro the day and didnt leave any instructions nor information regarding the rolloway bed and they were not going to be a le to do anything until the next day because dont have any info available.
We asked for a rollaway bed and the front office confirmed to have one available for us but he forgot to send it to our room and when I called the front office to find out what time they were going to bring it to my room, the lady told me the guy had left fro the day and didnt leave any instructions nor information regarding the rolloway bed and they were not going to be a le to do anything until the next day because dont have any info available.

The room was very clean, and perfect for our one night stay, driving back to the US. There are areas suitable for walking dogs. Lovely pool. Although on a busy street, noise was minimal inside room. Very clean, nice restaurant on the property. Staff very efficient and friendly. They allowed small, behaved dogs.

The beds were uncomfortable, the vanity had water stains and had not been wiped, there was no shower curtain rod and the shower curtain was sitting on the toilet, the internet was terrible!

The pool needed safety bars.
No lodging should be allowed. I was kept up late by next dr. neighbor. The front desk clerk should verify the type of accommodations for the room i.e. 1 or 2 beds. The AC unit had an inch opening around the unit. Security should b present and walk the premises. I was not happy I had my room was changed twice in the middle of the hot muggy day, on top of the fact the key cards don't work. Neither was the clerk able to open it. Maintenance lady had to open it with some force.

I prepaid for two rooms and had confirmed my arrival date but when I arrived they didn't have the rooms I had paid available. Room service closed early, there was no maid service so they wouldn't provide a roll away bed and to top it off they tried to get me to pay for the rooms a second time.

For a 3 star place this is at the 3 1/2 star level. It is easy to get into, has plenty of parking, the rooms are a decent size, very clean and the beds are comfortable. It is conveniently located and the staff is very friendly.

It was an average hotel, nothing fancy or expensive. I got charged twice, So maybe better communication between booking website and the Hotel to avoid inconviniences.
