Fix the ventilation and change the air freshner

Very bad ventilation in breakfast area.The smell in the breakfast area is horrible , you end up in cooking smell before u go work!!

More, the air freshener that is used is very strong and hurts the nose ..

I was definitely unprepared for the \"claimed\" 4-star rating. The description overstated the condition of the hotel and its amenities. I asked for the manager and inquired about the revolting pungent smell. His exact words were 'this is the most expensive kind of smell that we paid for'. What nonsense! I have stayed all over the world and some 2-star hotels in rural USA are definitely a better.

Great staff!

Good location and wonderful staff. Hotel is very close to booth with street food which was a great alternative for us. Hotel allowed us to check out several hours later which gave us some time to rest before the flight.

Avoid this hotel

Room excellent. Service at reception non existent. They speak little or no English. Whatever I asked for whether it was an extra blanket or a taxi that I could pay by credit card they couldn’t sort. It took me 40 mins to checkout even though there was no queue. They couldn’t even print me an invoice. Avoid at all costs.

The location of the property was good but the fact that I spent 3 nights and the toilet choked each day and twice in one day and instead of moving me to another room they just continued to unchoke the toilet which clearly needed more maintenance than was done each time.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and courteous.
Especially we liked Abdullah. Whenever we needed anything he would make sure we got it.
The beds were comfortable and the slippers and the robes were luxurious.
We liked the area as everything was close

Great comfort in a strategic position

The place is nice and very well maintained. You can see the care for details.
The restaurant wasn't open everyday, probably for COVID restrictions, but one can order for room service. twice per week there is a special food event. Recommended. Things my change according to the pandemic, but this place was my best experience in Ryiadh so far.

WiFi weak, my room in front of staff elevator, kept walking me up from cracklings noice, and hear staff talking over their device. Food smell seeping from restaurant exhaust fan. Finally they wanted to charge security 300SAR on my cc and return them SAUDIA cash! I rejected that stating what would I do with Saudi money! Then they accomdated me and did not charge.
Still I consider visiting property agin, very decoration, and invested in.

Great hotel and professional servics

I was travelling from Dubai to Riyadh and book this hotel based on a recommendation from a business associate. As always things change and the presentation was pushed for 1 day, so i contacted Braira hotel and they were amazing. They could have told me to just pay for another night but they moved the booking 1 night with zero cost. Ibrahim was professional, friendly and very helpful.
Otherwise a great hotel.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of Riyadh city. It is very well designed with excellent amenities. The service is great. The hotel lacks a bit of ventilation as hotel room windows can never be opened although exhaust fans are available in hotel bathrooms.

Pricey But Worth It & Pleasant

The two night stay was great. Although the hotel was almost fully booked, I've gotten my request of two rooms close to each other. We've been greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Our check-in was quick as was our check-out. The rooms were clean and cozy and the bathroom had a good shower but a little short for tall people. The breakfast had a good variety of food choices ranging from hot to cold to bakery. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This is the third time I stayed here and all the facilities were excellent as usual except the wifi was mostly not working and when it did it was not reliable. I hope they can solve this issue soon.....

Great business hotel at a good price

This is a smallish hotel and well located. The staff were particularly attentive and rooms very comfortable, not the largest but more than ample for a business trip. The only thing that I missed was a restaurant that served dinner. They do breakfast and lunch, but if you want a dinner then you can only order room service. Also, they gym is small and the pool is tiny. However, again, if you are on business then for the price paid this hotel is a very good option.

You just can't go wrong with this hotel ....

Five star services for a four star hotel. I have really enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful the hotel was brilliantly renovated, it looks nothing like before. It is closed to both business and dinning districts. Fiysalia King Fahad library, Tahlia street are walking distance from the hotel. Excellent breakfast and experience overall.
