Not booking again.

booked this hotel for business for my associates and my self. the hotel is good enough and well located but the staff and their communications are terrible. i booked and PAID the hotel through hotels.com and insisted that i haven't paid and wanted me to pay again! on top of that i made a note that our flights were coming in late and specified the time we were landing as well. nevertheless they tried to release one of my collegues room. all around terrible customer service. will not be booking again.

Overprice for what it delivers

From a list of not worthy Hotel, this is is surely on my top 3.
Super overprice for what it delivers. Service is bad, meals aren't worthy, breakfast unorganized, staff doesn’t speak English.
I am sure the furniture is luxury which is interestingfor some people, but I didnt like at all the Hotel.

Lovely hotel, luxurious, bathroom starts to look a bit dated, shower did not work very well, rooms otherwise clean and well maintained , some rooms face a building, hotel was kind enough to live me to street facing room, which was then a but noisy at night with the traffic. Overall satisfactory, would be happy to stay here again.

We are disappointed with our stay. Only the one in reception when we arrived who welcome us so warm and friendly. Then most of the cleaners in the 4rt floor are friendly too.
The rest of your team specially in the lobby are so unfriendly. They made us feel uncomfortable. When we passed by they don’t even greet us. And to think your hotel is not cheap. So we don’t understand why they don’t have proper customer service training. We stayed in your branch in Jeddah and we felt so welcomed and valued.
And this is the reason why we thought will try your branch in Riyadh. Sadly it was disappointing and not thinking of returning.

STAY AWAY!

This was by far the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. The valet service took +15 mins to deliver my car although I called ahead to bring the car. The reception and housekeeping doesn’t answer when you call. And when they finally answered it took another 3 calls to bring what i ordered. And although I mentioned that it was a special occasion nothing was prepared according to that i had to order everything again. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. Terrible customer experience. Riyadh have many other better options with better prices and where the guest is valued.

Doesn’t live upto the expectations of the name

Staff for check-in and room service extremely polite and caring. The room was alittle tiny in comparison to other hotels for that price and the en-suite was made for the borrowers. Too tight and narrow to even stand in. The nespresso machine didn’t work, and the bathroom douche leaked after every use so we woke up with a flood. Ordered room service and sadly the bland food was not satisfying at all, same for breakfast and dinner. At checkout waited forever to get our remaining holding deposit. Over all it’s not worth the price and overall needs a fresh look into their services and deco. One thing is beautiful was gifted roses by a staff member for newly wed gift! Very touching thank you

very nice and the best thing in this hotel is the free parking just give them the key of your car and they will take care of the parking, the room is excellent, fresh fruit and dates daily in your room. the staff more than excellent. the breakfast not that good which need more improvement.

Great location

Everything was OK during my stay but I couldnt stand the cheap furniture. The hotel is in great location and good condition.

This hotel is overrated in my opinion. The only selling point I found, was its closeness to the centre.
Breakfast was not that good at all. There was a range of food, but, it lacked basics such as a range of drinks and they advertise sushi which is quite a unique thing to serve at breakfast and yet they didn't have any for the duration of our stay.
There were a few issues with our room too. We called downstairs and they were very helpful I must say. But, that was the only part of the overall service that was decent.
Check-in was meant to be a quick process, but, took ages and check out was also an inconvenience. They need to get more people at the front desk at peak times of the day. The front desk staff also need to be a bit warmer and friendlier.
I don't think the stay was worth the price in all honesty.

The property is at an excellent location and close to key offices. The wifi works well and the room is well equipped with all amenities. The breakfast spread is the best ever in any part of the world I've been to. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The gym is also very well equipped. Overall a very good stay. Will surely stay again here

Great and professional service which can rarely be found in Riyadh. I was served by Usman in the 6th floor and I was always impressed everytime I return back to my room.

The gym is quite small, they need some abdominal benches at least to be addes to the equipment.

Swimming pool, Sauna and Jaccuzi are great and staff are friendly.

Beautiful hotel and central location

Very nice hotel. Have stayed there on most of my trips to Riyadh. Staff is very friendly and quickly remembers the names of guests. The cleaning staff go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable.

Best hotel in Riyadh

For a frequent traveler to Riyadh who tried all their 5-6 stars hotels (Four season, Alfaisaleyya)
Narcissus is the best by far.
The hotel's main strength is true hospitality through their attentive staff from the butler to the managers. They are willing to go the extra mile for you. (not the cheesy pretentious type)
Second strength is location. It is in the heart of Riyadh. Walking distance from Centria (high end mall) and 10 minutes drive from all the big attractions.
Third strength is how beautifully the facility is maintained.

I will surely be staying there again

This hotel will be very nice when they finish restoring it, but until then guests can't use the pool or gym. They have set-up a temporary room with a few machines but no one would mistake it for a real gym. The room furnishings, fixtures and amenities were first class and the breakfast was also very good. Getting into the hotel with a car is a challenge, but this isn't the fault of the hotel, as getting anywhere in a car in Riyadh is an adventure.

One of the best hotels in Riyadh

This is one of the most luxurious hotels in the center of Riyadh. Everything is extremely well done, from the facilities to the service. The hotel is still under development so only one restaurant was finished while I was there in March, 2014, and the others were still being worked on. The hotel was the best place I have stayed in Riyadh, but be prepared to pay appropriately.

Not quite there... yet.

Overall, great new hotel, in great location, but when I stayed (late Jan 2014), it was not really ready for guests - most of room service not available, or what arrived was not as ordered, gym not available yet, pool not available yet, spa not available yet, a few in-room features not properly installed yet, meeting rooms not ready yet. I think this will be a fantastic hotel to stay in - one of the best in Riyadh, from about... April 2014. In the mean time, it is fine, but you would want to be sure of a cheap rate for the services available.
