Overall, the Hotel is a bit tired and could do with renovating. Room was fine, internet is terrible and by the main road where drag races happened every night between 12 and 3 am. Gym facilities excellent and good selection of foods.

Very good stay option in Olaya

Everything was nice , the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The WiFi was the only letdown as it was quite poor.
Over all enjoyed the stay

Really superb hotel from which to enjoy Riyadh. Room had everything you need. Pool, sauna and gym excellent, clean and modern. Everyone speaks very good english. Nice breakfast beffet. Great local area to explore. Go right out of hotel to Olaya mall a short distance away. Go left and there's a multitude of coffee shops. Had 2 nice dinners at Allo Beirut in same direction on hotel side of road. Don't be intimidated by culture if from West. Embrace Saudi Arabia and it will embrace you. From Canada and loved the vibrant and welcoming city and this lovely hotel.

Nice place, too bad the WiFi is unusable.

This is an older hotel with really nice rooms and although a bit dated, luxurious. The location is great, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good.
It could use some better maintenance and a remodel.
The one thing that just is awful about it is the WiFi. The Internet is effectively unusable. Cell coverage is also not good. I talked to their IT guy, but he did not understand concepts like WiFI channel spacing and interference, which are a big part of their coverage problem, along with obsolete Aruba access points.
For a business hotel, not having functioning WiFi is disqualifying. Avoid until it is fixed.

Staff in the property are friendly and approachable, the are outside of the hotel is good and there are plenty of eateries if you know where to look.
My only negative was the wifi in the hotel, if you are there for work, the wifi signal is very poor meaning that connectivity is very limited. Overall my stay was a pleasant one and would go back again.

Nice, clean rooms, but kinda old. Comfortable bed. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff. Average breakfast buffet. However, the wifi in the room is bad (doesn't connect well) and is not available in the breakfast restaurant.
Location is great, but there is no car driveway for drop off and pick up, so it's kinda tough for the cabs to wait by the curbside.
Price is average.

I booked a non smoking room and upon arrival I was told there is no availability on the non smoking floor!
Checking in took long and eventually I was given a room with no view.
i stayed for two nights but the room was not cleaned after on the second day.
The carpet was full of stains and burns and looked disgusting.
Construction work makes it difficult to exit and enter by car (One lane only).
My last comment is to Hotels.come. After completing the booking I was told in the confirmation email that my nights at this property will not be calculated for my reward account. I felt cheated!

Service and value with superb quality

Pleasant surprise to find the Executive Suites quality hotel in all respects, from the courtesy of the checking in, the food services being quality food and (given the time of the coronavirus) great room service . The hotel has nice amenities, I would recommended the hotel for thee reasons and also a good location with Riyadh central district.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I recommend staying in this hotel.

My visit was during business trip where I needed to rest for 7 hours before my flight and it was quite and great stay.

I liked that the room is very spacious and although the hotel is somewhat old but the furniture is in very good condition. The bed is very comfy and the amenities are great. I did not like that the pool was under maintenance so I couldn't use it. Neither the gym.

my stay at Executives Hotel

The Hotel have excellent Gym/health facilities. Staff is really friendly and the coffee shop and Restaurant is good.
Room had very little atmosphere, dark and older styling.
Room smelt of smoke but was a non smoking room.
Functions can make the hotel very noisy at night and till late on weekends/ Fridays.
Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Central hotel in need of renovation

Stayed for one night for business. Hotel was nice, spacey but could use some renovation. Order a breakfast box as I had to leave for the airport earlier than breakfast time, reception confirmed it and when I was there in the morning the guy in the reception had no information about it and didn't bother trying to check anything. Your staff need to communicate with each other better.

Lovely hotel killed by road construction

Everything is fine except the surrounding area is very irritating, the construction is killing, you can’t reach hotel easily, getting out also is another nightmare.
Unless I enjoy the staff, the cleaning and the facilities, it is too difficult you may stay there

Had a problem, but the management were brilliant.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I had previously posted a negative review when I checked-in regarding being given a room that smelt of smoke when I specifically had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel management reacted immediately to this and within 30 minutes of my post upgraded me to a suite and a non-smoking one at that. It is fair to say that the all the staff can't do enough for you, are very, very helpful and pleasant and will try to resolve any issue.
The rooms are fabulous, suite or not. However, despite being in a non-smoking room the smell of cigarette smoke still pervades through the ventilation and air conditioning into all the rooms and the corridors. Fortunately, it was not the height of summer, so I turned my a/c off in my room and after a day or so no smell of smoke in my room was any longer apparent. If the management could fix this by having filters installed in the a/c system I think it would go a long way to resolve this issue and I would give it a full 5-star rating.
The food in the buffet restaurant is great. No, it's not fine-dining, but it isn't advertised as and is more that adequate and tasty.
I would have little hesitation to recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Bad internet, not suitable for business travellers

I stayed in this hotel two years ago, It was the same problem. Very bad internet. Wifi kept disconnecting and when it's working it was extremely slow.

Good Business Hotel

This is a good business hotel and is reasonably priced compared to some of the larger hotel chains in the Olaya area. I was given an upgrade to a suite which made my overall stay very enjoyable.
The only downside is the inconsistent wifi, it did not work at all in the restaurant area and was sporadic in my room.
The front office staff advised me that this would be addressed in the near future as many guests complained of this problem.

For anyone concerned about gym facilities this is without any doubt THE best gym facility I have experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. I don't just mean treadmills but a full range of free weights and machines. For anyone who needs a good gym then this is the hotel for you.

Nice hotel with bad customer service. I had to cancel 4 nights and move to a different hotel. The manager is not helpful at all and avoided talking to me when i asked for him by asking the employees to tell me that he is in \"a meeting\" when he was in his office doing nothing. Nice hotel, good location, BUTsome INCORRECT STAFF

This is a very nice little hotel, good location, and good amenities. Unfortunately some of the staffs spoil everything by their unprofessional handling and negative attitude. To make the story short, my wife and I initially booked one night only and decided to extend another night considering the courteous way we were handled at check in; when checking out it so happened to be the same nice person again. Therefore, I was influenced to booked another day when we returned back to Riyadh a few days later, extending another day the same way. Except this time we were handled by other staffs totally different to the point that we checked out and moved to another hotel and will never return again because of the attitude and wrong handling of such staffs who seem to be the majority. We left a complaint in detail for the proprietor of the hotel.
